Oggy Oggy Pasty Company in Plymouth

Popped in to grab a couple of pasties as the smell outside was amazing and realised we were starving, pork and apple and spicy chicken highly recommend

Staff have no ppe and do not care less about safety on customer all they care about is money but food ok

During a rushed day, I decided to have something quick for lunch. My favourite item from Oggy Oggy is the broccoli and sweetcorn pasty. However on this occasion as I was hot, I decided to try a sandwich as this branch has freshly made sandwiches as an option. The other branches may also offer this service but I have not really noticed as the sandeich bar was right inside the door and the pastys were at the back so it was hard to miss. I opted for plain brown bread (white bread & baguettes were the other options) with basic filling (you can also add salad for an additional fee) of chicken and bacon mayo, this came to £1.99. In a lot of places you can find the fillings to be on the 'scrimpy' side, not Oggy Oggy! The bacon bits were a decent size, no shortage of mayo and the chicken were chunks!! I enjoyed every morsal of the sandwich and with the low price, I will be opting for the sarnie more often.

Brilliant service and banter from the staff on every visit. The pasty's are bog standard was a bit disappointed to see they are cooked from frozen.

Nice friendly service, however I bought me and my friend a fresh cream doughnut, when we bit into it, they was frozen. So can't be that fresh, waste of money as we ended up throwing them away.

Service is always great, very friendly staff. The food however needs improving. We had a family feast from there, the buns that were in the window were quite hard and almost stale, the veg pasties (4 of them) were cooked on the outside but the veg was real hard in the middle. The whole meal pasty was also the same, too hard.

Treated myself to a pasty here, amazing! You have to try one! Right in the heart of the Ridgeway, easy to find.

Very good pasties so why dont you try. Oggy Oggy Company is well known and old so nothing more you need to try it.

Love their sweet corn and broccoli pasties. Always friendly service and their angel cake is also delicious. Ideal for lunch on the go.

The pasties and cakes here are always really fresh and tasty. The customer service is generally good. The owners are really friendly and make you want to shope here again.

Lovely pastys, we tried them when we went to sparkwell village farye. They couldn't keep up with the demand and had to constantly go back and forth.

Simply the best choice of Pasties in the West Country, in Plymouth City Centre you can have a sit down pasty in the shop although it does get extremely busy

spotless bakery with steak pasties that are brilliant . great range of buns and cakes . you really cant walk past as the smell is beautiful . and the variety of food from cheese and onion to giant steak pasties is excellent

I will not go there again, i require my food to be HOT not as if it is yesterdays leftovers, I have eaten in better pigsties!!!

This Oggy Oggy Pasty franchise is towards the bottom of Ridgeway beside the butchers. The main business is obvious and it sells lots of consistent quality pasties but looking at the shop front display you immediately see that it sells cup cakes pastries sandwiches and more. Steady trade.
