The best restaurants in Blackheath Lewisham London

Really great Nepalese food, I had chilli momo and paneer tikka, really great flavours… but the garlic naan! Never seen a naan look so beautiful, and taste so good!

El servicio es genial, los precios son muy razonables, está limpio, la comida está bien - presentado y apetitoso y es solo un buen espacio, en una calle un poco más tranquila de lo habitual justo al lado de la calle principal en el centro de Lewisham.

A proper local with nice customers that actually talk to you, the staff are great, always happy and jolly. The landlord is great, he is looking after this business. Sports on the 6 TVs, absolutely jumping when england are playing. Only gripe is I would like to see more real ales.

Big Portion size, food was well seasoned and hot on delivery. Lamb was a little too well done for me but nice big chunks.

Sadly, this restaurant has had to close permanently. A victim of the pandemic and cost of living hike.

Very tasty food, nothing like the standard Chinese restaurants, they have paid attention to detail on their presentation and packaging. Makes a refreshing difference from the white grease bags. For me the size of the chilli oil tubs is game changing. £2 and it's huge (I love it), competitors serve the small tubs (as shown in the pic) They were running late on the delivery and called to apologies and added some extras as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you! Finally the price is very reasonable. Well done, please please keep the standards! p.s. do you have seating or is it takeaway only? If I was to give some constructive feedback it would be on the lemon chicken, it wasn't bad but not as saucy as I like it, I'll know for next time and will leave some notes asking for more sauce.

First time I've tried this place, ordered large cod and chips at £14.95. Not cheap , so I expected perfection. I was told it was a ten minute wait. Fair enough as a large piece of fish takes 10 to 12 mins to cook. One thing became obvious, the uber eat orders take priority over walk ins. After 17 to 18 minutes I enquired if my order had been overlooked as 7 or 8 people had been and gone after I had ordered. 2 or 3 minutes later my order was ready. When I got home I noticed 2 small pieces of fish, So I really don't understand the extended wait for large cod. I would say they had forgot my order till I reminded them. It was a mild evening yet the fish was cold by the time I had it on a plate less than 15 mins later . So it wasn't freshly cooked. I will say though the fish was A grade quality, just a shame about the long wait and temperature of the fish, hence only three stars instead of 4 or possibly 5. If I do visit again I will not be ordering large to see the difference in wait time and temperature.

Blackheath is lovely with lots of places to visit but glad we found here. Friendly team and good food at reasonable prices

I ordered a take away meal and noticed an item was missing (chicken buns)turns out I never ordered the item but the shop phoned me back and offered me the item and an extra naan complimentary. I thought it was so kind of them. The food was delicious and for a great price.

Go regularly and never been let down. Great service, ambience, food, good shisha selection and deals. Not to mention the lovely cocktails. It's always a good vibe.

Very good memories as we had our first date here and we returned 20 years later and still has the magic and food as we remember

Whilst staying at the Premier Inn Hanger Lane for a gig at Wembley we were looking for a quick and easy early dinner . Palm Pizzeria was the ideal choice , handy to collect , very quick service , reasonably priced but most of all very tasty

The food was very tasty, the atmosphere very relaxed and the staff friendly. Perfect place to have a nice dinner!

Great local pub just around the corner from Lewisham station. Very friendly and shows the live football too 👍
