Ordered our food at 18.07 website states 35 to 50 mins delivery, food finally arrived at 19.35. When challanged about the late delivery the driver said there had been an issue with the fryer. We argued that they should have contacted us to inform us about the delay the driver gave us a contact number (which cannot be found on any Web search for the place) to speak with the manager. My husband phoned to complain first he was hung up on so second call resulted in being told the driver had been stopped by the police on his way so one person is lying!! The food was OK ish the lettuce was old and limp the buger smothered in mayonnaise. WE WILL NOT BE USING THIS BUGER PLACE AGAIN

The Promenade
First time in Barmouth today and after a quick walk on the beach we had decided to get some fish and chips like anyone would while at the seaside. The staff were friendly and pleasant however the food was a complete let down, considering how much it cost…. The chips weren’t even chip shop chips, more like really poor quality, tasteless, dry oven chips. Not even a generous amount of vinegar could have made them less dry! A seagull about chocked on one due to how dry it was and didn’t bother us after… Overall it’s a shame as the location is convenient but the food is a massive let down. Also the image shown on the building of traditional fish and Chips from a Chip shop shouldn’t be displayed as the food was nothing of the sort.

Dol BeunoNot a good experience here at all. The chips were made fresh but came out very dry and have a funny 'off' taste about them. I ordered a large portion but it was more of a small medium and for £4+ not worth it. The gravy is sour, mushy peas had such a disgusting taste and the curry sauce taste like a can of vegetable soup with a hint of curry. The order took nearly 30 minutes for 1 portion of chips. The lads are friendly hence the 2 stars but all of the food went in the bin.
