I ordered my food and was waiting 40 minutes, someone who came in 3 orders after me and placed the exact same order but left 10 minutes before me. How is that possible 🤔

We ordered food to our work place he went to some other destination! When we call driver he cannot UNDERSTAND any time they mess up they suddenly can't understand English I think ur drivers need a English qualification because now we have to process a refund and still haven't got our food! Because the driver can't UNDERSTAND JAVAD THE UBER DRIVER! VERY RUDE AND HES 6 MILES AWAY SO WE WILL NOT GET OUR FOOD!

pizza tasted a bit off, the chips were dry and tasteless, the fudge cake was dry and coke was warm but the timing of coming was excellent

Gravy was thick, chicken was cooked! But I had to reheat it when I got it and there was hardly any cheese on my chips

This is my go to for pizzas, never had a wrong order and are always on time. Food is excellent.

I asked for my order to be delivered at 9.35.am. It did not arrive until approximately 10.15.am. As this is an apartment block, it'd be helpful if the Satnav the drivers use did not take them to the back of the building where there is no access.

I was a regular customer online through just eat and now but they were a let as are mabey one or two of the staff in shop I just ordered 1 cheese burger 1 fries and 2 dips I don't no who seved me but the chios were not cooked properly still hard in some of them and the burger was terrible hardly any salad and it was squashed this is the second time in 2 wks I have ordered a delivery I am annoyed because the managers are lovely people who I have had a face to face conversation about the same problem whoever served my burger or made it can't cook and present a cheeseburger how hard is it to cook chips and a burger I will be contacting the franchise owners about this for the second time

Excellent customer service. The staff is so kind and patient… huge shoutout to Shubhmangal for making the perfect sandwich while I was running late for my work!!! :)
