This used to be my favourite Côte, but they lost me after the last visit on Valentine’s Day. Food is not as tasty as it used to be, sharing menu price and explanation was misleading, wine was mediocre. One oyster tasted funny and frankly were not very tasty all together. Disappointing, I hope I’ll be more satisfied next time.

As usual amazing experience, the food is flavored and there is a big selection to choose from from. The duck confit is absolutely delicious as well as scallops. Good wine selection and warm atmosphere. Highly recommended for lunch with friends or family.

We visited Côte for a simple treat—just a cup of tea and our favorite crème brûlée—but the experience was ruined before we even had a chance to sit down. A staff member named Charlie made us feel unwelcome the moment we walked through the door. Instead of a warm greeting, she shot disapproving looks at her lovely colleague, who had graciously welcomed us, as if questioning why we were being allowed in. This was at 9 pm., with a full hour left before closing, hardly an unreasonable time to be served. Charlie’s rude, snobbish demeanor was completely unprofessional. When we politely asked why she looked at us that way, there was no apology or explanation, just continued arrogance. Her behavior made us feel like we were a bother simply for walking in. My best friend, in particular, felt so uncomfortable that it soured the entire visit before it even started. The waitress who initially greeted us was kind and lovely, but Charlie’s attitude overshadowed everything. It was obvious from her appearance and conduct that she likely holds a higher position, but that only makes her actions even more unacceptable. I’ve visited many Côte locations, including this one, and have always encountered polite, welcoming staff in London and Nottingham. This was the first time I left feeling insulted and uncomfortable. Charlie needs a serious lesson in humility and customer service. Her behavior reflects poorly not only on her but on Côte itself. I hope management takes action because this kind of conduct is completely unacceptable.

Food, service and atmosphere were great, we really enjoyed it! We were a group of 7 multilingual people, italian, albanian, and croatian. We were served by very nice and pleasant waiter Fatmir who spoke all 3 languages, which was very helpful while choosing from the menu.

Gorgeous views, amazing service and THE freshest, crispest fish & chips I’ve had this side of the Thames (and I’m a Londoner!).

Incredible views of London Bridge at night accompanied my visit to Cote. The famous crème caramel was delightful, and the Americano was satisfying. However, the hot chocolate was just average. Overall, this location is worth a visit for the scenery and the crème caramel!

Usually good food and service here but our visit for an evening meal on Thursday the 16th of August was not great! The service was poor, table not clean, had to change my cutlery and when I asked for a takeaway bag I was given cling film!! Won't be back in a hurry.

Overall, a decent experience, but with a small disappointment. I ordered my steak medium rare, but it arrived well done. I was in a hurry, so I didn’t mention it at the time. When asked if everything was okay while paying, I shared my feedback. The staff reacted very professionally, quickly calling the manager, who offered to fix the situation. Because of their good customer service, I can’t give less than 4 stars. That said, my son’s meal was excellent, so I’d still recommend the place—but if you’re looking for a great steak, you might want to skip it.

I really enjoyed my breakfast there. Everything was very tasty and well prepared. The coffee was amazing too. Very polished and clean place with a nice view of the river. The people who served us were very polite and helpful.

Can't complain, really good prices for London, fab view of the river was lovely sitting out in the sun. £14.95 for any breakfast, any hot drink and any juice. Got eggs benedict and eggs were perfectly cooked!

I had such a wonderful time visiting this lovely spot over Christmas! We ordered off their Christmas menu. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The staff were attentive, and everyone in my group had a great time.

We went to this Cote for the firat time at New Year's Eve. We have been to Cote many times and this was the worst. The food of the new year set menu was overpriced and not good (extremely salty and bland), the atmosphere was not good at all with no light no festive music or decor, the aervice was extremely slow. We felt that we wasted our money and our time and our new year eve. We won't trust Cote again during the festive period.

This is the second year running we have had our work Christmas dinner here. Last year was very good, but we all agreed this year's meal was even better! I think it is safe to say, this will be our regular venue at Christmas!

The female manager there has no idea what smile and kindness is. The rest of the staff was ok. Also I cannot understand why I was not allowed to sit upstairs since it was empty..... While half an hour later they sent customers there. Bad experience.

We ate lunch at Cote, and we sat outside. The restaurant is in a beautiful location on the river Thames. They have heaters and blankets outside for the cold days. You can also sit inside. The food is delicious, it tastes really good! Service is fairly quick and staff are very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed dining here.

A friend from New Zealand came for a visit and tried to find a good place to eat which is near the station. Husband took us here. Happy with his choice. Resto is warm, and the staff are really professional. The food was delicious. The set menu was a good offer. Generally everything is satisfied. Include a clean bathroom. Will come back for lunch to enjoy the view of the Thames.

We just came into have a quick drink but the team made us feel very welcome and comfortable so we extended this to a happy meal and kudos to the team for making this evening perfect for us.

Maybe one of the worst service ever received. Waited 15 min outside for someone to notice us and get sited, after 15 we decide to go inside and the host told us to wait for her colleague outside who apparently “keep disappearing “. The gentleman arrives and without any smile or greeting bring us to a table for 2 ( we were 3 standing in front of him) I look at him and ask him if he was gonna put two tables together and his funny reply is “oh I thought u can sit maybe other side my back his killing me “ and proceed to try to move the tables …. We clearly said that we were joining for coffee and food and the food menu arrived after 10 min. I asked for dessert menu which arrived after 15 min but nobody ever came to get an order ! Honestly shocked by this ridiculous experience.

The restaurant team made us feel welcome and let us have birthday decorations on the table. Plus free champagne was a nice treat. The food was delicious. Thank you Côte team!

Best restaurant best food ! I always get the steak or Côte beuf or chateubrian ‘ whether is date night or lunch with the girls , always get some cremant and Pinot noir to go with the food. And you have the perfect river side views . Heaven

Nice decor, but toasted sandwiches really poor, the pigs in blankets special was not that at all, but a greasy sausage, separate rasher of bacon and a fried egg between two unbuttered slices of cheap toast, no garnish of any kind, for nearly £10. The complimentary bottle of filtered water you used to get no longer offered. Disappointing

Beautiful restaurant, and it was buzzing with people, enjoying themselves. We did have to wait a while for our dinner to be served to us, that was exceptabl e because it was such a poplar French restaurant. The portion of the food I thought was not enough, but I thoroughly enjoyed it immensely.

To be fair, we came in a large group and maybe this restaurant is just not the right place for such a large group. But the steak which came a premium price in comparison to the other dishes was really only so so and the restaurant didn't manage expectations that it would essentially come without any sides if not ordered separately. Staff were like champs even though there were so many of us. But the place us super noisy and hard to have a conversation as it gets super loud when it's full. My expectations were higher especially on the food, so I can't give 5 stars. My recommendation is to take the steak off the menu as it can't compete and don't take large group like ours unless you can really handle them

Whoever made the cocktails was amazing and made the winter berry one to perfection

No stars from myself and husband as we didn't get any service here. Myself and husband thought we would treat ourselves after an awful day at guys hospital having tests. I had a nasal tube fitted so the day after went to this establishment for brunch. We walked in and was seated straight away however it was in a small space dark and out of view from anyone, now this made me uncomfortable and made to feel I shouldn't be there because of my tube we sat for good 15 mins and got no service or acknowledged in any way. We simply got up as I became upset and left, we were asked not to leave with front of house panicking but it was too late. This was on the 10th December 2024.

Staff, Food & Atmosphere Was Fantastic..

I had dinner here at 6.45pm on Friday 29 November. The food was very good but what let this place down was being told by the waitress as I walked in that we had the table for 90 minutes. You should at least allow your guests to sit down before reminding them of how long they've got the table for - not even McDonalds do that. Just based on that bad experience which happened within the first 60 seconds, I won't be returning to this Cote Brasserie, even though the food was very good.

We had a wonderful dinner. The staff were super attentive, in particular Juan and the food was nice. Not expensive at all and amazing views to the river. Nice live music as well. 10 out of 10

Ate here yesterday evening. We were a group of 3 and walked in at about 4.50pm on the off chance. The person who greeted us was welcoming and looked through her bookings to see if they could squeeze us in. She did and ensured we were served in a timely way so we finished by 6pm when they needed the table. The food and service were excellent as always, especially the French Onion soup!

Espectacular place. The food and service is one of the best places of London. Juan is very professional and attentive. I recommend it if you are in this part of London.

The food, as always with Côte, was delicious and beautifully presented, perfectly complementing the incredible service. If you’re visiting Hays Galleria, I cannot recommend Côte—and particularly Juan—highly enough. A truly lovely experience!

We really loved our visit at this restaurant! They are serving pretty solid French food! Definitely recommend the seafood stew!

Honestly could not be happier with the service here last night. We were running late because our tube got cancelled and they were very understanding when I rang ahead to let them know and managed to sort us a table. We were heading to the theatre afterwards so only had an hour and they were very helpful with cooking times advice, and speeding through our order. We had the steak frit and shared the chocolate fondant, both were delicious and so was the house white wine! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Very nice place, quiet and welcoming. The dog was treated well and the waitress didn't mind give him a blanket in a rainy weather.

I visit Cote very often. This time I was looked after by, Gosia, the waiter who provided exceptional service at Cote Hay's Galeria. Her caring and professional demeanor made our brunch experience truly delightful. She was incredibly helpful, anticipating our needs and ensuring that every detail was attended to. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile created a memorable dining experience.

We visited Cote Hays Galleria on Sat 23rd Nov for Breakfast after our friend's recommendation and I must say, am glad we did go because it was a lovely experience. We were greeted by welcoming staff and was seated very promptly. Our friendly waiter, Scott was very attentative and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We had the Eggs Benedict from Cote Breakfast Complete menu which was delicious and came with coffee and juice which was a bonus! Overall a fantastic experience and we would recommend everyone to come here for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I know we'll be back again soon!

The restaurant often requires a reservation, but I came at noon and did not have a reservation and it was full, but they let me in and asked for the moles and the famous cream in it. They are all delicious. The cream is delicious and soft, but it tastes repetitive.

It's Ok, not that I have amazingly high standards but Its just average, could have eaten in any breakfast brasserie and had exactly the same. Food was ok, service was good and tentative, vegan options were good.

I had forgotten to post a review that encompassed my thoughts of events that had occurred during last New Year's Eve (2023). I'll still post this now as consideration for any other people that might be planning to come here for this (2024) year's one. Honestly speaking this was an absolutely appalling experience in terms of service which soured the celebrations of the night. Previous to arriving on the night, I had called multiple times, weeks in advance to check if we would be allowed to stay slightly longer (30 minutes) than the set table time given to allow us to pad time so that we may watch the fireworks display and was multiple times CONFIRMED that to be the case over the phone. On the night we arrived, it was then said to NOT be the case despite being promised so over the phone. That alone wouldn't end up being an issue but we also ended up waiting for our food & drinks for over an hour! We were fending off hunger with the bread they gave us initially and eventually decided to buy some champagne, which arrived before our actual food & drinks we had previously ordered! When the food did eventually arrive, it was pretty bland in flavour by comparison to other restaurants I had went to, so I didn't personally enjoy it in comparison. The atmosphere was loud but to be expected. The waiter then had the audacity and tone to act as if we were being too slow with our meal & drinks, despite them serving it to us so insanely late and they were rushing us to finish our meal & drinks then pay so they can clear the table! It didn't feel like me nor my friends were welcome in this establishment as customers and I've never felt so embarrassed, frustrated and insulted during the event, as the person who planned to have our night here. After this experience, I would highly recommend avoiding this particular restaurant and I would like to caution anyone else who does have plans to have any meals here during busy event timings like this New Year's Eve or any other major public holidays with guests.

Wonderful friendly staff could not have done more to make our visit special. The food was delicious but sadly the menu and the helpings have been reduced. I would rather pay more to have the old menus.

They treated us in a very professional manner, they were very attentive, understanding and affectionate with us since we are traveling with a person with different allergies, and they also made a great effort to ensure that we did not have any problems derived from the difference in languages. We told them in person but we want it to be reflected for other visitors, they are exceptional.

Had an incredible experience at Cote London Bridge! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and the view made it even better. Walked in for an early dinner with two kids. The terrace is phenomenal. The kids loved the table by the river. The restaurant is well appointed as well, aesthetically pleasing. Food is consistently good at Côte, but I don’t find it exceptional. The service was decent, but the desserts came out late and not all at once. The 2 year old had to wait the longest for his and my coffee was cold by the time the cafe gourmand cakes arrived .

We sat at the bar for like 15 minutes before any of the bartenders addressed us and we were the only people sitting at the bar. The drinks and atmosphere were great, but the workers were cold, rude, and seemed like they didn’t want to talk to us. But to be fair, maybe it was because we are American… and black. Go next door to The Horniman at Hays. Great pub with much better down to earth vibes 👍🏽

We booked here for a birthday and we were both so impressed by the food and service. We had a great view of the river and were both given a complimentary glass of Cremant which was such a lovely touch. The food was great as well and excellent value for money.

I will recommend 100% this plase to my friends and will come with my family as well, service was so warm and kind and food was amazing.

We both chose the beef cheeks main course with side of truffled cauliflower & it was absolutely delicious!!! We were seated upstairs where the waitress, Danielle, known as Dee, was so lovely, happy & attentive yet she left us alone to chat without pressurising us to order. We always meet at this Côte as it never disappoints & we even sat outside after our meal to have a coffee in the autumn sunshine. Highly recommend.

We booked at last minute for a birthday celebration lunch, so pleased we did. The 2 complimentary glasses of Cremant was such a nice touch and made us feel special. The food was amazing, portion size just right so that we could manage 3 courses. The staff were friendly and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit a great way to start a celebration weekend.

Came by for dinner and was very pleased by the service of their service staff! The lady manning the queue was very friendly, ushered us to a table on the outside for a drink while we waited for a table to be available as we didn’t make a reservation. Got a bottle of wine to share there as we enjoyed the view of the HMS Belfast and Tower Bridge in the full moon 🌕 🦆 duck confit was a decent dish, the orange slices was a good touch to cleanse the palate 👍🏻 🥘 the stew was a wrong order actually, as we didn’t take the mussels, but still went with it as we were contemplating between this and another anyways - and it turned out good since was a seafood broth with good umami. Scallops were a little salty if you have it without the sauce, while the crab Maison was a great cold dish to be had 👍🏻 The manager also offered us a free dessert as she keyed the wrong order, and was a decent giant macaron although we were too full to finish it. Great overall experience and definitely one to enjoy with the views!
