Food poisoning, avoid! I ate with my family at a catered venue for 2-days and the only meal I had not with them was at this cafe, with my 2 siblings. The only people who had food poisoning was myself and 2 siblings.

We visited for the weekend and went to JD's Cafe with our dog. Dean came out and sat talking to us about all sorts while we had our breakfast, great value and delicious food, chips were the best 👌. The waitress was friendly and welcoming too :) we will definitely be back next time we visit, was nice to meet someone so laid back and down to earth! Thank you 😊

Cheap & cheerful. Don't expect fancy but excellent prices average £7 a meal. We had lovely omelet, chips (homemade) & salad. Friendly staff.

Went there yesterday. Very nice cafe. Owner was very friendly with customers and a decent price. My wife loved the homemade chips.

Good breakfast 😋 just wished I had the toast seperate from scrambled egg because it was really soggy toast.

Great selection of proper home cooked food really good value. They serve amazing fresh cooked chips. Staff were very friendly and they didn't mind us coming in near closing time and ordering meals either. Nothing was too much trouble.

Nice little location in Knighton very generous breakfast

We had an all day breakfast, absolutely fabulous, pretty quick for a Saturday.

A great little cafe, very pleasant and mildly eccentric owner who wanders around randomly chatting to people on humourous topics makes it well worth a visit for the entertainment factor alone.

No words necessary, just go there.
