Nearly 1.30 hours for delivery attitude of staff when rang up about delivery totally disgusting behaviour

Don’t expect traditional fish and chips. Poor quality fish and frozen supermarket style chips. Very disappointing and expensive for this level of quality.

There is no real possibility of leaving a review for the #9 fish-and-chip shop which no longer exists!

Popped in to grab a couple of pasties as the smell outside was amazing and realised we were starving, pork and apple and spicy chicken highly recommend

Disappointed to walk intoa sit down cafe only to find I am served ( by pleasant staff) takeaway food. A tea in a paper cup a pastie in a paper bag . No utensils, essentially finger food so annoying especially after paying around £7 for an experience did not enjoy

I recently visited the decoy kiosk and was absolutely delighted with the experience! The staff were all friendly and patient with us whilst we decided what to get. Brandon was absolutely lovely and offered some great recommendations! The kiosk itself is clean and well maintained. Definitely coming back again to try out the variety of ice creams they offer!

I had a beautiful pot of tea which wasn't badly priced, I also had a cream tea which I had waited all day for but was seriously disappointed when it arrived, the size of the scone was huge but it turned out to be a serious let down I applied the cream and jam but when I bit into it the middle was raw!! I was so upset and disappointed 😞 as I had waited all day. I asked the man if they made them fresh in premises he said no and that they were made in their factory. This is an issue that needs rectifying as raw scones due to the size is nit something to look forward too. Really sad and disappointing after such a long wait to have one. I hope that you manage to somehow rectify this as I had waited so long.

Had food from here before and it was good but pulled up there and there was no customers there, The man in the van that serve you was outside smoking then somebody else turned up ( customer)and got out of there car and stood by the van to be served he disposed of his cigarette and served the person without washing his hands and that’s basic hygiene That was enough for me and I drove off to never Return.

El mejor lugar para las vistas, pero los precios son extorsivos. Alrededor de 7 libras la pinta, pero supongo que estás pagando para ver el increíble puente. Aparcamiento razonable a £ 3 durante 2 horas. No probé la comida así que no puedo comentar pero la cerveza está bien a pesar de estar demasiado inflada

i heard the shack had opened quite recently so thought i’d give the breakfasts a try, definitely worth the money would 100% go again!!

Possibly the best kebabs ever and I’ve eaten a few. The service was fast and efficient. The food quality and portion sizes were high and prices low given the quality. Well worth a visit. Take away and cash only.

Just had a delivery tonight and had an item missing. First time had something missing. Called them and they rectified it straight away even though it was just an additional pitta bread. The kebab was HUGE, hot and tasty. Can’t fault it or the service from the guy in the phone when I called about the missing item.

Not a very nice experience. The fish was soggy and pale and didn’t taste too great. The jumbo sausage was small and the curry sauce was expensive for the size. Was very unhappy with our meal.

Popped into Dottys on a Saturday lunchtime, mainly for a milkshake for my step-daughter. There is a large choice of milkshakes for £2 each, cream and sprinkles can be added for £1.50p and a doughnut for 50p. We went for both choices. She was very excited and said the milkshake was lovely. The doughnut, when I picked it off the top of the milkshake, felt very stale. We decided to order food. There is a small selection of meals on the menu including breakfast, toasties, paninis, burgers and ham, egg and chips. Smaller portions can be made for younger children. We both ordered a bacon sandwich and a portion of chips. The bread was cheap, only 2 slices of bacon and the handful of chips we received for £2.50 for a portion was a disappointment. My step-daughter had a toastie which came with salad, coleslaw and tortilla chips which a pleasant surprise. When I went to pay, the lady who served us picked up our tab piece of paper which clearly had been totalled up but then proceeded to go through my entire order with me, writing down prices and adding it up again, only to reach the same price as the initial tab form said. I then attempted to pay by card which took forever to make a connection and then said payment not accepted. I was made to feel like this was my fault and that I didn’t have enough funds in my account which was certainly not the case. Luckily I had cash so was able to make a payment. Would I return again? Probably not, unless just popping in for a drink as a treat. Basic, overpriced food and milkshakes and average customer service.
