Actually ate the meat only, after tasting the rest. Shame at £8.95 they could put in a lot more effort for these restaurant prices. Frozen mash is not good, it dont take much to use the fresh potatoes you have for the chips, simply mash, add butter and serve. Cabbage & peas, put a small amount of bicarb in, this would make your food a lot more appealing visually and taste better. Peas & Cabbage where a horrible shade of of green. Deep fried Roasties again cook in an oven, effort equals returning customers. These where stale also tasted stale and defrosted from another day. Packet gravy, have you thought of adding the meat juices and veg juices? Carrots tasteless. Overcooked parsnip, unrecognisable. To be honest as a trained chef needing a day off I think it was all old stock left over. It was not nice, I threw in the bin except the meat even the frozen Yorkshire pudding was awful. Not a good experience and worst dinner I've ever purchased out anywhere. Lack of effort on Romas part. It needs a serious overhaul or chef needs sacking as they just don't care to produce such bad food. Won't ever go again for any food if that's the standard they work too. Someone needs to care here.

Pass this place everyday on my way to work and finally gave it a try. It's a tiny place offering mostly takeaway food, everything is sparkling and clean, they have a 5 star hygiene rating which is always good to see. The choice includes, breakfast baps, full breaksat boxes and egg or beans on toast. I went for a bap with sauasge, bacon and eggs and it was outstanding. Top quality meat from Swansea market and a large white floury bap. Nice cup of proper coffee as well. It set me up for the day and I'll definitely be back.

Ate twice from here during a recent family stay in Penclawdd. We had a young baby so having a takeaway walking distance from our air bnb was a godsend. Menu isn’t extensive ( no kebabs ) but what they do , they do very well. Service quick and portions very generous. Fish and chips, cheese rissoles and mince beef pie all highly recommended.

This is an average chip shop it’s certainly not bad but it’s nothing to write home about either. Food was perfectly nice but not amazing. We had 2 fish and chips and a pie chips gravy and some mushy peas. It was all tasty enough. The batter was good, light and crispy, the pie meal was just your typical pie meal you’d get in most fish and chip shops. The chips were quite soft as some have said but they were cooked through unlike some have said and we’re just typical fish and chip shop chips. It is expensive but I put that down to it being in a holiday area. It’s still cheaper than what the local restaurants are charging. Id eat here again and I wouldn’t be put off by the negative reviews. The staff are also nice and friendly.

A cancer patient presented an official card to a member of staff requesting to use the toilet (which was locked), due to effects of ongoing treatment. The staff member consulted two members of staff, before announcing that The company did not participate in any cancer support measures.
