The best restaurants serving Indian food in Shipley Bradford Yorkshire and The Humber

Cannot fault anything at this restaurant! If I had to pick something it would be they need more space for more people to experience their food inside. YOU NEED TO GET YOURSELF HERE!

Always great tasting food, delivered hot and on time.

Food was literally really delicious and their Masala Fish OMG, I always love their Masala Fish. Lamb wan nice tender. Really enjoy.

The Good:Poppadom (and battered starters) deep frying - well cooked, no excess oil on anything.The Bad:Small portionsThe chefs choice of two snacks on the veg Thali was 3 strips of deep fried okra and a cauliflower floret (in a nice batter)The 2 curries on the same Thali were something that could have come from a Sainsbury’s microwave mealThe Ugly:DecorCleanliness - while not that poor in general, too many things needed a better clean (tables, chutney pots)The yogurt and chutney pickles for poppadoms (other than the mango) were grim

Fantastic little place the food is lovely and fresh excellent service the chicken pakora is the best you'll have. Brilliant choice of craft beers on tap and in cans, 100%recommended giving it a try.

I had a takeaway from Shipley Shama on Wednesday night, I can't comment on the atmosphere as the restaurant was closed. I had the meat Hydrabady, pilau rice & chapatis. The rice & chapatis were good but the Hydrabady, however, had the potential to be fantastic, unfortunately it was way too salty & the meat - which was plentiful - was very fat & gristley. I sadly couldn't eat it. The service was excellent.
