Second time we had eaten here and had forgotten how good the pizzas are. I went for the BBQ pork and my wife had the ham pizza. Probably the best pizza bases we have ever eaten, so fresh and baked to perfection. The toppings are excellent, they certainly do not skimp on the ingredients, and everything is piping hot. We had a lovely meal and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

The food was incredible, 5*, would absolutely recommend and will definitely be ordering again. Authentic, beautiful flavours, fantastic menu. Unfortunately the order was let down not by the restaurant, but by JustEat who did not assign a delivery driver for over 2 hours. The restaurant were so so nice and repeatedly rang me to keep me updated & apologised over & over. Lovely staff. Such a shame it arrived so late and cold - due to Just Eat.

The food was delicious 😋, and the staff were so friendly…I really felt welcomed😁..the atmosphere was amazing and the decor was so modern…I’m a big fan and they have gotten so used to me being there that I feel part of the sun pizza family 😊

Visited here again, it is ok, very average, the pasta sauce was quite meaty tasting, which was surprising for a tomato based sauce. It was an arrabettia sauce, but very little meat and just filled with baby tinned tomatoes.

Great food, dessert was particularly outstanding. Service was slow, and unfortunately suffered from a waitress who didn’t write down our order and then did not get it right

Visited with a party of 8 Four children and four adults. Good food and pleasant staff. Recommend trying the Lasagne which was great. Mind the dish though it was very hot Good value too

Una delicia encontrar el Etna Ristorante. Primera vez en Lancaster. Gran servicio y buen menú. La comida no decepcionó. Sin duda volveré.

El restaurante en sí es muy bueno y la comida es sabrosa y buena relación calidad-precio , lástima que tengas un personal pobre. La persona en cuestión es un hombre viejo que es muy grosero y viene como intimidante. Piensa que está siendo amable y profesional, en realidad es grosero. Por favor, haga algo con este miembro del personal. Sé que otras personas sienten lo mismo por su comportamiento. Menú de la casa de la esquina y la hora feliz es genial, es una pena que el personal pueda derribar el lugar.

The restaurant is nice, the staff are friendly. It's a restaurant attached to a bowling alley so I wasn't expecting too much. The food arrived quickly and was mediocre. I ordered a Cajun buttermilk burger and got a battered chicken burger with a dusting of Cajun spice mix, 2 little gem leaves and a slice of tomato, no sauce at all. It was edible and bland. My party members all ordered burgers, one was supposed to be spicy but he said it wasn't spicy at all. The others said they were "fine". I think it's a little over priced for what you get which I'd put on a par with wetherspoons. It was a nice snack after using the bowling alley but I wouldn't be in a hurry to make a return trip and would be a little disappointed if I made a special trip to the restaurant.

A beautiful March night and my twin brother and I were exploring around this part of the city when we decided to drop by Zizzi and what a great find. Walking in and I knew I would enjoy my visit here, interior is superb, an eye catching serving bar dominates the main room, lovely decor and furnishings including plenty of seating options spread throughout this restaurant and bar,its a wonderful place to unwind in. We were greeted and seated by a very pleasant member of the bar team, we ordered beers ( Peroni Nastro Azzurro ) ,these fine Italian beers were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and for our meal we both opted to have a pepperoni pizza each, while sipping our beers our pizza's arrived and what a treat, a thin crust, a more than generous topping and beautifully seasoned and served steaming hot, absolutely delicious, coupled with our beers made for a great dining experience in a wonderful restaurant and bar. We really enjoyed our pizza and beers in here before we moved on, couldn't fault anything about our visit, great restaurant, delicious food & drink and most importantly super staff, made me and my twin brother so welcomed, can't wait to go here again next time we're in Lancaster. Zizzi is easy to locate along Market Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, open from 11.30am. Well worth checking out if you're in the area or planning a trip to the beauty city of Lancaster.
