Roberto's Takeaway - Rhos on Sea in Conwy

We were missing a pizza and never received refund of £12.50 despite telephoning and emailing them, not good!

Paid £28 for a pizza, mixed kebab, onion rings and chips. Tasteless processed food. Onion rings soggy Salad with kebab was iceberg lettuce only Pizza no flavour Kebab no flavour Waste of money very disappointing. Never again.

Ordered my takeaway at 8 o clock. I Phoned twice to make sure the order had been placed after waiting an hour and a half. Only for the order to turn up with no chips after specifically asking TWICE for chips, With extra sauce. On the first call i asked the man how long it would be to which a man in the background was shouting "its as long as it is" while what seemed like saying rude words. Disgraceful service food was cold and overall fuming. Even ran out after checking my order and telling the delivery driver the order wasnt right. To which he phoned the boss to be told i didnt order chips. When I MOST DEFINATELY DID.Shocking service.Bye robertos.

Waited 3 hours for a ‘FAST FOOD TAKEAWAY’. Rang up after 50 minutes and they said the order would be with us in 20 minutes. Rang back after 2 hours only to discover they were putting the pizza in the oven as I was on the phone complaining. When the food arrived the pizza had mushrooms on which wasn’t ordered and there was a bug in the chicken wing batter. The remainder of the order was pleasant but the disappointment of the whole ordeal sadly overshadowed it. If you want to wait hours for a takeaway this is the best place to order. The timings is not suitable for the fast food business.The manager was too busy arguing with the man taking the order to even attempt to come on the phone and apologise. Unprofessional! Can definitely say we won’t be ordering from here again.

Been regulars here for years best kebab shop around we live in deganwy but travel here for it. It’s good price and roberto always does a good job in cooking the food to a good standard!! Keep up the good work

Ordered from here for the past 2 nights safe to say was not disappointed as all food was beautiful and fantastic customer service! 10/10 Pizza was beautifully cooked and so are the burgers defiantly the best place to go for food! Will be ordering from here again 100%

5 of us all had different KEBABS DELIVERED Fresh and tasty I Would recommend the CHICKEN ONE with salad and garlic mayo had it twice in 2 weeks!

If I could only explain to you how exquisite the food was. The English could hardly do it justice. I almost had a brain haemorrhage it was so nice. The smell of the food reminded me of a breezy day in the Viet Cong. "Tan Cong, BANZZZAIIIII!!!!" the bushes shouted and I was instantly overwhelmed with cover fire from M60 light machine guns and the sound of Bell UH-1 Iroquois (Huey) helicopters arriving for medivac. When retreated the napalm was dropped to the soundtrack of Fortunate son by Cledence Clearwater Revival and the bushes were screaming this time. That very smell and atmosphere reminded me of how amazing your Pizza was. Thanks and Bye !!
