Had a wonderful experience as soon as I entered the airport. A special thanks to Seanin who assisted me from the entry, and indeed, very supportive with her wonderful friendly attitude. I very appreciate. Thanks to the Lagan bar waiters and waitresses. They make people comfortable, welcoming! Very satisfied. Hope to see them soon again

The. Drink is to dear scandalous

Great place. Both "Starbucks" and 'Fed and Watered" are charging almost a fiver now for a capuccino. This place is still less than £4 for a good sized cappuccino that tastes good too. Pleasant and helpful staff too (Mark). And they sell beer, so ticks all the boxes :)

The bar staff carried on a conversation prior to coming to serve, then ignored the que and served the nearest person. Fortunately I was watching what was put through the til as extra drinks were added

Just been in for a pre-flight pint. Unfortunately ordering an orchard thieves cider I received a pint of Moretti as the kegs were put on wrong … what makes this worse is I am a celiac and so allergic to most beers. Unfortunate experience, staff sorted and were very friendly mind.

TL;DR: mouldy food and outrageously snarky staff members. Despite having a bar, they will refuse to serve you if you approach the bar: you have to stand in a queue, unlike any bar I've ever been in. I'm grateful a fellow-customer came up and told me this, as none of the staff deigned to alert me despite having caught my eye. When I politely mentioned to a member of bar staff (after joining the queue and waiting) that they should consider putting a sign up about the queue, so people like me don't inadvertently seem to be skipping the queue which could potentially create conflict, I got an immensely snarky response from the staff member. She explicitly told me I was the only person ever to have made the mistake - which I know to be untrue, because the fellow-customer who let me know about the system made it clear he'd been caught out before! All this for a very minor suggestion: I certainly did not say that it was outrageous for them to enforce queuing at a bar, no matter that it is outrageous, completely contrary to the culture of pubs. When the food order eventually arrived, my wife turned over her burger to find that the bottom bun was absolutely covered in mould. If this was inadvertent, it shows a horrifically poor concern for food hygiene: it was not just a small amount of mould, I don't want to think about how long it had been sitting. But I can't shake the suspicion that it was deliberate, because the top bun was free of mould, which wouldn't have happened naturally if they'd been stored together. My wife would not have noticed the mould if she'd not happened to turn the burger upside down. Without being certain, it _looked_ like they had grabbed a mouldy bottom bun from the bin and paired it with a fresh top bun to disguise it; the equivalent of spitting in our soup, because I had raised a suggestion about the queuing system. I didn't want a fight so I just went up, showed the mould, and asked for a new burger, which was not quick in coming. At one point, a staff member came down seemingly under the impression that our problem was that my wife wanted a gluten-free bun, and not that she simply wanted a bun with no mould on it. But my wife did eventually get a mould-free burger, which was fine. Airport bars are nobody's first choice, and I wouldn't normally write a negative review because I had a bad experience in one, but this was outrageous.

Served by Katie Woods, an honest credit to the bar. She went over and beyond all requests. She has a beautiful smile and amazing attitude.

I was in the Lagan Bar on my way to Malaga, I didn't have much time before my flight, asked Marc would it be long to make an Espresso Martini, he had it made & delivered to my table in a couple mins. Excellent service and bit of banter with him too, great start to a holiday .

Girl behind bar was very rude and stand offish if she wants to work in a public place serving customers she should perhaps drop the attitude. Asked her for someone to clear table as it was full of plates and cups and said that no one was available would get round to it sometime, (She had dark hair and white shirt) Young lad was far more pleasant. Food was inedible after messing up order toast underdone couldn't even spread the butter it tore the bread, scrambled eggs dry and no taste. Bad mistake coming here Sip and Stone next time.

Just had a couple of drinks before flying out early morning, while the queue had only about 4 people ahead of us it took an inordinate amount of time to get served, there were 3 staff members behind the bar who appeared to be busying themselves with everything but the customers. Other than that a pleasant enough place to sit and for an airport the drinks prices were not as overinflated as they could have been.

Had a good experience in the Lagan Bar. As usual it was very busy and noisy with trolleys going past to other units within the airport. The bar service was quick and very efficient. Marc was particularly helpful. We didn't eat so can't comment on food.

Upgraded 2 meals to sweet potato fries at £1.50 each Upgraded one meal to American cheese at £1.50 Ordered 2 Large juice Food comes out with normal chips, I mentioned about the sweet potato fries to be told with an attitude “we don’t have them”. Asked if we were getting a refund, after some time £1 is brought back. I advised two meals at £1.50 each is £3, which we eventually got. Both burgers looked the same with the cheese, even though one was meant to be American cheese, to be told “that’s the American cheese we have”, even though they looked exactly the same. And the two “large” drinks came out in what can only be described as slightly more than a thimble.

Everytime I fly from Belfast international I always visit the Lagan Bar. Great pints and friendly staff. What more could you ask?

Food and service was excellent!

Very average breakfast. Service was very quick, best part. Servers friendly. No tomato as advertised in photo in veggie breakfast, miniature bacon on Ulster fry. I sausage, ok, fry & potato cake ok, egg just cooked, tiniest amount of beans. Tea nice but just a pg tips in hot water in a mug, two for £7 ish. Altogether paid £35 for 2 very average breakfasts & tea. Wish we’d just got a sandwich now but at least it was somewhere to sit, other than the hard steel seats. Shame cos Belfast was great and welcoming !
