The best restaurants serving Italian food in London

The staff are very friendly and its a nice place but I always somehow feel like I'm disturbing the private space of a group of friends hanging out. Also, I don't know if he's the owner, but an older guy was berating members of staff openly in front of customers when I went in, it wasn't nice to sit there listening to him being so mean to his staff.

Took ages for a member of staff to come over and take our order. When the food arrived, it was cold. Definitely wouldn’t go back.

First thing: very expensive! £33 (after Merlin Discount; Without MAP - £39!!) for two adults, child restriction is a very low age so my teenager couldn't go in as a child. Helpful staff though which is always a plus, main drinks machine out of order with once again a unhappy teen! Restaurant itself very big and clean. Went at 12pm and wasn't heaving so could be due to price increases recently. Overall a good place to eat but the prices need to addressed, especially for 'not well off' parents.

Ordered a large pizza from here. Was my first and WILL BE MY LAST ! The pizza arrived super cold , and also I found a strand of Hair! I will need make time and report these lot to the council. Cleanliness at the their shop is awful too. I see no gloves / no uniform , people working with flip flops ! Disgusting place. Avoid at all cost !

Paid for 2 extra large pizzas and received large pizzas in 15 inch boxes, Called soni pizza to complain man laughed in my face. Taste also wasn't that great. BEWARE BE CAUTIOUS when buying.

Excellent, friendly service from Nabil and his colleagues. The food was lovely, hot, and served quickly (just what you need with two hungry boys!!)
