I had the pleasure of visiting cote in the evening around 6 o’clock, and I must say, the guest service was outstanding. As soon as I arrived at the bar, I noticed one staff member seamlessly maintaining the bar, ensuring everything was in its proper place while keeping the area tidy. It was impressive to see how well he managed the bar, not just serving drinks but also keeping everything organized and running smoothly. Later, when I got a table upstairs, I was further amazed by the service. One of the staff members, Danish, stood out with his exceptional professionalism. He came upstairs carrying a large tray filled with drinks, and the way he handled multiple wine glasses with such ease and precision was truly eye-catching. His smooth transition from table to table, carefully placing each glass, was remarkable. The way he held the wine glass and placed it on the table with such elegance showed his dedication and passion for his work. It completely caught my attention and left a lasting impression. Danish also gave me a card to provide feedback, but unfortunately, I misplaced it. However, I still wanted to take the time to recognize his outstanding work. It’s clear that he performs his duties with dedication and passion, which is phenomenal and truly admirable. This level of service is a true asset to the company, and I wanted to express my gratitude for such an exceptional experience. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Hoy vine a almorzar y pedí una baguette de tocino, Brie y arándano. Elemento de menú estándar. Me dijeron que sería una espera de 5 minutos. 15 minutos más tarde estaba finalmente listo. Salí del local, abrí la baguette para descubrir que me habían dado tocino, Brie y pollo! Volví y hablé con el tipo que había tomado mi orden y señaló esto. Me dijo que la orden decía pollo, no arándano, a pesar de que él fue el que tomó mi orden! ¡Definitivamente pedí arándano no pollo!
