Food is terrible and staff carnt follow instructions then leave the shop when spoke to a supervisor he tells me to pay a delivery driver to pick my food up he’s mad

We had the mixed nanbab shared between 3 people there was more than enough to go round the chicken tikka chunks were delicious the kebab meat is the best in the area chippy chips very nice and at £15.99 decent value for money 👍

The hype didn’t live up to it. Never again will I be eating from here 🫤 The food smelt weird, portions are small and staff are not really helpful.

This is hands down the best kebab shop I’ve ever been to! The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection – juicy, tender, and full of flavour. The fresh salad, warm fluffy naan, and generous portions made every bite amazing. Staff were super friendly, service was fast, and the place was spotless. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or a full meal, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend! Me and my daughter Dilara loved it.

chips was not very nice they had been overcooked

Honestly is not great the food is bland and tasteless, the pies are not even cooked that well and they are pre made! Hand on heart what was completely shocking was the fish n chip shop staple the curry sauce! I am not over exaggerating it was the worst curry sauce I have ever ever seen and it was disgusting. I can’t explain how bad it was honestly it was chunks and very watery and clear and like vomit, floating in water, I took it back for another pot and they gave me another absolute abomination and said that’s how we make it and they charge £1.00 - £1.50. It tastes of nothing and the texture was beyond gross. You can literally buy a pot of curry sauce granules from aldis for a quid and get 10 servings and add hot water and it’s delicious, it takes 20 seconds if that to make, why they don’t do this is beyond me, to have no care is sad, the dish looks like it’s anaemic, but the sauce oh dear… And how the owners have no pride in the quality is beyond me I’ll never go back and neither will others in my family they have literally lost customers, the sauce is worse that Jordans knickers after a night out. The sauce was binned after one dip btw!

Not all blue skies... Let's assume when it comes to cheesy chips in BS1 I'm some what of a connoisseur. And BC diner offers the best chips, with the most generous cheese for the best price and a decent selection of extra toppings. Today I fancied extra beans, despite a previous visit ending in tears when I'd been served stone cold beans on top of my meal, so cold that the cheese was mocking me as it failed to break a sweat. Putting this down to a skill issue with the microwave, I politely asked for the beans to come hot this time, saying they'd been cold in the past. Bossman looks personally insulted with the request, purposely fails to pass on the instructions to the chef and barefaced serves me cold beans less than a minute after I ordered. By my deduction that means they'd been microwaved for around 30-45 seconds. Which for everyone's benefit should atleast be doubled. (I suggest pinning up a note above the microwave so it becomes company wide standard.) Knowing full well I'd been sold up cold bean river by the time I'd just left, it was too late. And the one person I'd expressly requested hot beans from had scuttled into the back nowhere to complain to. Thankfully I live close by and the quality reinforced paper tray was the perfect shield to give it a little mircowave myself without ruining the chips. Finally, a hot meal! Really nice as always, you'll be seeing me again soon. Edit: you can really feel my mood change sentence to sentence as the beans kick in.

We are good customers but Cold delivery pizza Asked for a replacement they did deliver. Poor customer service Not good bad experience customer service terrible I took a temperature of our tepid Luke warm pizza! Would make us ill if we ate it!

Look, none of us want to be back in the office. I know this means you are busy, & serving the coffees is not much fun, but any chance there could be a little less gloom in the room? Lunchtime is also busy, but if I wanted someone stroppy shouting numbers at me I'd go to McDonald's. The food is great but please please can everyone cheer up a bit. This isn't a one off - other regulars I see just smile and make jokes at the lack of customer service.

Havnt had a kebab for a couple of years...so on passing the nile takeaway the smell was amazing I decided to order a lamb kebab. I can honestly say it was the best kebab I've eaten ..... staff are friendly and food is cooked infant of you . Will definitely be back ...thanks guys 👦

Leon is located in the so beautiful Hammersmith District shopping center. You choose the menu on the screen and pay by yourself. Then a bag with your meal is fast prepared. Good idea. Better than a meat fast food. Noteworthy, your clothes will have a bad smell for days 😂
