The Fab in FabRico is true. Cappuccino so much nicer than large chain coffee shops. Fab decor, cakes looked fab and a fantastic little room for a quiet chat at the rear of cafe.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible Valentine’s dinner experience at your restaurant. My husband booked this special evening because he knows how much I love this place, and once again, it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully planned to create a truly romantic and memorable atmosphere. The decorations were stunning heart shaped balloons filled the space, a beautiful photo wall made for the perfect keepsake moment, and the tables were elegantly adorned with real rose petals and heart shaped candles, setting the mood for a perfect evening. The food was just as impressive as the ambiance. The heart shaped pizza was not only adorable but also absolutely delicious, and the dough balls with Nutella made for the perfect indulgent dessert to share. Every dish was prepared to perfection, making the night even more special. Despite the restaurant being incredibly busy, the service was nothing short of amazing. The staff handled everything flawlessly, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their warmth and attentiveness truly elevated the experience. One of the most thoughtful touches was at the end of the night when the bill was presented with a beautifully written love card, along with a rose a small but incredibly meaningful gesture that made the evening even more special. Ordered Cappuccino and sausage roll. They asked if I wanted it warm. Yes please. It to so long to come the coffee was cols as was the sausage rill which had never been heated. I took th a back. They returned 5 mins later with a sarcastic "enjoy". The roll had beec cut into 3. each piece was lukewarm on the outside AND COLD in the middle. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE FROM STAFF. TOLD THEM TO CHUCK IT IN THE BIN. WORST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT. AVOID

Used to love coming here , we have come with the grandchildren for their lessons for 4 years . From last week we have a young female staff member , now know she is the team leader , who was constantly eating and never washed her hands before serving customers with food . Then we had a male ( mature) who was picking his nose handling the ice creams then putting cakes out and taking bread out of packets . Never washed his hands ! Sorry but now refusing to purchase any food or drink as hygiene rating certainly doesn’t reflect the cleanliness or any food hygiene certificate these two staff members have . There is only one young man who seems to take hygiene and keeping the place clean and tidy seriously .

Myself and my wife went here today , no low tables for wheelchairs , we went inside and was asked what we wanted and then i had to go outside to a window to pay , no idea why because i was outside and the guy holding the payment device was inside. Sign on door said hot ( it was luke warm ) drinks. I ordered a breakfast , 3 soggy slices of toast , 2 small sausages , a tiny portion of mushrooms and beans , 1 burnt piece of bacon , 1 burnt egg , no tomato or black pudding , and this was supposed to be a big breakfast. My wife only had a bacon sandwich and it was burnt and rock hard. If i had seen the food before i paid for it i would have walked out without touching it. I spent the rest of the afternoon chewing indigestion tablets , maybe thats why their is only 2 other reviews on here
