I really am struggling to say anything good about this place. The food is mediocre at best and service is non-existent. I would avoid at all costs

Amazing food. Bandeja de paisa was massive and only £10. Definitely recommend this if you want some lovely authentic Colombian food. My wife's chicken soup was really good as well.

Good value lunch menu the mains usually cost 8-10 alone and you get a mains and soup for £7. See attached menu. I had fried tilapia which was a whole fish so generous portions for the price. There is a selection of beers, coffees and specialist Columbian soft drinks. Perhaps more suace on my fish would have had that extra star and also some of the fried casava was slightly on the hard side...but at this price I can't complain. This venue is up the escalators near the Castle Tamdoori restaurant.

Whenever I'm in London, I try to go out of my way to visit Castle Brasserie either for a meal or a snack. The food is the best Colombian food I've tried in the area (although there is one place I'm still to try), but they quite regularly run out of things on the menu although there is plenty of other choice to be had. It's more of a cafe atmosphere than a restaurant and a family friendly feel, with the young kids sometimes playing football in the middle of the place. I can't recommend it enough, but don't order the empanadas. Leave them for me!

We sought out a Colombian restaurant on a trip to London. My wife is Colombian and we have both been missing Colombian food since we moved to England two months ago. This place satisfied out hunger! The food is good and as authentic as you can expect! I got the Bandaja Paisa (a large platter of food) and my wife the Chuleta Empanizada. They were both outstanding. We also got fruit juices - the Lulo for my wife and the Guanabana for me. The only negative was the lack of air conditioning (we went on the hottest day of the year). The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We will most certainly return on a future visit. .

Food was delicious, especially the Camembert with rosemary, but what really stood out was the exceptional level of customer service. Thanks Hanan and all the servers!!

We visited Cote Hays Galleria on Sat 23rd Nov for Breakfast after our friend's recommendation and I must say, am glad we did go because it was a lovely experience. We were greeted by welcoming staff and was seated very promptly. Our friendly waiter, Scott was very attentative and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We had the Eggs Benedict from Cote Breakfast Complete menu which was delicious and came with coffee and juice which was a bonus! Overall a fantastic experience and we would recommend everyone to come here for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I know we'll be back again soon!

I suddenly feel like stepping into a traditional French resto. The smells around me remind me of my beloved Home Town Toulouse. Who would expect to be immersed into an old fashion cabaret when going upstairs. And here you are, sipping red wine and flirting with existentialism. The dim lighting is just right for squinting at your date and pretending you’re in a black-and-white French film. Meanwhile, the chairs feel like they were stolen from your chic grandmother’s dining room—comfy enough to stay for hours, questionable enough to feel authentic. But the pièce de résistance? The whole place feels like home. Not your home, of course—unless your home is a bohemian haven with Parisian vibes and a staff that somehow knows when you need another glass of wine before you do. It’s the kind of place where strangers nod at you as if to say, “Yes, we’re all très cultured here.” If you’ve ever wanted to feel like a 19th-century artist pondering life in a cosy Parisian nook—but with Wi-Fi and less tuberculosis—Toulouse Lautrec is the place for you. Five stars, a thousand accordion solos, and a resounding Vive la France!
