Look, none of us want to be back in the office. I know this means you are busy, & serving the coffees is not much fun, but any chance there could be a little less gloom in the room? Lunchtime is also busy, but if I wanted someone stroppy shouting numbers at me I'd go to McDonald's. The food is great but please please can everyone cheer up a bit. This isn't a one off - other regulars I see just smile and make jokes at the lack of customer service.

Good iced americano. Very busy. Limited seats. Staff were OK. One could have been friendlier. Good range of products. Reasonably clean.

The Fries were trash. They Smelt horrible and were also luke warm and definitely not fresh. I should’ve read the reviews first. The jerk wrap was decent however

Pasé a almorzar. ¡Tengo el GFC o nuggets de pollo! Delicioso y satisfactorio. Tenía el super batido de bayas para beber, que no es tan bueno como sus otros batidos. No tenía nada de malo, pero era demasiado dulce para mi gusto. También estaba tibio y no muy frío como debería ser un batido. Recomendaría lo contrario. Personal amable, servicio rápido. Buen wifi. Los asientos están limitados con la pandemia de COVID-19 para manejar el distanciamiento social. Hay algunas mesas adentro y algunas afuera (en el centro comercial). Leon es una de esas cadenas confiables. Restaurante limpio.

I ordered a Kale Chicken Caesar salad and it was amazing. No croutons on this one. Actually lots of lentils. More lentil than kale if you ask me. Either way, I loved it! The service was fast and friendly. My order was nicely packed for take away.

Hay elementos estándar como la envoltura de dedo de pescado (un clásico) pero varían otros elementos. Me encantaría que agreguen a su menú de desayuno un bircher museli o avena durante la noche. Sus platos están recién preparados, a diferencia de algunas cadenas que los mantienen fuera todo el día. En general, es saludable, ¡pero no todos los artículos son bajos en calorías! Me gusta el hecho de que publican calorías. Atienden muy bien a los veganos. El menú muestra algunas fotografías de la comida, que también es agradable para ayudarlo a decidir. Just stopped for a coffee and the staff were very friendly and chatty. When we asked for directions as we left one of the girls came out from behind the counter to guide us on our way. Too early for lunch but will try them when we return - it looked delicious

I love Leon! It is one of my fave fast food joints and i am so disappointed by the service received and the poor management in this particular branch. It is 1pm and they tell me you have no baked fries, okay this can happen and following this I asked for 2 chilli and 2 alioli sauces. I was then told it is two per person this has never been the case in the past. You would also think that if you have no fries to show some customer service and apology even if this made up sauce rule is some how true you would bend this to make up for the lack of fries. Simple stuff - good food - terribly run and no idea on customer service.

This place is so seriously disorganised it's a wonder they're still in business. You're barked at as soon as you walk in the door for your order, and then have to wait with all of the other unfortunate patrons for your food. Nothing fast about having to wait 10 minutes for a standard menu item. Food is average at best and you leave feeling thoroughly harassed.

Service was quick, portions are appropriate if you want a light meal. Food was tasty. It is good that Leon makes water for those who want to avoid drinks. Loved the Korean Mayo sauce!

We went there first time to try that lovely chicken burger with fries, what we got was truly disappointing. Fries very dry, cardboard like, burger didn’t live to the expectations but above all that was that really grumpy female at the counter, brunette, short hair, like she didn’t want to be there or serve us freshly fried chips when asked for. Tip: work on your front staff customer service attitude.

Excellent service, staff go out of their way to help those with kids. The selection of food is good. They used to have lamb kebabs on the menu which were delicious, not sure why these were removed. Still good offering. Canary Wharf has two Leon’s, tried both and they are equally great.

Best branch...great and pleasant staff esp Valaria (who now works on weekends), David, Tatiana, Wided, Aldonna..the managers....great bunch of people...always look forward to going in for breakfast, lunch and dinner...Love the team.

Hay dos Leon's en Canary Wharf que conozco. Esta crítica es para el de Jubilee Place. Es una gran rama. A diferencia del León habitual, esta fue la primera vez que visité esta sucursal. El personal aquí no es amable en absoluto. De hecho grosero! Pedí las tostadas de la ciudad, el americano americano y el agua con un plátano. Ellos automáticamente asumieron que yo quería un gran Americano en lugar de preguntar. La niña comenzó a hacerlo cuando dije que quería una pequeña. ¿No sería de sentido común preguntar? En lugar de decir no hay problema o algo así. Me tutan a lo que no aprecié. La mujer del mostrador dice que querías tostadas con mantequilla y yo te dije que no las tostadas de la ciudad. La otra chica mandó la orden correctamente al personal de la cocina, pero me habían pedido tostadas con mantequilla que era un poco menos. Para ser honesto, este no era mi problema y ya no me cobraban. Las mesas no estaban limpias. La sucursal estaba relativamente tranquila un sábado por la mañana, así que no pudieron limpiar por qué no pudieron limpiarla. Lazy es todo lo que puedo decir. Vamos a bajar el nombre de León. In general I like the quality of food at Leon. They deliver, in fast-food format, a high standard of interesting dishes that cut across all tastes and cultures. It is a little on the expensive side, but you can tell that they, in general, use good ingredients. They have always been on my "safer than many" list of food venues because they label all of their meals with their allergens - no big books to wade through. When I went in today they were asking every single customer if they had any allergies, and if they did, had a manager come by to give them a letter (attached) and explain about the inherent dangers of cross contamination in commercial kitchens. Now I know that the only certain way to be safe is to always eat food that I have prepared myself. In daily life that is not always a possibility, and I applaud any company that takes allergies seriously. There will always be some level of risk no matter what you do, even crossing the street to get to Leon can be risky. The manager gave me an option to take what they had available or wait 10 minutes for them to create a new meal for me. I opted to wait, and was offered a beverage on the house because I chose to wait. While I appreciate that greatly (great customer service), I did not take it, because 10 minutes of waiting is much better than two weeks of pain and suffering. Keep your profit; the added safety is worth it. Thank you very much to co-founder John Vincent for his allergen directive, to the manager for being kind and proactive and the rest of the staff for taking allergens seriously.

My family and I all had the vegan burger and fries. The burger was made up of a soft un-toasted roll in which was a thin burger, lettuce, tomato, vegetarian cheese, some kind of sauce and gherkin I think all squelching and moving around whilst you were trying to eat it!! Not very nice at all! The fries had been baked but weren't crunchy they were hard and chewy. The only reason we ate the food was because we were hungry! This was the first time we went a Leon restaurant and probably the last! Really disappointed! I can honestly say it was the worst fast food burger and fries I have ever eaten!

Was skeptical of eating from a box but the meals are surprisingly good and the service very fast. Great value but give the coffee a miss.

I got served in 30 seconds, very very fast. However the food was very bland, there was no salt, rice was undercooked and was very tough to chew. I will not be buying from Leon again.

I would like to thank the personnel for their Excellent service and their is a great variety of healthy and delicious meals! Possibility to dine in or take away. I highly recommend the Korean Burger and the Chicken Lemon & Olive Tagine.

The problem with writing London reviews is that pricing is all relative. The food at Leon is tasty but it's not incredibly cheap. However, for the location, it's reasonably priced.

I come here most mornings for breakfast with a large order. The staff are always very friendly and never wrong (impressive given I'm normally picking up food for 5-8 people). They're always very helpful with organizing the order and bagging it all up neatly.

Went 3 days in a row last week for early breakfast- egg, salmon and avocado pot. Excellent and healthy. Coffee is also good. Very efficient and love the healthy options.

Not been before. It was recommended by a family member. Seems cheap initially but actually it isn't. Drinks I thought were expensive and my children wanted chicken nuggets at £4.95 which I thought came with chips but doesn't! So for 3 children ended up paying £25 just for nuggets and chips! Tables could have been cleaner too. One table had tomato ketchup everywhere and over the floor. No attempt by anyone to clean it up. The wrap I had, however, was very tasty.

This place would be somewhere I would go if I am in a rush or if there is no other choice. I found the food to be quite average, and not very filling. Nothing special Not too expensive, but certainly not worth the money.

My second visit to Leon and first in this venue at Canary Wharf. Easy access to order and plenty of seating. Good atmosphere inside and situated inside the lovely Jubilee Place Shopping Centre. Food is good and not bad value. Quick service as well.

The food was good enough, nothing spectacular just ok, however the staff was more keen in chatting among themselves and taking selfies than looking after the customers, this happened at 16:40 on 26JAN2018

Meal was delicious (moroccan meatballs), but I started having stomach pain a few hours later. This morning full diarrhoea with cramps.

I have not been to Leon for a while but wanted to have small but quality meal one evening and saw Leon and gave it a try. I was very happy. I had their chilli which came in a cardboard box and was a nice chilli on well cooked brown rice. They had water on the side in jugs which had mint in which is a nice touch. Leon's food quality is always good (I guess you should hope for this given their stated brand values) and feels a bit more healthy than many of the options. This was no exception

Always sure of a good meal from Leon. A go to for healthy fast food when at work, especially when you can't face another sandwich! Hot and good quality

Located in cabot place shopping mall, this small outlet serves a modest selection of healthy food including vegan and gluten free options. Well worth a visit.

Got two Halloumi wraps for here and they were devastatingly bad. I couldn't take them back as I had travelled away from the place but the halloumi was so burnt I couldn't chew through it. What a disgrace.

Lots of choice and food tasted great. My only criticism is that I think the calories should be displayed. Couldn't believe my fish finger wrap was 681 calories when I checked the website. Very clean, very quick service and reasonably priced too.

One of the many food options in the Canary wharf shopping centre. They have very good hot box and mini box options, which come with salad as well. Very decent portion, good enough for lunch. Service is super fast!

I have eaten at many branches of Leon before, but my first time at this one. It is on the expensive side for fast food (£8.65 for a fish wrap, waffle fries and a bottle of water) but it is FAR superior to its counter parts and you definitely get what you pay for. A bit disappointed on this visit (hence no 5⭐️): the waffle fries were cold and had obviously been sitting there way too long, and the coffee machine was not working. I was offered a tea instead. That wasn't going to cut it. Also, when I asked for a bottle of water (forgetting they have water on offer, free) the server didn't remind me. The fish wrap was very good, however. And the aioli mayo, delicious.On balance, not a bad way to end a shopping trip.

I didn't find the food was at the normal standard I expect for Leon, the lattice fries we ordered were chewy, not crispy like normal. I think they had an off day, it was not to the standard of their Regent Street counterpart.

I love Leon! I have to say it serves the best chicken ever! I buy my lunch here at least twice a week. Usually I get the chicken superfood salad. If not I get the chicken quinoa with pomegranate. If I'm really hungry I'll get a side of humous. I wonder what their secret to such tasty chicken is?Breakfast is also fab. I love the yoghurt and fruits and also the salmon, avocado and poached egg.The staff are always super friendly and they serve very quickly. It's also a great place to grab a nice coffee and is usually less busy during the day than the other coffee shops in the vicinity.Healthy, tasty, quick service and smiling staff. Great breakfast and lunch spot!

I really love their selection of food which includes breakfasts, nibbles, snacks, lunches and desserts.sometimes food can take a while.Unlike other cafes, this does not have the problem of "table hoggers " who'd buy one coffee and hog a table all day, depriving others the chance to sit down and eat.

Personally I love Cafe Leon over the other big name coffee shops... here you can always get a competitively priced deal and I have to say I love the breakfast rolls (bacon and egg muffin). The coffee is great too!I always find the staff fun and friendly and happy to help.

After reading about Leons online I finally went after months of waiting and had the most amazing time.The food was really good and I enjoyed every last bite.The food carters for everybodys needs and it a healthy fast food place.While here my mum said I bet they do not do a good cup to tea and next thing we know the deputy-manger gave my mum a free cup of tea. We have eaten here for breakfast at first then the next day we came for lunch and the deputy-manger remembered us and she gave us some of the leftover sausages from breakfast as it had just finished and she remembered that my mum loved it.When we got chatting to the lady we was talking about how we was learning to cook and she gave up a couple of cook books which we are still using.I cannot remember the lady's name but she was amazing and very generous. I found the place very clean and love coming here.

This is my second review on Leon canary wharf and not a good one. I've been goI g there regularly since its open. The standard has been going down over the last few months. Portion sizes are inconsistent and sometimes very small, few members of staff with bad attitude, sweet potato fries often hard as rock as left for too long after cooking, the worse for me is that now all cake slices are individually wrapped in plastic. I thought Leon was environmentally conscious and friendly. Such a shame as I used to love eating there.

I would warmly recommend just to take your food away: this Leon is located in a very crowded shopping mall in Canary Wharf and it's quite impossible to get a seat and enjoy your meal. The salads are really good, and so are the smoothies. I didn't try the wraps nor the soups, I've been told those are not the best dishes they have, as they're quite oily. But I would definitely recommend the healthy options!

I had for lunch today the finger fish wrap. After half an hour I had very bad stomachache and I had to run to toilet. The place looks clean and the staff is very polite but the food maybe had some problem.

now we quite like these. quick fresh food and good service, but not this one , utter CRAP. there are two of these in canary wharf , this one is near m&s. the other one we have used a few times and never had a problem, but this one oh my god. there was two people in front of us , there order was taken , onto us , two breakfast pots and one fruit juice . that's it , nothing to complicated, 20mins later still no food , and during this time three , yes three other couples had came in and got there order, so another 5mins and we made a complaint . where upon a full refund was given and our order arrived , we did not ask for refund , but glad it was given as the food was rubbish , one breakfast pot overcooked and one undercooked and with items missing , add this together with the worst service ever , not a good outing , and it has put us off of ever using any other leons again.it was supposed two be fast food , but fast food it was not , utter crap.

Two box lunches and a fish finger wrap. Food was lovely and filling, probably won't be having that evening meal after all. Various options to choose from and lots that are suitable for gluten free, dairy free and wheat free.Ideal for those on restricted diets, first time we'd tried Leon and would definitely do it again. You also get free chilled water, find it in jugs with lemon slices.

I needed to grab some good with a healthy minded supplier and Leon is a great option. We both enjoyed the choice and truly tasted wonderful.If there is s downside it is just the lack of seating and lack of ability to talk discretely. A few numbers of tables and seat with lots of people leads to basically a public discussion.Totally recommended for take out!

This is my go-to breakfast place in Canary Wharf, I love their salmon avocado egg pot and their porridge is yummy too. The staff are friendly, speedy and get you in and out in a jiffy. There are usually tables if you want to eat in, but carry away is the norm.

We popped in for a quick lunch while shopping in the sales. The staff were very friendly and a credit to the company. The food was fresh, The food was fresh Wholesome and very tasty. The price was also very good value. We just keep coming back!

We popped in here for a quick lunch. It was lovely and fresh. I had a fish finger wrap and my husband had a chicken wrap. It was quite relaxing too and the staff were helpful and friendly.

I've been eating here regularly. The food is fresh and delicious and there are many healthy options. Now the menu has changed, I'm am very happy that they still make the salad I like on request. Brilliant choice of gluten free cakes!! The staff is always very nice and helpful. It gets busy between 12 and 2pm but the service is fast. Feel good "family holiday" decor. A go to place for lunch for me.

We visited for morning coffee and cakes and this place was buzzing. Funky decor, friendly staff, great coffee. We had a delicious cranberry cake and millionaires shortbread. Both yummy. We will be back.

Having never been to a Leon before, my friend took me there and I was in for a huge treat. Wow - great fresh food, fabulous portions and served fast and hot. I'm a massive fan of Leon and so excited that they've just opened a branch steps away from my building! Keep up the great work Leon!

Went to try out the food here on my lunch break with a friend, and it seemed popular. I got to the front and was told by one of the staff to move over to next row as she was 'too busy'. By the time I was being served, the lady at the till took my order grumpily. My order did come quick, however the lady serving me dumped my credit card & receipt on the till and scowled at me. The food was delicious but what put me off from going back was the attitude. What happened to service with a smile?

Love this Leon! They take great care to meet special requests / dietary requirements - every time I visit my order is served perfectly, unlike other fast food chains where the food / service is inconsistent.

Not as nice a place to sit as other Leons I have visited, but fresh, wholesome food and swift service just the same. I enjoyed my evening meal so much I went back for breakfast! I wouldn't recommend the egg and bacon muffin, though, as it tasted of cumin. Not sure if this was deliberate; if so, I think it is a mistake.

Visited here at the weekend for the first time, having not heard of the brand before. I was immediately surprised at how much allergy friendly food was on offer! Plenty of gluten and dairy free meals. I tried the chicken and chorizo rice box and it was absolutely gorgeous! And for £6.95 it was a great amount of food. The place has a nice atmosphere for fast food, and also has some great healthy options. I have also since sampled the gluten free brownie and it was very tasty! Looking forward to trying some more things from the menu!

I am always amazed by the service and the speed of it during lunchtimes at this Leon. The team here do an excellent job.The food is very good. Makes a welcome change from sandwiches and conventional salads.

I had a salad here today that I had to send back because the hummus had a film on it and the salad was brown and mostly frozen!! Seemed like it was leftover from the day before. Got a new salad that wasn't frozen but was definitely not fresh either, brown leaves and peas that were definitely not fresh. Got given a free brownie which was stale and tasted of various things it had shared the fridge with. I heard the waitress say 'sorry about that' to every customer in there. Really bad. Giving the rest of the Leon restaurants a bad name. Shame.

First time we'd sampled the LEON offerings.The Moroccan Meatballs were small but tasty as was the salad.The Lemon / Lime Chicken was OK.Drinks expensive for the quantity.Music loud.Service OK.

You can eat in or take out. Interesting meal options of Moroccan food. Meals are set i.e. you do not have to quibble too much on choice of sides. 2 minute wait from the moment you place and pay your order and are called to pick it up. Portion is not huge, which is good.

On a trip with our daughters we used this place for breakfast. Great if unusual ideas, including poached egg pot breakfasts. All of is agreed the food tasted nice and fresh, the price was very good at less than £5.00 each. Not fancy, not traditional but good.

Found my fast food love place. Never have heard of it before and popped in for a bite to eat, only to taste delicious , healthy food. IT really is a perfect place for a bite! Would certainly go back!

One of the worst Chicken Burgers i have ever had, although waited for 10-15 mins to get my order the end result was even more terrible than a MC-Donalds burger. Paid 5.50 GBP for the burger & the end result was absolutely terrible.
