Ritto's in Kensington and Chelsea

what a disappointment this place is, located 4 minutes away from my house and yet it still manages to take over ONE HOUR to deliver and then charge me and cancel on me TWICE ! this place needs better delivery drivers. will never order from this restaurant ever again.

Nous avons prit la livraison à domicile et vraiment excellent ! Le burger est à tomber les frites sont bonnes et tout étaient chaud ! Rien à redire juste y retourner très vite

These guys should win an award for the most incompetent, slowest chefs in England. They must cook it over the heat of a cigarette lighter for **** sake. Very disappointed

This place makes me want to move to London. I have NEVER had such a good burger anywhere in UK, my partner chose beef and I chose chicken and we split them to taste both. Despite only ordering one with chips, the staff brought both. They were kind, helpful - and we were eating at almost 1am so very impressed they still had a helpful attitude. The quality of the beef patty and the chicken plus coating are full of taste and flavour. Don’t walk past, it’s just by the Underground and you won’t regret it.

I lived im london for the past 10 years but i never have a conversation like the one who was on the phone ... he is for sure Romanian guy assault me as much as he can ... i order my meal at 00:56am and waiting for 3hs46mins and they cancelled it.... poor staff ,negative atitude , arrogant and illiterate

I ordered food from this restaurant through uber eats, so nothing arrived, they said that it was delivered. Tried to contact both- uber eats and this restaurant, no adequate response, not our problem good bye. No food no refund , thanks

I've been going to Rittos for a while and it always delivers. The burger patties are decent, not dry, not tough its soft and comes apart nicely with a good texture, the wider menu is great too, a lot to choose from. The fries are crunchy and tasty, they are a little thicker than traditional fried but that makes them better imo. If you are in the mood for a 'fast food' type burger but want something that is made from decent ingredients, is noticeably good quality and also fills you up I definitely recommend Rittos, for the price you cant really go wrong and it certainly ticks a box. I'll also add that the staff are very nice and the girl on the front desk is helpful and great at her job!

Ordered a customise your burger and it was terrible. Nearly everything I ordered and paid an additional cost for was not included in the burger. The customer part was completely ignored. Although I paid an additional charge per item to include in the burger it was missing bacon, caramelised onions, relish and blue cheese sauce. What I received instead was a random burger with a variation of ketchup, lettuce and gherkins of which I detest. I also ordered and paid for a sticky toffee sponge but instead received a stingy slice of old bland cheesecake, more so disappointing because I was craving sticky toffee sponge and I had ordered and paid for it. The “chilli beef fries” were awful, tasted like cheap fat kebab shop chips with mince beef, ketchup and cheese slapped on top, a few random tomatoes mixed in. The wings were the best part of the meal, the texture and size of the wings were decent, however they lacked seasoning and flavour, mostly tasted of charcoal from the grill. I ordered online and will never do so again, it was an expensive mistake.

Was a loyal customer for about a year, and then they started constantly forgetting my order and missing out items every time I order from them, and they started preparing my food wrong, ignoring my calls and then barely apologizing. When I called again to explain what they did wrong politely, the woman SHUT THE PHONE IN MY FACE. Seems like the staff is very lazy, and they don't do quality checks when people order food online, and they don't care. Will never EVER go back to them again.

I have been going here for a while now and each time I go, I'm genuinely glad I go. The staff at the counter are extremely friendly and helpful (even when they are SUPER busy). I have had the burgers are delicious, the chicken is hot, and as spicy as you can take it and the milkshakes...well, TRY one! A real gem in the heart of Ladbroke Grove.

Très bon burgers avec des produits de qualité! Que ça soit les burgers, les wings, les frites de patates douces et autres tout était nickel. Certes ce n’est pas le meilleur des burgers mais je recommande vivement si vous êtes dans le coin!

I was stuck in Ladbroke Grove around lunchtime while my car was in the shop so I popped into Ritto's and ordered their half BBQ chicken. It was freshly, prepared, juicy, tasty no complaints.

High quality food served quickly with a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended if you want to try an independent burger chain with a difference.

Do not normally write emails to praise somewhere. My experience in your restaurant was excellent. Adriana made me excellent recommendations and was super friendly. Oindi was full of joy domas cooked food perfectly and was super friendly.. Food great Service even better. You got a good thing going on. I will be a regular.

Loved the design of the space and the food was delicious. Best part - they give you gloves when eating your wings, no messy hands which suits an OCD person like me! Highly recommend...

Very nice place. Good food and good attention. We were eating and we have had a pleasant moment. There ir a very good smoothies.
