really nice small family run Italian place with good pizza and pasta dishes. it is a friendly restaurant and the service is good. it is better than some of the chain restaurants in town.

I only completed the above boxes to get to the review section. our children gave us a voucher for Christmas. When we tried to book it was temporarily closed. we have tried calling & emailing on numerous occasions without success. Not one reply. i even sent an email to the owner via LinkedIn, again with no reply. very disappointed with the owners business ethics

Visited here saturday evening. The food is beautiful, service absolutely spot on and a good atmosphere. Last visited here probably 5 years or more ago and happy to report that it is still just as good!

We've been to La Piazza a couple of times now and both times have been very enjoyable. It has a nice atmosphere and the staff are nice too. The menu is good and although there are a couple of negative reviews on here, we found the choice, quality and quantity of the food excellent. We will definitely be coming back several times!

Lovely service - friendly and helpful. Really good food. Found ourselves in Bolton and tbh there aren't alot of places to choose from but this is a gem of a place. It was very busy though so book. Parking close by.

We have been coming to this restaurant for several years now and once again all three courses were excellent. Although the restaurant was very busy the service was friendly and efficient as usual. We’ll be back again soon!

This was our first visit to this restaurant and we were not disappointed. No surprise there are so many good reviews. Due to time restraints and commitments in the area we maybe didn't get the full experience however, what we did get was great food, very welcoming & helpful staff in a pleasant ambience. Visited on a Saturday evening and place was quite busy. Service was excellent with all staff very attentive. Food was very good , fillet steak cooked to perfection , the special of lemon sole was delicious. Very nice ambience about the place

Where do I start… decor and atmosphere, nice feel to the restaurant, staff were great and very attentive! food wasn’t amazing, came out suspiciously fast! microwaved pasta, bland carbonara, definitely not authentic italian food, toilets were dirty! not a great experience, expensive for what it is

My wife and I enjoyed fresh seafood and pasta at this authentic Italian Restaurant. Terrific service and comfortable atmosphere, the quality of the food was of a high standard and a great menu, we enjoyed a 3 course meal and were very satisfied. Thank You!

A really good authentic family Italian restaurant - we absolutely loved it! This restaurant had wonderful food, we had the clam spaghetti and calamari which was excellent and then all had a pizza, amazing! We also enjoyed a delicious bottle of chianti. Good atmosphere with local people and tourists to the area and the staff were very professional and friendly, excellent service! If we were ever back in Dumfries we’d definitely go back.
