As a regular at this Indian takeaway, I can't recommend it highly enough! The food is consistently outstanding, packed with authentic flavors and made with fresh ingredients. Each order is a delight, from the rich curries to the perfectly seasoned naan and rice. What truly sets this place apart is the fantastic service. The staff and drivers are always friendly and efficient, making the takeaway experience smooth and enjoyable. Whether I'm picking up my usual favorites or trying something new, I always leave satisfied. If you're in the mood for delicious Indian food, The Sapphire is a must-try!

Great food , just don’t order drinks as they don’t do them

I'm ex Merchant Navy. I've sailed with 70+ nationalities and been to 42 different countries. Indian food (or Bangladeshi, etc) has been a long term favourite of mine. I recently moved to Ramsgate and I think this has to be probably the best Indian takeaway I've had from the UK, and I've had a few. I had a vindaloo which was packed with complexity and spice (not just curry powder), I've had a Hyderabadi biryani which I was astonished to even see on a menu, and I've tried someone's korma which I normally wouldn't give the time of day as a curry and even that was bursting with flavour. The prices are also jaw dropping. I ordered 7 items (basically a meal for two with extras) yesterday and it came to just £26. I am markedly impressed and I will most certainly be frequenting this place!

ordered for collection for group of us was nice food tasty and we all enjoyed it glad we orderd here on the Wimb will order again.

We had a takeaway last night and sauce was ok but all were really thick and chicken was really tough and stringy like it had been reheated in the microwave or boiled. None of us could chew it so ended up just eating sauce. The onion bhaji were really dry and chewy. We had a vegetable tea masala and there was about three pieces of onion in it the rest sauce. Wouldn’t go there again. Don’t waste your treat money. We have been trying all the Indians in the area and so far out of 4 this is the worst! We were disappointed.

Wasn't planned but ended up ordering a meal,was busy but constantly updating us on the order,as it was a takeaway expected to wait,the smell on the drive home got my juices flowing and wow was delicious, best Indian I've had in Kent in 14 years in searching for a decent curry,if I was local it be my go to curry house!!!!!!

I'm not happy that they didn't have one of the items I ordered and I never received a refund the food is good but it was delivered at the very last minute

Be careful with this company. They took my order then after an hour they cancelled without giving a reason. They have taken payment and I have not received the refund.

honestly most vile 'butter chicken' I've ever encountered. sauce tasted like 90% tomato pureé and 10% something else that wasn't all that pleasant. the so called chicken was stringy and chewy and I'm not even convinced it actually was chicken. I don't know if they sent me the wrong food by accident or if it just was that awful. I tried to contact the restaurant a few times since it was delivered and it just rang and rang. I only managed 3 mouthfuls. complete waste of money. really disappointed

We tried ordering from our usual takeaway however discovered it was closed and that this company had taken over. Very quick service and the food was better than our previous take away we had used for years. Nice suprise and this place will be our new favorite! great tasting food and nice and hot. Great service!

Great food as always. The delivery driver worked at the restaurant I believe. I think that I was his last customer of the evening and he was just a few minutes late, However, he was very apologetic and polite. Good people.

Ordered from the curry house are people I know saying great things about it , they weren’t wrong place order for delivering was in time frame they provided. The food was perfect mine and my partners great service all round will defiantly be ordering again the tikka starter , chicken shashlik corma was brilliant will be trying more on the menu 👍

Just the best food around and amazing friendly service

The stuffed paratha was slightly overcooked, i thought, but otherwise the food was excellent.

Given a time then it changed then was told it was on its way. Phone restaurant to be told it hadn't left and would be another 10 minutes. Curry's only had 6 small pieces of chicken in each the rest was sauce. Bread tasted like it had been reheated and starter was more sauce than prawns. Disappointed

Chicken Tikka Curry was one of the worst I've tasted, sauce tasted salty and like pure coriander, chicken VERY overcooked and chewy, chips under cooked and obviously old. naan, onion bhaji and saag aloo were lovely but a shame we ended up with nothing to dip it in. Wouldn't bother adding notes for the restaurant either, they don't read them, unfortunately will not be ordering again.

Over an hour late for delivery. Onions bhajis so hard nearly broke our teeth. Phoned restaurant asking for update on order were not helpful. Would not recommend using again.

Ordered a classic Prawn biryani but received a king prawns instead sadly the king prawns are a bit rubbery that spoiled the meal also the garlic naan was all crispy around the edges nothing like the previous ones we have had. This wasn’t the best one we have had from this restaurant.

We use this takeaway at least once a month and have never had a bad meal. Always hot, tasty and on time. Whatever curries we have, the flavours are always spot-on.

Food was over 45-mins late and, on arrival wasn’t the earnest to the point we had to place in the microwave. Nice chap on the phone and the delivery lady was very apologetic.

Food took 2 hours from ordering, that’s after they updated the order to say that it had left for delivery, it failed to turn up after 15 mins. So after numerous calls to chase it up and being told 15 mins it finally turned up 1 hour later. At least the delivery driver apologised, unlike the person on the end of the phone. Poor communication and customer service.

Fantastic food I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Indian now turned really hot and on time very tasty food. they are really polite on the phone. Delivery driver was brilliant and really polite please try you won't regret it.

Food took well over an hour to come, when it came it was absolutely abysmal! Quite comfortably the worst curry I've ever has down south! Only a few bits of meat in it, and all the portions were small, the curry itself was completely tasteless! Ruined what should have been a good night.

Very impressed with the quality and flavour of the food. Would certainly consider buying from here again. Just be aware you don't even get free poppadoms when you spend over £45.

The Sag Aloo, Mushroom Bhaji and Mushroom Rice were lovely, unfortunately you sent Chicken Madras instead of Korma which is much too spicy for me 😟

If I could give them a 0 I would. Our delivery driver arrived and refused to bring it up to our first floor flat (we were unable to go down to collect it). Their excuse was they’re not allowed because they’ve had a complaint from the council for the amount of deliveries to the block of flats (I call BS!!) After saying about leaving it by the door they drove off with our order. We called to complain and nothing came from it. Awful customer service. Rude delivery driver. WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!

Order was delayed by an extra 30 mins, but arrived by the end of the second delivery time. Unfortunately there was an item missing and some of the food arrived a little cold. That said, the flavours were great, it could have just been a blip and we will try again another time.

One of my items wasn't delivered. Just Eat are doing nothing, no refund or credit. I will talk directly to Curry House when they open. Certainly won't be using Just Eat again.

Delivered a little later than expected but not by too much. Lovely food though, bhajis not too greasy and the chicken bhuna was delicious!!

Food was a little cold but so much oil in all the dishes, Nan breads had little filling. Not as good as my usual.

The delivery driver really didn’t know what or where he was going. I had to hang out of my window to guide him where to go and even then he was going a different way. Like all deliveries they all come into my block, I buzz them in and they come up but he left the food at the main block door. When we opened the food it was cold, more left on the side for a while warm. It was very oily wasn’t the best tasting. We have ordered from here before and was very nice why we order again. But this time wasn’t great at all unfortunately
