Amazing place in Oxford! Lovely pizza, staff and Italian products.

Excelente pizza, sabrosos platos de pasta y buena ensalada como acompañamiento. Tarta de manzana ligeramente decepcionante. Muy buen servicio. Sin embargo, definitivamente vale la pena buscar este restaurante. No es una cadena, la comida es auténticamente italiana y a un precio muy razonable. Sin duda recomiendo. Gracias Gino.

Not a bad restaurant but asked if wanted extra prawns to my meal there was a cost of an extra £2. When meal came only 4 prawns was disappointed. Not brilliant Italian food and was a 12.5% service charge which was discretionary and I refused to pay this. If I think it deserved a tip I would have. They did take the service charge off the bill eventually! Didn’t go out of their way to make me feel that I wanted to pay this. Had a lot better in Italy. This is not what I would go back too for a meal.

Muy decepcionante. Esperé 30 minutos para nuestra mesa que habíamos reservado. Luego tuvimos que esperar otros 40 minutos para nuestra comida principal. El personal no pudo gestionar el restaurante y las entregas a domicilio al mismo tiempo. Pizza express necesita decidir si son un restaurante o servicio de entrega a domicilio. Mientras se está sentado en la mesa se recogen entregas constantes interrumpiendo todo el ambiente. Había tantos pedidos que a los clientes en el restaurante real no se les proporcionaban bebidas o comida como era de esperar. Triste ya que mi marido y yo ya no vamos a usar el restaurante. La empresa tiene sus prioridades equivocadas

In Oxford for a few days holiday. Visited this Prezzo on first night as close to hotel. As a chain restaurant on a Monday night had low expectations but fancied pizza. From the off the experience was first class. The service was attentive and efficient (restaurants are finding this difficult post covid with new staff). Well done Liley. Every morsel of food arriving at the table hit the mark. Piping hot and tasty. My Calzone was pure theatre drawing looks from other tables and a passer by, exclaiming a wow that looks good. Keep it up Prezzo Oxford and give the staff a bonus.
