No negativity about this lovely hotel, best experience staying here, lovely clean rooms, knowledgeable staff, easy parking system, nice variety of food on the menu which was delicious, breakfast was amazing, nice food choices, both continental and full English,/Irish hot breakfast, along with fruit, close to airport, will definitely return thank you

I’m always a bit skeptical about restaurants in the hotel but here I’m wrong ! Really nice food. The meat was perfectly cooked. Prices are also okay for hotel Food.

Great place for an outdoor wedding

When we first arrived we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who showed us to our table without delay. Having looked at the menu and chosen our meal, as if by magic another member of staff appeared and took our order. The food arrived promptly and we all enjoyed what we had chosen. In summary, the restaurant is a very pleasant place to eat, but I would like a little more custard with the apple pie.

Service wasn't great. It was a slow day at the airport and only a couple at the counter. Stood for a while and no one came near us. Then a guy with a yellow hi viz jacket eventually asked us what we wanted. Ordered 2 teas. All of a sudden he just left. Went out of the restaurant altogether leaving us baffled. The a young lady who was in the middle of serving someone else asked if we were being served. We said no and she said she'd be with us in a minute. Eventually got served. Wouldn't like to see it if it was busy. Plus side, the tea was hot.

Went to Frankies recently before a show in Belfast. Advised the server what time we had to leave for and he couldn’t have been more helpful. The service was quick as was the food which suited us. Food was delicious and warm. Hadn’t been in since they moved, more of a modern feel to the place now. We will be back.

36 min wait and request for ‘excuse me but, any idea where? etc met with ‘it’s on its way’. Lady floor supervisor clearly had enough of it all. Find a job you like and makes you smile. 10 mins later the saddest breakfast I’ve ever had slid across the table. Nothing hot. Bacon burned. Awful. Avoid at all costs. Accept it must be grim serving there with the masses BUT hey, dig a little deeper for some customer service. Maybe lunch menu and a drink in the sun better BUT brekkie…nah last time I got there. Didn’t have time to send it back. And this review will do for now. Happy Christmas all.

Can’t believe it’s £8 for two bits of cheap bread and bacon. Bacon was good quality but for £8 I’d expect a bit more bacon and at least some fresh bread rather than slices from a processed loaf. Service was nice and coffee was ok

Advertisers open until 8pm - arrived at 7:15pm and it was closed. Right beside an airport where people wait - don’t understand why it would close early.

This is definitely a place to avoid! Poor food and food and drink prices too high especially the drinks! Lagan bar £10 cheaper for four whiskey!
