We decided to give another chance to this restaurant after few years break. Sadly nothing has changed, the food is tasteless, bland, unimaginative = complete disappointment. Two visits within few years with zero improvement are enough to never go back. It’s a shame because the service is good and restaurant is cute and cosy. EDIT: Thanks for your reply. I sent you an email with more details. EDIT #2 I sent you an email twice in September to email address you have provided.I resent it today.Hopefully you will receive it.Thanks EDIT #3 Don’t ask people to contact you via email and then ignore them.It doesn’t make any sense to me.

We ate various pasta and pizza. The food was very good and reasonably priced considering it is London. The service is good, and the hours are less English than expected (aka, you can dine late by their standards). I don't give it 5 stars because the wine, a rosé, tasted like absolutely nothing. Better to order water than pay the price of a bottle of wine in London. It has happened to us there more times.

This restaurant is an excellent venue with a varied and traditional menu. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. The selection of pizza was delicious and cooked in wood ovens in the centre of the restaurant. The pasta dishes were innovative and seasonal, lots of truffle, speck and funghi as befits the time of year. In general the food was reasonably priced as was the wine. Would recommend and would definitely return

Absolutely loved this place! Started with the Bruschetta—super fresh and full of flavor. Then, for mains, we shared the Pollo Milanese with Penne Arrabbiata and Tagliata di Manzo con Rucola. The chicken was perfectly crispy, the penne had just the right amount of spice, and the steak was melt-in-your-mouth good. The music and cozy vibe made it feel like a little slice of Italy. Friendly service too. Can’t wait to go back!

Emilia’s Crafted Pasta near the Tower of London is fantastic! The fresh, handmade pasta is packed with authentic Italian flavors. I had the ravioli, and it was cooked to perfection—rich, flavorful, and satisfying. The service was warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious meal!

A total rip off! Admittedly, this is a tapas bar so to be expected but the quantities served barely amount to £15 on the £75 menu, The presentation was certainly not refined to reflect the price, As for the desserts, nothing was fresh to the point that someone in our party even spat out the cheese cake, Just looking at the menu I did expect it to be disappointing and it lived to its expectations.

I wanted to take family from Scotland and overseas to an Italian Restaurant away from the mundane 'tourist areas' of Leicester Square and The Strand and, after a couple of hours of searching online, found Bon Gusto. We were not disappointed; the food was excellent and the service/attention equally so. Its location is not my locality but I will return, simply because it was excellent value-for-money!
