What a fabulous shop! Wendy is amazing and we could have spent all morning talking to her, let alone shopping. This curiosity shop is FULL of everything you could imagine, jewellery, crockery, vintage clothing, festival clothing, crystals, fossils, art, cushions (which I will be back for!), skulls, taxidermy, hats and MORE! This palace of a shop is a feast for the eyes and a breath of fresh air. And I kitted all 3 of my kids up with Christmas presents, and more than a few gifts for me too, before settling down in the cafe for coffee and cake!

Amazing shop! What a find! Lots of oddities and taxidermy at amazing prices. Got a new addition to the family with Madge the Badge here. Loved all the dressed up rats too! Very exited to find a place for my Henry the hoover rat when we get home. Such wonderful atmosphere and lovely shop owner! Wish we could have stayed for a tea and some Welsh cakes! Will 100% be back on our next drive through!

Spent a delightful time with the owner of this lovely shop, had coffee and home made cakes (lush), then became the proud owners of an Aboriginal Rain Stick!! This will be the subject of many conversations to come, as it now stands proudly in our stick stand, ready to delight and amuse all our visitors. Thank you to the lovely lady who owns the shop, and made us so welcome.

Absolutely fantastic shop! Everything has so much character and lots of items have been personalised / refurbished and transformed into works of art! I could literally spend all day in this quirky little cabin. If you’re in the area you must pop in for a peruse! The owner is delightful, it was a pleasure to meet her! Oh and if you get a chance check out their selection of festival hats, each uniquely arranged to create stunning headwear for party occasions! We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area! 😊

We moved to Builth Wells just over two years ago and have visited this wonderful emporium of vintage clothing, off beat curios and lovely antiques many times. The owner of the shop also makes homemade cakes, preserves, savoury lite bites and gorgious home made soups. (she also caters for Vegitarian and Vegan customers)I have bought Garden orniments, Maroccan lamps, oriental seating, vintage chairs, to mention a few things. I have also bought Steampunk accessories, and lots of pretty clothing!.....just love the place because you never know what you are going to find!

A proper old fashioned curiosity shop, a must see if you’re local or visiting, plus, you can pick up a frothy cappuccino and a some very interesting chutneys and pickles. I can personally recommend the Dragons Breath Chilli Sauce, wow!

What can I say? The shop is quirky and fun. The proprietor is friendly and helpful. She always manages to put together something vegan for me and I know people rave over her homemade cakes and delcious fayre. Well worth a visit for lunch or a snack. Try Wendy's chutneys, relishes or even a hamper for Christmas.I saw sweetie stocking fillers for the kids last week too.
