Absolutely disgusting, ordered food & because the staff are incompetent & can't pack 4 labelled products into a labelled bag, I as a customer have to wait 2days for money back & food that's not our order, & none of us eat, how is it acceptable to put the loss on the customer, worst customer service iv had ever, from anywhere,

Very tasty & filling. Mine - classic salmon & cream cheese on sesame bagel. His - Salted beef on multi seed bagel (New York style - surprisingly filling!) 2 bagels & a bottle of water were £13.50 - so not cheap. Hint - take your own bottle of water! Takeaways are also about £1 cheaper

Absolute disgrace, went in for a coffee 6am Sunday morning not one clean table, rubbish everywhere, bags of litter dumped outside. This branch is the worst fast food place I have ever been to. The staff should be ashamed of themselves. I do NOT recommend eating there.

Lovely lady serving and food nice and fresh.

I went in after work on Thursday and bought a medium pepperoni pizza and a can of coke. I’ve only just looked at my bank. I was charged £17 surly that can’t be right. I’m from out of town so won’t be returning again. 🤯😱 the pizza was very greasy and I only ended up Eating two slices. The reddy orange grease got everywhere

Plain, tasteless cardboard for food. The delivery was an hour late and everything was cold. They also forgot a rice and chow mein. Do not go here

If you're hungry, avoid this place. 24 minutes wait for a microwaved bacon and egg bagel is unacceptable. Had to ask for a fresh tea, as mine was stewed and cold. Service would have been much quicker if the 4 staff cut out all the chit chat and focussed on the job. 13 people waiting for their orders at one point, some longer than me. Dreadful and not worth the money.
