The view is excellent, no doubt about that. However, despite the venue operating a ‘1 in 1 out’ policy, we struggled to find any spare tables when let in. Unfortunately without a table number you can’t order a drink. When we finally got a table, it was full of glasses which remained throughout our visit, this was despite the waitress delivering our new drinks to the table. It would seem that when it comes to drink traffic, it is only one way.

This bar benefits from a fantastic location. As well as the inside area the main attraction is the large terrace area overlooking the suspension bridge. You can order drinks either through a QR code on your table or by queuing at a desk. Drinks are then brought to your table. The choice of beers is a little limited but the view makes up for it.

Beautiful views, very popular, very efficient table top qr code ordering and paying. Just a lovely way to spend a hot Saturday evening drinking, enjoying the view and eating a meal together. Fast food for the terrace bar and that suited me perfectly. Great experience of Clifton at its best with the suspension bridge in our eyeline.
