The best restaurants serving Fast food food in London

Pedí Paneer Rice de Pepe's Piri Piri (Greenwich), pero recibí pollo en su lugar. Como vegetariano de una familia hindú, este error hirió profundamente mis sentimientos religiosos. Cuando me puse en contacto con la tienda, negaron cualquier error a pesar de la evidencia clara. Muy decepcionados con su respuesta y falta de rendición de cuentas. Esto es especialmente desalentador porque hace un año, dejé una crítica positiva elogiando la amplia gama de opciones vegetarianas, el excelente sabor, precios razonables y porciones generosas. Esta experiencia reciente ha cambiado completamente mi percepción de este lugar.

The food is always good but their customer service is a joke. Twice we have been to the shop and ordered food only to come home and find oder missing. When we call they never accept blame and make us pay more for food we have already ordered and paid for.

He estado pidiendo de estos chicos durante siglos y nunca tuve una mala comida. Esta noche hice el pedido a las 7 pm y me lo entregaron a las 7. 30 pm. La comida estaba casi fría y tuvo que calentarse en el microondas. Después de un par de bocados de pollo me di cuenta de que era rosa y lo descarté. También había pedido patatas fritas grandes que anteriormente habían sido una caja entera, pero lo que recibí fue una bolsa pequeña. Desgracia absoluta y si estoy enfermo por comer pollo crudo entonces lo informaré. Muy decepcionante.

I went to Kebab Planet in Sutton and had a really disappointing experience. The chef was not polite at all—he almost shouted at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. It’s not how customers should be treated.

Escuché que este lugar estaba bajo nueva dirección y pensé en intentarlo. Fue bastante bueno, el personal era servicial, limpio y la comida era deliciosa en comparación con otras tiendas de pollo. Excelente, chicos bien hechos, sigan así!

My order was incomplete. The “Wrapped off the Day” was missing, and the large fries were barely filled.

Try to notice the difference: chicken LOADED wrap X2 = 7£, chicken wrap x2 =7.5£. Ordered 2 x loaded wraps, and the staff at the counter shouted as if I ordered just chicken wraps, and still got chicken LOADED... Not much difference, just 50p, but somehow, some way makes so much difference to the staff probably from India. I'm not writing it just because... it's not the first time they'd like to do me like this. I'm definitely not coming back. If they'd cheat you on such basics, what else would they do?

Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at ALL Costs! Roosters Piri Piri on Lady Margaret Road, Southall is hands down the WORST food place I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting. If I could give minus stars, I would. First of all, the service was a complete joke. The person taking our order, some girl named Arona, couldn’t even speak basic English. How is she supposed to take orders if she can’t understand the customers? The order process was a total mess, but we were patient and waited a ridiculous amount of time for our food. When it was FINALLY ready, she told us everything was in the bag. We were in a rush for work and trusted her – huge mistake. Once we hit the motorway, we opened the bag to eat our rice box meals only to find… NO CUTLERY. How are we meant to eat rice with CHICKEN using our dirty work hands? It’s beyond unacceptable. We called back and this same Arona had the audacity to say, “Pull into another shop and get some cutlery, it’s not my problem.” Excuse me? Are you serious? Not only was the service an absolute disgrace, the food itself was even worse. The chicken was clearly not fresh – it smelled off and tasted rank. The fries were stale like they’d been sitting there all day. The “whole chicken” we ordered was completely burnt and dry – inedible. This place should be SHUT DOWN. It’s like they’re just hiring random people off the street with zero training or care for customer service. Arona clearly has no idea what she’s doing and treats customers like they’re a burden. Save yourself the time, money, and stomachache. Never going back, and I’ll make sure everyone I know stays far away too. Absolutely disgraceful.
