the food was pretty good from here if I had to make One criticism then it will be the kebab meat with too much grease on it that leaks onto the bread it makes it really soggy apart from that it was all fine

Always so caring and kind - a great evening options to round off a sketch evening in town. Gluten free, delicious, GF vinegar too, what a treat. Favourite chip shop in town.

Fish and chips are my ultimate favorite. Id give give them 5 star for it. Excellent taste and texture. Always served fresh and hot foods. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great job

I’ve been to this Subway multiple times over the past few years, and the service has declined drastically. It’s honestly some of the worst service I’ve encountered at any fast food place, and on top of that, I’ve been overcharged on multiple occasions. The first incident happened when I tried to take advantage of a Subway promotion offering a £5 footlong through the app. I checked the list of participating stores multiple times to make sure this location was included, and it was. When I arrived, the manager flat-out refused to honor the deal. After showing him the offer, he finally agreed, but when it came time to pay, he changed his mind and claimed the deal was only valid on a different sandwich—despite just agreeing to the original one 30 seconds earlier. The second time I ordered, I asked for a gluten-free sandwich and was prepared to pay the additional charge. However, when I went to pay, I noticed they charged me for a 6-inch meal and an extra 6-inch sandwich rather than just the one footlong meal, even though I specifically ordered the footlong meal deal. This has never happened to me at any other Subway, and they never mentioned it would be an issue. Overall, this location has been nothing but frustrating to deal with. I would strongly recommend avoiding it if you can.

Lovely place, clean and tidy. Toilets were clean. Staff very nice and helpful

Lovely Food!! They made a genuine mistake of missing out some sauce in our takeaway bag, when we released this, after collecting and bringing it home to eat, we called, and they were so apologetic, and delivered it all the way to our door with in the next ten minutes. This was such amazing service. We were made up!! Thank you so much, would definitely recommend.

I had the same experience as Rebecca Draper. I've loved the potato surprise since I first had it nearly 30 years ago, and make a point of visiting almost every time I visit Bury. But when I visited a couple of weeks ago there was no discernable spiciness to the coating. And the potatoes certainly as fully-cooked as they needed to be.

Saturday 4th. Jan 2025! I had a grumpy old lady at service till. Very bad attitude. Poor communication

Horrible chips. Cold, chewy and scabby. They had obviously been around for several hours and reheated at least once. The service was poor, to compliment the food.
