Very good food and customer service. The place have very good decor and very clean. There is a seating area where you can eat in.

food was cold, most chip did not seem fully cooked and extremely disappointed with the salt and chilli chips

Pret food and drinks are always delicious and high quality. The service at this particular one is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. There's one particular barista who always greets me with a lovely smile and never fails to make me the perfect oat milk latte with chocolate on the top which she teases me about 😊

The counter staff got my order wrong, and instead of just saying sorry they proceeded to argue that I told them I wanted something else. This went back and forth 3 times until I said, it's the same price and it's not what I ordered. I received no apology and saw snooty comments behind the counter among staff. Also... £8 for a smoked sausage supper... terrible chips and microwaved sausage. rather pathetic.

Ordered a vegetarian hot pizza 🍕🌶️🫒🧄🍅 with a side of garlic sauce from here on a recent stay in York, the pizza was delicious so tasty and freshly made, the best pizza I have tasted in a long time, the place was very clean and the customer service was excellent, would definitely recommend and will be visiting here again on my next stay, excellent value for money 😁

El servicio estropea el día. Solicité una bebida sin hielo, vino con hielo. Pagué por la cena asada y llegó en el lugar sin la verdura. Preguntado por verduras y salsa, llegó diez minutos después, no tenía opción de enviarlo de vuelta. De lo contrario habría tenido un almuerzo frío. Consejo principal asegúrese de que puede servir comida caliente rápidamente y todo a su tiempo sin la necesidad de informar al cliente que va a pasar por Gatsby's para conseguir algunos condimentos! , ¿de qué se trata todo eso! Por lo demás normalmente buena comida y servicio.

A lovely place with lovely staff, and anyone into cars gets a big thumbs up. The fish was cooked fresh and well worth the wait !!! I'll be going back in December

After being their honest costumer for over a year, I have been really enjoying such a nice place for piping hot night food~ I personally favor their chicken pakora and mix doner series( kebab and wraps). the wraps are freshly handmade from dough and so do the pizzas. They get a huge portion of doner in every dish. Really friendly staff and they even remember me with warm greetings! The shop has a quite stylish collection of notes from massive countries which is fascinating, as I can find my own country’s stuff up the wall, also with some crazzz stuff like 500 million zimbabwe dollars notes which worth less than a penny(LOL). Overall, 10 out of 10! سلام

Didn’t think i would be so surprised by a kabab shop, i honestly could not fault it. Kofta&chicken shish Succulent lamb kofta and charred juicy flavourful chicken, all presented beautifully and not just thrown in a box and thrown in a bag ✅
