The food here is out of this world. So tasty and always fresh. Rose served us and was fab! Very helpful. Always come here when we're in Swansea.

Nearly every weekend it’s one of my favourites times to grab a chopstix, and the service is always fantastic, Emilia serves us every weekend and she is superb, one of the best customer service skills you’ll see around! & don’t forget the food is amazing, thank you very much!

The best chopstix around. I go there around twice a week and get the same great service every single time. The food is outstanding and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. I usually get served by Ellena or Emilia they both go above and beyond to make sure i enjoy my meal. I have a chopstix closer to my town but prefer to travel to this one as it’s by far the best one.

Portions too small for the money.

I bought take out here with a friend. We got a box of noodles and 2 boxes of honey wings. We both couldnt eat the noodles, I think I got the wring sauce on it. It just was t doing it for us. The wings were so nice, we had to get an extra box.

Should be an option to cancel the order with immediate refund when times change that much bc i wouldnt have ordered if i knew it would be 1hr wait and not 15-25mins like it said when i paid. Time changed 4x before showing up 👎

I really was hungry before rehearsals for Steel magnolia’s at the Dylan Thomas Theatre (book tickets now 30th April to 3rd May) and needed a healthier option. Rose and Skye helped me discover great options to eat with less calories. The shop is so clean and they are so friendly. If you are doing rehearsals for a show and need to eat before hand plz come here

After tipping the driver ahead of delivery, he sat outside my complex for 10 minutes without letting me know he’d arrived. When I noticed he was hear he complained that my buzzer wasn’t working - I tested it in front of him and all was fine. The food was great though

Quite shocked to find the rice was microwave rice.. how can you mess up rice?! Chicken was either burnt or stale. The whole meal was an absolute state. Definitely won’t be wasting my money here again.

The experience was good. The food was hot and crisp. Give a try to feel the firecracker if you can tolerate heat.

My first visit went quite well, especially when I was a bit apprehensive about it as I didn't know what kind of food they sell. They predominantly serve Asian style food and they offer 3 different portion sizes. We chose option 3 which means we could choose with our base of either rice or noodle 3 topping. But it turned out to be a very filling and delicious meal and we decided to back again!

I placed my order at nearly 6pm my delivery time kept being prolonged until I received my order at 730pm. 1 1/2 wait for food is absolutely scandalous. DO NOT ADVERTISE 40 mins if it’s going to be double!

First timer to chopstix and the experience really was great one of the staff members, Nicola was really friendly and patient with me when asking about the menu due to my dyslexia. She explained everything to me and helped me make my own box. The food was very tasty and the general experience of coming here left me thinking about coming here more often with how friendly the staff were.

Would love to give more than a 1 but my food never turned up!! Said it was delivered and wasn’t. Got in touch with the shop they couldn’t do anything. No response from just eat!! First time ordering from here too!

love it my favorite food place ever!

Ordered at 11:52 and was given 30mins delivery time, then the timing kept changing, ended up with my food at 13:12 so 1 hour and 20 mins, food was ok but cold and semi warm in parts, not wrapped very secure. It would have been quicker to catch the bus into town and pick the food up myself, so I don't think I'll order from town food places on this app as a 12 min drive away seems to far for hot food and delivered at a good time. The driver was really polite and took care with my food.
