i heard the shack had opened quite recently so thought i’d give the breakfasts a try, definitely worth the money would 100% go again!!

I'm sorry to have to write this but our meal was not great at all and put us off returning. The chilli fries were awful; firstly there was barely any mince at all in the chilli, it was mostly peppers, and no hint of chilli or any flavour really. Terribly bland. Not many chips served but they were below average anyway, dry and no flavour. The burgers were okayish but my husband's was a bit burnt. We really wanted to support this place as we loved the tasty food and good portions, served by the previous owner.

What an excellent find , Delicious food, Service was quick and extremely friendly, lovely clean little shack , we definitely recommend and will be back for more .

Penwithick Road
We were too late for our usual chippy and very hungry so thought we'd try Penwithick again after a few years...What a mistake! £22 for 2 pieces of thin fish in slimy half cooked tasteless batter with chips that were so spale and soggy they were practically inedible! I'm not sure how it's possible to get fish and chips so wrong and it was only when I got the sickly aftertaste did I remember they cook using beef fat which is why we stopped going there before although I don't remember the food being sooo bad!
