Domino's Pizza in Ashford

Shocking experience tonight, a Wednesday evening, ordered on just eat for delivery. The restaurant phone us to say they don’t deliver to our address even though it’s all gone through on just eat. Then they say ok they can do it. An hour later we are still wondering where our food is, I rang the restaurant and spoke to a young girl who didn’t have a single clue about anything and had no phone customer service at all. The manager then grabbed the phone with an abrupt “hello I am the manger” and stated the delivery driver couldn’t find our address (not had this issue before) and the pizza went cold so she went back and they are making a new order to deliver with a different driver which will be another half an hour. No one thought to ring us and let us know? I cancelled the order because waiting an hour and a half for a pizza on a Wednesday night with a rude manager and useless staff is absurd.

The most awful dominos ie ever had. I got the new Korean bbq chicken lol about 1 piece of chicken on each slice with tinest bit off bbq sauce with stuffed crusted. Where’s was the stuffed crust please? It was also undercooked. The other pizza had hardly ANY cheese n tomato sauce. Who ever made this DO BETTER. never again.

I can most certainly describe their customer service as horrifying after I’ve called to get an update for an collection order and ended up being threatened by the man on the phone that he will beat me up if I show up for collection. He didn’t abstain from using foul language either. Once I returned multiple calls to get a hold of the manager they refused to name the aggressive person and then kept hanging up the phone on me. I do have the conversation recorded and happy to forward to complaint team.

Normally fine. This evening I ordered online at 7pm, and 35 mins later it’s still in “Prep”. Each time I call the number on the order receipt to see what’s happening it rings a few times and then the store lift and immediately put the receiver down to cut me off. If you can’t take orders, mark the store as closed and stop taking people’s money, or at least pick the phone up to let them know the order won’t be happening.

Just meh. Average food, basic customer service and a very average eating area. Originally was given the wrong pizza, which as the shop was pretty dead is a bit of a surprise. Can’t say I’ll be hurrying back.

Good food, although sometimes looks rushed. If delivered, you can tell its been thrown around in the bag, unless you've had a careful driver!

Used to order a lot from here as I loved it, I have a special make your own pizza which is BBQ base, double pineapple and mushroom, bacon rashers on stuffed crust. Today I wanted this again as part of my order but they have sent a pizza without any sauce whatsoever. I gave them a call after the shocking discovery only to be told that I ordered specifically asking for no sauce. Well I did not and it is beyond belief to me who would want a pizza without sauce at which point it is classed as garlic bread at best in my opinion. I guess it was worth loosing business over owning up to a mistake!

Pizza is so expensive and paper thin. The tomatoe sauce was overwhelming and overall not pleasant experience.

Take out only Handy as next to tescos. Food was OK, but they got order wrong as I had asked for no mushrooms on a pizza and and it still had them. They did resolve quickly with refund.

Wouldn't deliver. Food wasn't ready when they messaged that it was. Chicken pizza had no chicken on it.

Delivery service as well as collect yourself. Arrived on time and hot. If you're after a good pizza I recommend Dominos.

I know it's a franchise but the ones in Ashford make such good pizza you can't go wrong , use the app and the offers help bring the price down ..

Great service and fantastic food. We've used this branch several times for delivery and collection, always a prompt service and the quality of the food is the great Domino's service as you'd expect. You can park in the Tesco car park, which is free.

Worst pizzas & garlic bread we've ever had, over £40 we would've got a better pizza from Asda

I thought the pizza tasted a bit odd so only had a few slices, 8 hours later and I'm dealing with a case of severe food poisoning. I know of several domino's which have been shut down for poor food safety, but decided to give them a chance, regretting that now.

Had the restaurant almost to ourselves, but it was a rainy Sunday lunchtime so maybe to be expected, but the service was faultless. We had had a 9 year old who didn't fancy a curry for lunch, so had chicken nuggets, peas and chips, the portion was large but she did her best! The rest of us had starters, top marks went to the Prawn Puri, and the Hot Meat (Lamb I believe) Puri, which lived up to its name, but wasn't too spicy. The Chicken Dopiaza and Passanda also got good reviews, but the Tilapia curry was a stand out, the sauce didn't overpower the delicate fish, and the Bullet Chicken got a rave review, although the comment that "it wasn't that spicy' could have been teenage bravura! Drinks included a couple of bottles of Pinot Grigio and a couple of Kingfishers. All in all a great meal and reasonable value for 4 adults and a child, including drinks. Will definitely visit again next time we're passing. RECOMMENDED.

Order online for best offers. Website can be annoying and working out the best offers for you needs a degree in advanced mathematics but the pizza is always good. Chicken wings SUCK

Always a quality pizza prices are abit expensive but great tasting pizza

There was a lack in available deals when we came to order which meant that our meal was very expensive for what we had especially as the toppings were so sparse. Please include some other items rather than cookies and drink as these are mostly available at home, sides and pizza deals are better.

Love the location of this branch means food always arrives fresh and hot. They also cater for gf requirements and no pork no.cheese. Would recommend their home delivery

It's domino's whats not to love

This is our favourite choice if we want a pizza. Always taste great and delivery is quick. Lots of tasty extras on the menu.

Really nice pizza could be cut a bit better but apart from that it's all good.

Great quality and excellent service

Used these from the app a number of times, last time they forgot one of our pizzas, guy jumped back into the car and came back with it within 20 minutes. Mistakes happen but how they're put right counts. Always enjoyed the food too, which helps 😉

Wouldn't use them if you paid me! Just saw someone picking there nose with gloves on preparing food. I cancelled my order on the spot, think im gunna have a frozen pizza!

very greasy would recommend since my pepperoni pizza was dipped inside grease and the thrown in the oven to make it look more darker than it should and garlic bread was more cheese and bread than garlic 2/5 (since i cant do 2.5) closure: buy papa John's love him <3

Ordered two medium pizzas. I was told 10-15 minutes for them to be ready. 30 minutes later and still no sign of the pizza. I asked where they were and the staff looked as if it was a mystery. Spoke to the manager and he couldn't care less. We are busy doesn't cut it when the staff are all standing around doing nothing.
