Food was cold by the time it arrived

Food was top quality lovely flavours but cold had to reheat would def order again

we had kung po chicken. it was nice but it needed more sauce. there was plenty of meat noodles but as I said more sauce needed.

I placed my order at nearly 6pm my delivery time kept being prolonged until I received my order at 730pm. 1 1/2 wait for food is absolutely scandalous. DO NOT ADVERTISE 40 mins if it’s going to be double!

Food was mint and staff was excellent

Just had my chopsticks it was stunning as always lovely woman there Nichola very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and was very patient with me as I could t decide what to have great service

First timer to chopstix and the experience really was great one of the staff members, Nicola was really friendly and patient with me when asking about the menu due to my dyslexia. She explained everything to me and helped me make my own box. The food was very tasty and the general experience of coming here left me thinking about coming here more often with how friendly the staff were.

Was greeted by a lovely lady called Nichola, who was very helpful and explained how it worked as I have never been to chop stix before. Thank you Nichola, I will definitely be back 😊

Time kept changing the ship had already made food and by time we got it it was cold due to driver taking so long to get to the shop ate it because I was staving

Would love to give more than a 1 but my food never turned up!! Said it was delivered and wasn’t. Got in touch with the shop they couldn’t do anything. No response from just eat!! First time ordering from here too!

love it my favorite food place ever!

Ordered at 11:52 and was given 30mins delivery time, then the timing kept changing, ended up with my food at 13:12 so 1 hour and 20 mins, food was ok but cold and semi warm in parts, not wrapped very secure. It would have been quicker to catch the bus into town and pick the food up myself, so I don't think I'll order from town food places on this app as a 12 min drive away seems to far for hot food and delivered at a good time. The driver was really polite and took care with my food.

I’ve never heard of this place before and I thought that I would pop in. The food was delicious, every-time I go now I always order the same thing which is the egg fried rice with bbq Korean chicken and the Salt and pepper potatoes. The staff are super friendly and are great with customer service. The staff members Austin and Elana have served me multiple times and I always have a convo with them while ordering. The atmosphere is really nice too, can actually sit and enjoy the food unlike some places.

It is my second time ordering a food. second time not enjoying.... my food was a very dry and no tasty, lots of salt and no difference between rice and noodles same taste. food cold.

I’ve never been before and as I was walking past I thought I’d stop by, Nichola served me a two topping box meal with caramel chicken and firecracker chicken, and it was scrumptious. Nichola was so friendly, making the whole experience even better. The portions were amazing, the food was hot, and flavourful. Chopstix is a great place for a quick, tasty meal. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to give some compliments to one of the staff members Emilia. She directed me to the halal certificate when asked if the food was halal, which was very reassuring. She was very polite, despite being put under pressure, and fulfilled a large complicated order for me. Amazing work, keep it up! ☺️

The food was sub par and not particularly tasty. The chicken burnt and cold, giving me a bad belly the next day. when the food was handed to me, the paper bag broke leaving my food all over the floor. before I could even query my missing drink, the man had already scarpered. would not order from here again. definitely not worth the extortionate price.
