Don't believe the message that the fish is cooked fresh to order. My wife bought a jumbo code which was ready in less than 5 minutes. It obviously been cooked previously and heated up. The batter was really dark and not particularly crispy.

Un grupo súper amistoso. Hoy estaba en medio de un largo viaje y tu equipo me cuidó tan bien que sentí que estaba visitando amigos. Uno de los miembros del equipo masculino incluso guardó mi bolsa de comida para llevar en la cocina para mantenerlo caliente para mi partida. Incluso el helado estaba muy bien servido en un plato. Eres el mejor equipo que conozco en un restaurante ❤️♥️ bien hecho.

I have been to so many other GDK shops but this is one of the worst. I am convinced they are using a very very bad quality oil for frying the rolls. Also they are not using the fresh food.

Terrible pescado con papas fritas para llevar, pedido sin gluten, el pescado era acuoso y flácido, probablemente congelado, carecía de todo sabor, la masa estaba empapada y robusta sin sabor. Las papas fritas también eran pobres, tal vez compradas congeladas y simplemente fritas, sabían como ella. No voy a volver. Vivimos cerca de una increíble tienda de pescado y patatas fritas llamada Chesters en Chesterfield, este palacio debe hacer una visita y obtener algunos consejos y sugerencias. what a disappointment this place is, located 4 minutes away from my house and yet it still manages to take over ONE HOUR to deliver and then charge me and cancel on me TWICE ! this place needs better delivery drivers. will never order from this restaurant ever again.

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!! Was at Twickenham last night and got charged £28.50 for 2 pastrys and 2 drinks. When I challenged the price she said this is the price for all food around here (it is expensive, as you'd expect). 2 minutes later a mate bought the exact same and it was half the price?! I went back to the woman to challenge her again and ask if she had accidentally double charged me in which case can I have half of money refunded and she got very aggressive and hostile?? I asked for my receipt and she told me to "get lost." !!!!! Honestly, AVOID!!!!

The food is always good but their customer service is a joke. Twice we have been to the shop and ordered food only to come home and find oder missing. When we call they never accept blame and make us pay more for food we have already ordered and paid for.

He estado pidiendo de estos chicos durante siglos y nunca tuve una mala comida. Esta noche hice el pedido a las 7 pm y me lo entregaron a las 7. 30 pm. La comida estaba casi fría y tuvo que calentarse en el microondas. Después de un par de bocados de pollo me di cuenta de que era rosa y lo descarté. También había pedido patatas fritas grandes que anteriormente habían sido una caja entera, pero lo que recibí fue una bolsa pequeña. Desgracia absoluta y si estoy enfermo por comer pollo crudo entonces lo informaré. Muy decepcionante.

Did not like it, it was dry and had very little sauce in the burger, a waste of money.

10/10 for customer service, taste and presentation. Thank you for a wonderful service and we really appreciated the water that came :)
