Myself and my wife went here today , no low tables for wheelchairs , we went inside and was asked what we wanted and then i had to go outside to a window to pay , no idea why because i was outside and the guy holding the payment device was inside. Sign on door said hot ( it was luke warm ) drinks. I ordered a breakfast , 3 soggy slices of toast , 2 small sausages , a tiny portion of mushrooms and beans , 1 burnt piece of bacon , 1 burnt egg , no tomato or black pudding , and this was supposed to be a big breakfast. My wife only had a bacon sandwich and it was burnt and rock hard. If i had seen the food before i paid for it i would have walked out without touching it. I spent the rest of the afternoon chewing indigestion tablets , maybe thats why their is only 2 other reviews on here

What has happened to this place?? It has such a perfect setting yet its standards are so so low. I decided to call in for tea and cake with my daughter as we were walking past, thinking it would be nice. We proceeded to enter the cafe, where the staff seemed to be chilling out but were told that we had to place our order at the outdoor kiosk before going in. Ok. So I requested a scone which was serve to me in a polystyrene box. I asked if I could have a plate but was told that they hadn't used them since covid! Really! Why not? Do they serve their full breakfasts and pizzas in a polystyrene box too! So i have my tea and cake in disposable containers. This is 2023 and one of the biggest issues we face is climate change. Get with the program fredricks! Not really the experience that I was looking for. Why can they not think about their presentation and use actual crockery? Can they not wash up?? There was certainly enough staff milling around to do so. Looking around the place it looks quite sorry for itself but has so much potential. I couldn't help but notice lots of cleaning materials along one wall, actually blocking a door that at one time was used to access the toilet. This looks really bad. Nobody wants to come into an eating establishment and see mops and buckets lying around. The owners really need to get their act together and put a little care and thought into the place then maybe their reviews would improve. As it is I certainly won't be going there again and definitely advise anyone against it.

Popped in for a ham sandwich one Friday lunchtime. The photo is what I got - I’m not sure whatever reformed garbage this is actually passes as ‘ham’. They couldn’t even be bothered to present it properly, just slices thrown onto a cob. £2.75 bargain….

Booked a meal for 7:15 pm tonight. Got there. Shut. No contact from them but their Facebook page says that it is closed for a refurbishment. Didn't look like that. No sign of a refurbishment at all. Gone bust hopefully. Always been a problem at Nonnas. W☆☆☆kers.

What a shame to have to write this review, but it seems many others have picked up on the slow and oblivious staff. Perhaps there should be a more experienced manager available to deal with issues, and pick up on all the little flaws associated with the young team members. The food was very poor. Extremely salty carbonara - which honestly tasted like they’d dropped the shaker in it. The calzone had a crisp like cover as the dough was so thin, and the filling was minuscule. The steak was stringy and tough, despite being cooked medium rare - so we can only imagine how cheap the cut must have been. This was our final try of Georgios - and each time the experience gets worse.

Fantastic food, excellent friendly service. Highly recommend this restaurant. One negative point it does not have wheelchair access.i had to be carried in and wheelchair had to be folded so it would go thru the very narrow entrance.
