Fabulous coffee shop just off the main High Street, attached to an Italian restaurant which we hear is also very good. Very cosy, very clean, so much choice and gelato to die for! We will definitely be returning and recording you to all. Best wishes for your business.

Very expensive no parking only an hour in the road outside.

Wouldn’t go here if you’re a vegetarian my friend ordered the vegetarian mushroom risotto about a 1/3 of the way into eating it noticed that there was chicken in the vegetarian risotto. Called the waiters over no one seemed overly upset or bothered. They did cook them a new one but the rest of the table had finished eating by time it was served. Other than that the food was good

We stayed at the Travel Lodge in the centre of Ashford, just to go to this place. Friendly staff brilliant food. 25 chicken wings, 2 pittas, salad,chips and a bottle of Pepsi for £19.99. Gone up £4 since last year,but hey everything is going up. No complaints with the medium peri peri on the wings, they were just on the line between hot and Ouch. We ❤️ them. Maybe the size has gone down a bit,but the flavour was super! We will return once more!

Great if you love cold pizza and a delivery driver who can't speak English.

We had the best experience! The food was delicious but the service was even better ! The lady was very professional but absolutely friendly and made us laugh all the time. The table had all cutlery - for starters, soup, main, desert laid out and it was such a nice experience and a change compared to most of the restaurants in the UK. We will definitely visit again.

AVOID. If I could give minus 5 stars then I would!!!!!! I usually love Pizza Express and have never had any issues with them either in store or as a takeaway service - both of which I have used for years all across the country - but this branch (Ashford North Street) is the exception to the rule. It is a shower run by incompetent, lazy staff. I ordered a delivery on the Deliveroo App at around 9pm Christmas Eve. The order was accepted by the restaurant. I waited for around an hour and 10 minutes. The estimated delivery time was just continually changed, so I eventually phoned the restaurant at around 22:15, having Googled the store and seen that it said it had already closed for the night by that time. A woman answered (out of breath, like she'd run the catch the phone) who gave her name as Izzy to say that they were all going out the door and it, to paraphrase, was just tough luck that there were no drivers available and to ''go through Deliveroo''. She was rude, curt and continually referred to me as ''my lovely'' in a condescending manner. When I put it to her that I was not informed that my ordered had been cancelled despite the fact that they were all off out the door that minute, Izzy again brushed it off and just told me to ''go through Deliveroo''. All very well saying ''go through Deliveroo' when it's gone 10pm, you work shifts and you've no way of getting any dinner for the evening! This is not the kind of service I have come to expect from a company like Pizza Express. Your branch were at fault here for your staff's rudeness and not informing me that the delivery was cancelled!!!! It seems to me that the staff just do as they please and pass the buck onto Deliveroo whenever it suits them. Customer service is clearly not a priority. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from or visiting this branch again. It has become clear to me who's running this shower and the type that they are. NO EXCUSE FOR BAD SERVICE. SAD!!!!!!!!!!!

Despite being exceptionally busy, the service was excellent. Nat was excellent, friendly and helpful, despite being rushed off his feet!
