The best restaurants serving Indian food in Thanet South East

My mum and I really fancied a curry while we were in Margate and after doing some research we came across this restaurant! With it already having a high star rating we thought we would give it a try, and we are so glad we did. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious! We decided to both go for the non-vegetable thali and it was lovely, it included chicken tikka, sheek kebab, meat (lamb) bhuna, chicken curry, rice and naan bread! It was so filling and we left feeling very happy and well fed! I would 100% recommend to anyone in Margate!

The place is divided into two parts as if there were once two places, it did not feel cosy, but then its all about the food, unfortunately whilst adequate it would not tempt me back. My waiter did not seem to have done this before and knew nothing of the menu, maybe it was his first night. Hopefully it will improve.

The best curry in Ramsgate! Always so tasty, piping hot & big portions. Ordered a garlic naan and was forgotten but was delivered fresh & hot within 15 minutes. Couldn’t fault the place! Highly recommend.

Food was all cold and the curry containers were only half full. Wont order here again!

Order was incomplete and when we phoned about missing items they said they would send it out but never did. The bombay aloo was abysmal with zero fragrance and taste. Would not recommend at all

We have been here before and it was good, but this last time our food was totally tasteless I think a curry from Asda would’ve been better. How can it vary so much! I won’t be going again. A waste of money.

Nearly two hours for delivery, phoned for update guy on the end of phone couldn’t understand anything we were asking. Will go back to our usual place in future
