first time trying five guys wasn't that great(personal preference) but the staff was lovely the woman helped me understand what i needed to do first time

Only just had chance to write this but i was in on thursday and ordered a gyros and it was the best food i’ve tasted and way better than expected. The staff were so friendly better customer service than i’ve seen before in there, I will definitely be back. After being told they’re expanding their menu i cant wait to try it. Thankyou.

Lost a customer this isn’t the first time I’ve received something like this. Ordered a cheesy chip with taco sauce and as you can tell by the photo there’s barely any cheese or taco sauce to be seen. Paid £5.40 for this definitely not worth it.

The food is always amazing from Here and the staff are polite and friendly, I always phone up and collect have never delivered

The lady who works in there Karen is absolutely horrible person she has such a attitude wouldn’t recommend going to this place at all, no manners what so ever, definitely prefer the Cooplands on Nettleham fields

Absolutely love pound bakery especially their sausage rolls yummy csng wait to go back and see everyone again

I was really pleased to find somewhere I could get gluten free fish & chips, we had some last night and it was very nice! Will definitely be back.

This is for the Port Solent branch as there isn't an option for that location. I’d put no stars if I could. Blue cheese chicken salad was awful. No blue cheese just a couple of plastic cheese slices melted on top of coated chicken portions. Lettuce had seen better days, 2 slices of tomato and that was it for the salad. 3 tiny pots containing gerkin, jalapeño and slaw. Luckily I ordered chips, which were ok. Service was awful, waited an hour for food and then told, sides weren’t necessarily with the correct meal. The 2 girls working didn't seemed like they cared. We were the only people inside, roughly 20 customers, including 8 of us all evening. Now I know why. The whole place was grubby. Toilets were unusable, men’s and ladies filling up when flushed. We had to use the Wetherspoons. Will not be visiting again 😡

Fish too greasy took 2 hours to get food disgusting pie cold chips soggy need to improve on grease and get quicker took 2 hours

Kebabs used to be excelent (very expensve compared to what i pay at home on the Wirral) still excelant, with the big flat pitta, but last two times i got supermarket type pitta that wasnt even cut, so each time i ended up destorying it trying to split open with my fingers. time to reluctantly try some other kebab shops for me.

My local chippy for 3 years. Went tonight half 5ish after a brilliant day out with the family. Chippy tea! Get In! Had to go and get money back as chips were hard in middle, fish had a hair in batter. Pie Luke warm. No good at all after being such a good chippy. Standards dropped massively. Going elsewhere after this
