Chopstix Noodle Bar in Swansea

I wanted a large but the said they don’t have catsu Curry but they obviously did

Large queue asked if only one serving guy said yes he's cooking. Made no attempt to serve. For did not taste like sweet and sour chicken knoodles. I always have this and its got yo be the worst. I asked if sauce said no. My dish should have been sweet but didn't taste of anything. Cost overpriced so dissapointed if I didn't know better I'd say she gave me different dish

Amazing and yummy! So nice to have a authentic noodle bar in the nearby city, I love the anime girl painting on the wall too! Me and my boyfriend came here for valentines, so nice there is many options for different diets

I stopped here for food as it made a change from the usual Burger King. Tasty food and reasonably priced. Needs more seating.

Disappointing service , took my stepson who had never tried Chopstix before , not accommodating to his needs by asking to try before he buys only to get refused …it’s like buying a car before test driving it !! Appalling staff need educating about individual customer requirements

Ideal for a quick lunch or take away, with an excellent choice of food. I missed not having a proper plate and knives and forks, but it’s not that sort of place. I managed, OK.

The food is very good we as a family love chopstix , they only thing I don’t like is some of the staff they don’t service properly, like there’s one young girl she doesn’t know how to put the right portion, she always put very little toppings, three toppings like only one topping, this my second time 🕰️ go there she is there , in the next time if I see her I don’t buy food there, this is how some inexperienced staff ruine some good business.

Customer service could've been better

Ridiculous, got hardly anything and paid £30 for a meal for 2.. hardly any toppings with probably 2 small scoops of rice. ASAGA is by far superior

Food looks lovely, smelt amazing but unfortunately bland and Burnt rice. Chicken nuggets with sauce. Only thing i will say is staff were helpful.

Great service from Elena in the Swansea store.. always friendly.. and even put some Christmas music on at our request.. ‘the best DJ in Swansea’ 🎵 🎅

Enjoyed my lunch today from here. Noodles with caramel chicken and added a drink and some spring rolls. Food was lovely and hot and was very tasty. Lovely staff who served me, wasn't quite sure what i wanted so they explained the dishes, and the caramel chicken looked lovely so opted for that. Will definately be returning again when in swansea

Wow!! Sweet n sour chicken on the veg noodles is so homely. Great to have an Asian restaurant you can sit inside of too. A meal comes with egg rolls and a drink. Can't go wrong here <3

Noodles were tastless and the portion size on toppings were very skimpy. Tho they had a lovely taste to them. meal deal was £18 ish for 2 people. Service was slow. should have grabbed a pastie from gregs instead🤣

Unfortunately they were out of katsu curry when I went there but the alternative curry sauce was very nice, had the medium size box which was very filling and cost less than £10 for the meal deal, I'll know in future to have the small size box as a meal deal because with 5 little spring rolls it really is a lot of food

I don’t support buisness’ that don’t accept cash. I stood in the que for ages, selected & plated up my food only to be told at the till point “we don’t accept cash” So your buisness will be added to the growing list of outlets for people to boycott.

Can’t believe you stopped serving prawns! Also when I went there I just wanted to taste 1 piece of chicken before I decide, but last said no. So had to guess what was appealing to me.also non of the tables weren’t very clean customer service not that great at all

Ordered via the too good to go app, the store was quiet as close to closing served by a great guy Tyler so helpful and really pleasant. Food was delicious wasn't sure of the dishes but chicken was succulent and tasty. Definitely will be a returning customer.

Just had a delivery and had to come straight here to express my utter disbelief. Spent 25 pound for 2 people. At that price you expect a filling meal but the portions that arrived were honestly abysmal. Me and my partner turned to each other and said "is this a joke"? Portion size is less than a baby would eat, food was stone cold, vegetable noodles had zero vegetables, spring rolls were just frozen shop bought nonsense (which were stone cold), topping while tasty I had about 3 shreddings of meat. The nicest part of the meal was the can of Pepsi. For the price and the slow delivery I would urge anyone to completely avoid. We feel as though we've been utterly robbed. Worst takeaway I have ever received. Tried to claim a refund on UBEREATS but told not eligible. Uber valuing restaurants over customers yet again.

I loved the egg fried rice, caramel chicken was heavenly with the teriyaki beef and the other toppings PERFECT! I LOVE FOOD❤❤

We travelled here from llanelli. The rice was looking really dry but we still orderd our usual. Unfortunately when we started eating it the rice was rock hard. We told the gentleman working there and he dealt with it straight away and binned our original food. He brought out fresh rice and gave us our meals again that we had ordered. It was amazing as usual. Thank you for sorting this out swansea branch.

A lovely quaint restaurant with good food and wide selection of choices, staff very polite and good service. A star lost only because their takeaway delivery isn’t very good, smaller portions than in store and the noodles were dry. Definitely better experience in person.

Ordered takeout. Rice was not cooked. Food was horrible. Inedible. Extremely disappointing. Will never order again. Would have given negative star if option was available. Would have liked my money Bach as had to throw away food.

I was having a really bad day but then I got chopstix and I completely forgot about it! Excellent service... Emily and Nia were the staff working ... Just really good food and service :)

Noodles and rice smell burnt plus noodles was dry and cold. The rice is also hard and salty. The food was rubbish but presentation good and to think I paid 20 pound for this sham of a food.

Food is average. But the potion is way too small for the prices they charge. The spring rolls are ridiculously small and tasted absolutely disgusting, they are soft instead of crispy and drenched in grease. The staff here are poor as well , dont seem to know much about their own promotion or get the bill right.

My experience at chopstick Swansea was fantastic, Rose made me feel very welcomed and helped me enjoy my experience! She’s such a lovely person and the caramel chicken is to die for. Rosie is the reason I go to chopsticks so I can experience the customer experience that she offers with the great food

The food portions were filling and priced fairly. There is not a lot of choice of meats to choose from, mostly chicken. The chicken was mostly dry. The noodles were tasteless. It mimicked Asian foods very poorly. It wasn't the worst thing I've had, it was edible at least. Good thing about this place is that the service is always very fast. The interior is modern and well decorated.

Workers are usually great, but the worst thing to do in a deep economy fall is to increase prices of an already borderline expensice product. Costs can't be over £2/3 per box with salaries and everything in mind. And more recently with the price increase it seems the food isn't selling so the rice is rock hard and the noodles are stale. A bad business decision with no real strategy, if you invested greatly in the chopstix app, and made it look professional, and the more you spend the more you get then it could balance out with both loyalty and revenue. This is a turning point for Swansea chopstix. Asaga are cheaper now and just down the road. I believe chopstix is much tastier and can compete but with more appropriate decisions
