This is a really nice place, tucked down one of the side streets, so easy to miss! The guy who runs it knocks out sandwiches/ rolls etc. with a variety of fillings for about £3, and they are really good (Teas and coffees are about £1.50). The wife works nearby and uses it all the time - I get there once a week. This is one of those hidden gems where you can pick up a decent lunch at relatively low cost - a real value for money option! Really nice to see a decent, well priced, small scale business like this in the town. Hopefully people will support it!

Called again! Clean premises. Friendly greeting. Had the cheese plough mans baguette with a packet of crisps. £3. Baguette full of very tasty food especially liked the onion and the pickle. Very satisfying and very reasonably priced. Off the beaten track slightly but well worth a visit

I've been calling in here for years and have never been disappointed. I was surprised they were not listed on this site so made a request for their listing. A friendly attentive gent who serves. Yesterday had a jacket potato with cheese and bacon. Very good and tasty with 4 rashers and a lot of cheese with butter. Good sized potato. Hot. Supplied with knife and fork and wrapped well. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

Stayed at Cheddar Woods Resort & Spa and ordered from the downloadable app for delivery. Put a note on the order that we’d meet the delivery driver at the reception area. Delivery was on time with a phone call prior to leaving the shop. Driver was friendly, food was hot and very tasty and portions were good. Highly recommend 👍👍

Never ordering food from here again food was nice but they gave us 2 plastic cups full of coleslaw but no garlic sauce. They gave us a jar of proper mint sauce instead of kebab mint sauce. The guy on the phone wasn't talking properly and we could barely understand him. Lamb is super dry they put so much red cabbage on our food we could barely see anything else on our plate also they swapped our orders I ordered a small lamb kebab and my older brother ordered a xl chicken kebab but when we got it the small kebab was chicken and the xl kebab was lamb

I've not popped in here for a while but the food is just as good. Great salad and dressing makes for the ideal Kebab for me. Mixed Kebab, no pitta, Garlic Mayo with the regular and Chicken Shish Kebab Combo. I like that they double check that you're getting exactly what you want on the kebab by asking plenty questions here.

We visited Lana's in Bridgwater on a friend's recommendation. It was a real pleasure. We ordered two delicious ice-cream sundaes. They offer interesting flavours such as candy floss, rhubarb, birthday cake ice-creams (Yes you read correctly!). The sundae includes different syrups, different toppings and finishes. Decisions, decisions! I just loved my custard and rhubarb sweets on top... Lana's also offers milkshakes, waffles, hot puddings, hot drinks, jacket potatoes and toasted sandwiches. They use real dairy ice-creams (Marshfield farm), however also including 6 vegan ones and 10 gluten free ones. They have gluten-free cakes and offer different syrups for your lattes, including gingerbread syrup. The service is fantastic, friendly yet professional. The setting is relaxing yet cosy, love the colours on the walls! Finally, the prices are reasonable. You can park for free in the Aldi car park, just nearby. Go on and support a small local independent business, you won't be disappointed.
