Went here for dinner and found it very disappointing. The chips were chewy and my son (9) who normally devours his fish barely ate it saying it didn’t taste nice. I also had the haddock and would agree it wasn’t the best. Cooked fresh on ordering but felt it was maybe overcooked as it was solid rather than flaky. My eldest (12) liked his unbattered sausage though. My husband didn’t enjoy his battered sausage and the onion rings weren’t enjoyed either. Probably not helped by them already sitting in the heater when we arrived. I barely ate my chips. The fish was very greasy and soaked through the paper. Wouldn’t return! Wish we had just braved the traffic to lechlade instead as there is a chipper there we had great chips from previously.

Was worse kebab ever . Cold and looks like someone else got there before me . Hour and a half trying to call to complain . They sent another but was not much better . Kebabs are of the menu for a while . Chinese much better value .

the pizza is absolutely michelin star food and theres so many good food but drinks cost a bit much and its uneccesary

This fish bar is highly recommended I used to go here in the late 80s now iv moved back to the area I started to use it again and the food is still amazing

I was happy with my food order , from this chip shop. Seems a new person has took over. Premises is very clean too. Food was lovely, was really nice. I would definitely recommend to other people.

Ordered a very large takeaway last night for the family.....it came on time and was absolutely beautiful!!! Service is always great and I couldn't think of ordering Indian from anywhere else. Thank you so much....

We first tried this chippy last week and again today,freshly cooked when you order, we ordered haddock and chips and curry sauce,delicious, thebatter on the fish was thin and crispy and the chips were lovely and dry not abit of oil and grease anywhere. Very nice and polite man behind the counter. From now on this will be our go to chippy and as we live just a short walk away it could not be better.

Note: this review is for the Boxpark branch. Interesting concept but poor quality and service. Fish in the noritaco was frozen solid. When brought to the attention of the staff there was no attempt to remedy and was instead asked "is this the only piece that was frozen?".

First time I tried and I loved!! Very tasty food, fast and polite service. I collected which in my opinion is always the best choice. I ordered a sweet and sour chicken balls, Singapore fried noodles and king prawn chow mein. All dishes were very tasty, with good quality ingredients, with big portions. Great value compared to other places. Now definitely my new local Chinese takeaway. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic fish and chips! The batter is crispy, the fish is flaky, and the fries are golden perfection. The service is friendly, and the portions are generous. Five stars, without a doubt!

Chips were reheated and rock hard. Pretty unedible really If you get the chicken around 5-6pm, it will have been on the heat for hours and will be completely dry and tasteless. The fish has never been good either. Plus, it's costly. I'm done with this fish and chip shop. Go to the white riverfish bar for a much nicer meal

My wife loves these donuts and I get a box of 12 from time to time for us to devour. There are deals that offer the second set of 12 for only an additional £1! We tend to freeze them and eat some later and it still retains the taste. Recommended

we often come hear as it is very clean and out in the open air the staff are very good and help full the tea coffee ect are very nice and it has a safe feeling about it and yes we will be back
