Popped in yesterday to kill some time before kids pick up. Friendly barman and locals, call you over to chat if you're solo, enjoyed the well kept chestnut ale. Recommended.

Delicious, homemade food & friendly place to relax. Bara brith was lovely and the cheese is a welsh, yum.

A great find whilst on a break in Wales. On a very wet day, the tea room was still busy. Food excellent. Highly recommended.

We had a great stop here following a long drive, the food was good value, tasty and very filling.

I have literally just visited this cafe and while I appreciate it was busy I waited nearly 25 minutes for a toasted tea cake which was burnt to buggery and my friends had toasted cheese and tomato sandwiches which they chose to leave ….. so basically a £22.99 bill for very little. We shan’t be back

We share a large haddock and chips on a Friday night - prefer to go and order in person and wait for it to be cooked to order. Delicious Haddock with a lovely crispy light golden batter. We either take it home or eat in the fabulous and friendly Watsons Ale house bar or garden next door. TAKE CASH ! ( cashpoints at the old library/ civic centre or Costcutters. Always a queue on Friday night - but doesn’t take too long - and a good sign of its popularity. Definitely worth the price ( not expensive) and always delicious ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the worst curries we’ve ever had. Dishes full of sugar and no flavour, Tasted like they came straight out of the jar. Do not bother!

The Knighton hotel is directly in Knighton town. The rooms are great, nice and clean. The staff are very welcoming. Although the one bog upside is the shared kitchen, it has all the essential tools.
