Lovely visit to Bella Italia. Food was very tasty and fresh. Service was perfect, friendly and quick but not overbearing. Very accommodating to our 8 month old baby. Recommend to anyone visiting nearby. Great value for money.

What an incredible experience! We hadn’t booked, and came in for the special Bella day, they were so accommodating and gave us a table. The whole team were understanding with my allergies, (nuts & gluten) and there’s lots of gluten-free options which is amazing! Ella served us and the service and attention to detail was excellent, we will be back! It’s always a good feeling when your server is passionate and happy, it changes the whole experience. Well, well, well… I’ve never been to Bella Italia before but I think it’s one of my new favourite restaurants. Such a friendly atmosphere, great service, and the food was exceptionally good! I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody. Catered to allergies and gluten free with no issues. A very smooth and enjoyable experience. Will definitely be coming again. After our visit to the Oxford University, we wanted a quick bite and we stopped at Bella Italia. Wide options to choose from, including kids menu. Food was tasty and service was immaculate. Ambience was quite good as well. Overall, a great experience. Loved being here and will visit again.

First time at this Bella, service from Eka was superb, food was outstanding, and no bill shock is always a win!

Great meal on a Thursday Lunch, our server Lucy was brilliant, chatting with the children and really making them feel special. She took her time to get down to their level and took her time listening to their choices. Even helped clear up a spill and replace the drink. Food was great too and lovely atmosphere.

We had a wonderful evening at the Oxford branch of Bella Italia with our friends from Canada. The food was very tasty and our waitress, Lucy was super efficient, friendly and attentive without being over obtrusive. The restaurant was extremely clean and had a homely, cosy atmosphere. Efficient service, great pizza. Extra points for being open later than surrounding restaurants which seem to close strangely early. Would recommend.

We came by reservation. 5 minutes and they brought us bruschetta with tomatoes and onions and only an hour later they gave us pasta. And also the toilet is in a labyrinth and two separate taps with cold and hot water.

I stopped by this store because my child wanted to eat pizza. Because it was a tourist spot, there were a lot of people, but I didn't feel it was particularly delicious. It was frustrating that the food didn't come out for over 30 minutes when I ordered it, and the service wasn't very good... I wouldn't have visited this restaurant if it wasn't a tourist attraction.

I went yesterday lunch and had a wonderful laugh with Eleonora. Very attentive and looked after us. I would return just for her service again.

Took my friend in for lunch as always eat here when in Oxford. The risotto is tasty as is the Gamberoni: the team welcome you like a long lost friend.

What a disastrous experience... AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!.. Me and my girlfriend went there for a dinner and GOD was this baaad... Mozzarella sticks came with sweet chilli sous (god knows why) meet balls where the size of a popcorn and tasting terrible, probably because frozen... I had a pasta with shrimps which i nearly vomited after tasting .. My girlfriend ordered a lasagna (please look at photo) that lookS like a SOUP..... we couldn't wait for the desert and asked for a desert refund as we didn't want to get food poisoning.... NOT EVEN ONE ITALIAN PERSON WORKS THERE (that should say enough) .... Last but not least we were tricked by the 4.1 star reviews of 1700 people (likely ENGLISH) and let me tell you... DONT YOU EVER TRUST ENGLISH PEOPLE ABOUT FOOD....They are capable of eating dog food and give it a 5 star review... This is a nation that would rather eat fish and chips all day everyday but good food... Its unbelievable how this people are able to disrespect themselves and continue eat dog food... The kind if people who will try to bake a cake with onions.... England is a terrible place for food lovers..... Service was good and lady was lovely, but she did agreed with us about the food.. ENGLISH PEOPLE ARE WELCOME... EVERYONE ELSE, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID... THANK ME LATER

Visited Bella Italia in Oxford. Very warm welcome as we stepped in. Helen was very professional and helpful. My wife has GF intolerance and showed to us how the allergies list works with the QR code. We really appreciated taking time with us as the restaurant was busy. Drinks arrived promptly and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you, we will be back.
