Won’t let kids in after 6pm! Absolutely ridiculous! Honestly not worth a trip or the petrol if you plan on going for an evening meal or snack!

Samantha was so lovely , making sure everyone was happy with their order . Asking if they need anything , I was waiting for my food and she could i was waiting a while so asked if I wanted her to check where it was . Excellent service .

Rubbish… customer service is shocking over the phone, forgot items of delivery numerous times and is a very long wait. Can’t seem to ever get orders right would not recommend

Terrible service went drive thru waiting half hour for my food first one on line holding up other vehicles female staff who serve me running clueless half the staff on there phones no apology at the end she got an attitude won’t be going here again

Actually stupid, I ordered my food from home at 1:45 it was now 2:51 and hadn’t heard a thing about my order. thiefs and want to steal peoples money like no tomorrow ordered a 4 medium fries, a mayo chicken and a 9 chicken nugget meal and your telling me I waited an hour for nothing .

Absolutely disgusting, an hour and half for delivery, food arrived cold with items missing, no contact number, delivery driver useless, and walked away laughing when we said items missing

Never open before 7am, staff blame no manager, suppose to be 24 hrs but no service, no breakfast before work now thanks.

Missed items of order. Again. Can’t get through on phone. This happens often with this stir. I suggest you check drive through orders before moving off.

McDonald's sell 'fast food.' This branch just sells 'food!' Every time I visit I say "never again." This time, I mean it. This branch is boycotted. A 30 minute wait this evening for 2 meals, neither of which was customized in any way. I've complained before via mcdonaldsfoodforthoughts but it takes about 15 mins to fill in the form. Thought I'd check Tripadvisor and, low and behold, the vast majority of customers have experienced similar or longer waits. Do the branch managers not read this? Do McDonald's senior management not read this? Looking forward to my next burger from Burger King - even if I do have to drive 10 times as far and pay twice as much for it.

Ordered through Uber, food came freezing cold and order was wrong, tried to ring the restaurant direct as the driver told me however they don’t answer there phones, complain to Uber and awaiting the reply 😡

Chicken burgers, hardly any lettuce or Mayo , dry buns. Latte! No coffee in it, just hot milk Milkshake machine is always broken

Ordered food on the app, got there still had to wait 25 minutes, order finally came returned home with kids to find when we got home that the order was completely wrong cheeseburgers instead of hamburgers, hardly any fries in the bags my son counted 9 fries in his bag ...... spent £14 on food only one of the happy meals was correct .... so ended up a complete waste of money

Wouldn't let me in at 10pm, despite being open until 2am. Was told I had to go through drive-thru. Placed my order with drive-thru, with the request of NO TOMATO due to allergies. Got my order, and through habit, checked my meal. Sticker said NO TOMATO, item had tomato in it. Went to the door to tell the woman standing in the still open doorway that my order had been severely messed up. She didn't want to know, just told me I couldn't come in. Item in hand, I tried to explain again. Still, just told me I couldn't come in. So, left with food I can't eat. Well, I could, but it could wind up with me being hospitalised. McDonald's inept ability to follow allergen requests company wide is appalling, and I shall be getting on to the FSA in the morning as I honestly feel that one day they could kill someone due to neglect or stupidity.

I came here today with my parents to grab some breaky before a bit of shopping and I left conflicted! We came in at crossover 11am so understandably the staff were stretched thin I didn’t mind that it took longer than usual it is what it is and it can’t be helped. But what did annoy me was CLAIR The manager on shift at the time stood there mostly with her clip board barking orders at the staff. In front of us customers. That is NOT how you speak to employees and you can tell by their faces it left them deflated and embarrassed. I really hope higher management find this and speak to her. She needs re training on how to lead a team because shouting is counterproductive. Lowie was very kind and helpful

-1 how many time do I have to visit this McDonald’s only to find that your ice cream machine is not working. I’ve lost count of the times this has happened… this is a regular occurrence ( don’t blame the hot weather) it’s been happening over months … if you get into the drive through que you are locked in the que and have to stay in the que until all the others car have been served after being told “ sorry our ice cream machine is not working sorry for any inconvenience “ if you can’t make it then stop advertising that you do

We visited the drive through at 11.45 pm 10/07/22 after finishing work. Order placed no issue, 2 cars in front of us at the pay window took 8min to pay, I enquired about dips and was told they are free with a meal. 12 min to get our order I asked about the dips and was told rudely they are not free they are 20p. We parked up and found our coffee like warm, white not black as ordered, the food was barely warm. All in all a very poor customer experience. Owners you have invested a lot of money but your poor staff are losing you customer's.

The slowest and worst service ever encounter Mcflury Machine alway broken staff terrible ( dont know what they are doing)

Lengthy wait for 2 coffees and 2 burgers, several other customers making complaints while we were there. One of the white coffees turned up as a cold cappuccino. A replacement was requested from the supervisor who then forgot and went for her own lunch in the staff area. First time I have left a review but the place is always chaotic and very slow. Real turn around in staff you can see it is a lot to do there but they still did it all to give me the best time I could of had, I went through drive through and the women on both windows were lovely have conversations with both of them and they still worked to what I believe could of been the best amount with what was going on, managers seem very supportive and help cannot fault it. There are numerous teens who work well together nice to see a change.

This mc donalds is okay but the staff are rude sometimes and they mess the food up. They should be more respectful or be trained properly as lots of them dont know what they are doing.

I think i have come into this restaurant every day on my lunch break just to find out when the milkshake machine will be working, always turn up during busy periods so not receiving great levels of service but 12 days of asking about a milkshake seems like a wind up

What can I say? It's fast food it's not designed to be of mitchelling standard but it does do what you want it to do fill you up. Staff are friendly and the service was good.

Recientemente fui a un Mcdonald's en el parque comercial y era absolutamente indignado por la calidad de la comida. Pedí un gran mac y el pan era sólida y frío ¿cómo se puede esperar que las personas para disfrutar que se me escapa. Usted debe tomar más orgullo en su trabajo y lo que quieres es que sirven la mejor comida puede no es el peor!

He estado en este restaurante muchas veces y para ser sincero aún no están contentos con la comida.

Possibly the slowest service I have ever had in mcdonalds. Otherwise nothing more to complain about. Food was fine and it was nice and clean.
