Chopstix Noodle Bar in Swansea

The staff you interact with are lovely, but the management is a combination of lazy and incompetent. The staff isn’t paid properly for the hours they work, and management does nothing to curtail the harassment they receive at times.

Nathan was a superstar and Yasmin is a sweetie🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

This place has great food and great staff along with their services, but why the low rating you ask? Well, the reason is because they don't accept cash, which is a major let down, and for that, I probably won't eat here again unless it's my last resort. Cash is King! 💷

Driver did not ring the doorbell or knock. This keeps happening with just eat deliveries. is not good.

Food was spot on. Hot and tasty. Driver got a little lost though ?? Watched him driving around on tracking and when he called wouldn’t take direction, just a post code! Eventually flagged him down as he passed by yet again.

Tried this place as my regularly Chinese had a 2hr delivery time on a busy Saturday night. Had a 1 person box meal deal thing. Disappointed as Very small portions of the toppings, but they tasted alright to be fair. Small pot of salt and pepper chicken as a side was the best part. All in all the quality and taste was “ok” but I don’t think I’d order from here again, I’d have a bit more patience and wait for my regular

I do love Chopstix but sometimes there’s a total lack of vegetables in the vegetable noodles. This was the case with this order. The Salt & Pepper chicken was perfect and the Beef Teriyaki was great too 👍🏻

Very small portions for the price they charge

Really disappointed with the quality of the meal, it tasted like a Chinese ready meal from a supermarket. The only part I enjoyed was the spring rolls and the prawn crackers. That being said, it is excellent value and it was delivered promptly, I just didn't enjoy the taste at all.

Just so stunned. Looked so far from the picture I actually had to check it was the right order. Unbelievably small. Tiny portions of chopped up meat in sauce in a small double container on top of a seriously meagre portion of noodles. I’m not one to be too fussy but if you are selling me a product based on a nice looking picture..land it did look nice..I expect it to look something remotely like the picture. Just not worth the money even though it was supposed to be discounted.

Came here for the first time yesterday and had no idea what to order asked the lovely lady with the tattoos (can't remember her name) what was the best vegetarian dish. She recommended the egg fried rice with pumpkin katsu and fried potato's it was delicious 😋

Ordered from here last night as a last minute takeaway and the food was like warm, tasted okay but me and my partner woke up this morning with what we believe to be food poisoning. Not impressed, clearly need to work on their food temperatures.

Service was shocking today! Asked by Elena if takeaway only was okay, an hour before close, and as there was other people sat in there I asked if the two of us could sit in to eat and we were met with a rude and blunt response. It was a very hostile atmosphere! Everything was an inconvenience for the staff tonight, despite it just being the two of us and an hour before close. Above all, the food was abysmal! We ended up chucking away the food because it was chewy and dry and flavourless!

Me and my girlfriend just went to the chopsticks and I was standing there for 15 minutes and I asked them why are they not serving curtomers and they told they are doing delivery orders,however the person how came after me got served.so after standing for 20 minutes to get served I just left because no cared to ask. Selina provided excellent professional service and had clear product knowledge as well as a friendly demeanour, food was lovely as always :)

If someone were to ask what my thoughts were on this. My reply would simply be that it was just OK. If you're looking for a better alternative, then I would suggest Asaga, for which they usually have nicer toppings and a bit more choice. I would definitely stay away from the prawns. They are very chewy, small, and the bread that surrounds them turns to mush. The other toppings I had were nice but maybe only enjoyable if you have a sweet tooth. Staff were very friendly, but that is not enough for me to want to ever try another Chopstix. Maybe if the food was fresher?

Very impressive service Myself and partner received especially from Dave and Julia at chopstix Swansea wasn’t to sure what to have but Dave was very informative and Julia served us at the till and was very polite the food was lovely and very fair options inside the restaurant was very friendly and had a inviting atmosphere being our first time there myself and my partner were we very impressed overall and will definitely be returning

I went to Chopstix yesterday and got served by a girl called beth, of course Beth gave me her she/her pronouns and was very respectful,it’s was extremely kind of her to hold my pride flag while I tied my rainbow coloured laces, clearly Chopstix care about the LGBTQ community (well done to management)we continued to speak about our shared love for the LBGBTQ plus movement for some time and we’re both completely angry and distraught about how theirs oppression against us apart from her beautiful smile she was very helpful in recommending which toppings I should have clearly she has taste in food and in her men ahahah all jokes aside my experience was wonderful
