The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Wales

Took my grandson to McDonalds over Spytty Retail Park after visiting Innoflate he had nuggets and chips and I had the new Philly Cheese Burger which we had to wait for while they cooked it fresh the order arrived about 15-20 mins later and when I bit into my burger it was barely warm as were the chips I asked my grandson if his food was hot and he said no it was tasteless and all you could taste was the pickles we left a lot of our food and when I spoke to two workers they said I should have complained but here’s a thought people want hot food not barely warm so stop cheating customers and make sure it’s fit to eat before you present it to your customers without a thought of if it’s cooked properly the manager needs to do his job and start correcting his workers

I still can’t believe how bad this place is. It’s actually comical at how BAD it is. Fancied proper fish and chips and spotted what I thought was a genuine chippy right on the front in a perfect location. Queued up to be greeted by the most miserable young girl who stared straight through my soul. Ordered and managed to find a seat. It was chaotic and not clear who’s order was being called. Food came in a tray and I said do you have knife and fork to which they said yes there’s a fork in it. Flimsiest fork in the world. Went back to pay for sauce as they are not free. Well it was cheaper then cheap chips barely cooked and the worst fish ever seen in life. Like one of them cheap battered frozen ones. All batter no fish, and not a nice batter like from a proper chippy! Thank god didn’t come across the rude man from all the other reviews. Maybe the girls were so miserable as work with him. God knows. Nice reminder to check reviews before I spend my money anywhere! Don’t even know how the hell this has stayed in business. Avoid at all costs it’s vile

Absolutely vile, we ordered food, took over an hour to come and not only did it come absolutely freezing!! but only 1 out of 4 came as a complete meal! absolutely appalling. It’s run by literal teenagers and not a responsible manager anywhere insight. Very Very poorly run!!

Went there 3 months ago and it was awful 😖 it has got worse, and I see it has got a ONE STAR health and safety rating recently. I am surprised it was not the lowest of ZERO and closed down.

These guys have made the best chicken tikka kebabs for many years and still do.. So so tasty, never had a kebab like it!

We went there under the impression that they make fresh “smashed” burgers, they advertised “fresh homemade 100% beef patties” and the advertisement clearly lived upto that, however the food was so bad I couldn’t even eat the meat it was disgusting and rubbery, there is nothing fresh or homemade about any of it! Would not recommend at all £30 later and feel rather queezy! Everything frozen in cheap packaging (thanks to the open kitchen) False advertisement pretty sure that’s illegal, won’t be returning, such a shame that so many properties are going to waste for s*** kebab style shops that pretend to be something they’re not!

Sent us cold food, we sent it back with the driver and when I called the restaurant, I was screamed at down the phone that I was a lying and they are refusing to refund the food!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Picked up a few of the ‘Mint Aero’ cheesecake for a party, for £3.50 they were not good value for money. There was very little mint flavouring, marketing as ‘Mint Aero’ does a disservice to the Nestle brand and I’m sure they would want you to remove it from the shelves. I would of been better buying the ‘Aero’ dessert for a lot less money.

Ordered our food at 18.07 website states 35 to 50 mins delivery, food finally arrived at 19.35. When challanged about the late delivery the driver said there had been an issue with the fryer. We argued that they should have contacted us to inform us about the delay the driver gave us a contact number (which cannot be found on any Web search for the place) to speak with the manager. My husband phoned to complain first he was hung up on so second call resulted in being told the driver had been stopped by the police on his way so one person is lying!! The food was OK ish the lettuce was old and limp the buger smothered in mayonnaise. WE WILL NOT BE USING THIS BUGER PLACE AGAIN

Came here for tea to take back to our chalet which was only a 5 min drive if that. Chips were lukewarm and soggy, still had the eyes in them, fish was lukewarm and batter hard. Peas were nice. I would not recommend and would not go back. In the bin it went
