Disgusted with the attitude of one of the older female servers this morning. Her attitude was disgraceful. We had seven people in our party and we spent a lot of money. It’s a choice to purchase food, coffee and beverages from Starbucks Coffee and the consumer expects a higher standard of quality with a company of that stature. That quality should extend the staff!

Always greeted with friendly staff, who even remember my order.

This was the worst Starbucks experience yet. Nobody greets or makes eye contact my name wasn’t written on my cup and I stood waiting 15min for a cold drink. When I asked the cup couldn’t be found. The cashier then turns around and makes the drink shaking it in the cup without using a shaker just in the cup with a lid with liquid coming out of the lid on to her hands. She shakes it off and gave it to me. When I said “this is not right” she just stood there. I asked for my money back and without flinching a person called Nikita approved it on the system with no eye contact or remorse. An older person one the other till then goes on to tell me that’s how things are done here. no Starbucks procedures were followed and when we are over paying for our favourite drinks it would be nice to be treated like a customer. The 4 woman behind the counter shouldn’t be allowed near a Starbucks ever.

Nikita was so friendly and she made my order really fast! Such a pleasant worker!

After reading the reviews I just had to meet Ellen. Had the pleasure of meeting Ellen 25/7/2024 before our flight. A real lovely lady and u can see she enjoys her job and cares for the customers and pride in her job. Starbucks you have a real gem of a person/worker. Please recognise her work x bravo Ellen 👏 👏 👏

So happy this Starbucks has started doing a gluten free sandwich! It's the only option coeliacs have in the airport. Service was very good, Ellen was very helpful and friendly!

After queuing for 15 minutes my order was taken without a smile or manners. I only wanted a coffee and that was actually ok. The tables were all dirty and stacked with used cups and packaging, nobody was clearing or cleaning them. A particularly poor experience which won't be repeated.

Enough ketchup to last me till Christmas, served by a very kind young man, who made the whole affair rather pleasant! - I believe his name was Josh. Thank you aldergrove airport Starbucks, I will be back!!!!!

Today I was served by Lucinda and she was very smiley, kind and very helpful, the drinks came quickly and tasted very nice.

Not a clean or maintained space. Overspilling bins, filthy floor, not a clean table or surface in the whole place, very untidy/unpleasant.

I was flying out on Friday around 4pm June* the 28th. The place was extremely busy, the cafe was full and the queue was a mile long. There was only 3 people working behind the counter? They were working very hard. But surely, they should have more staff on? Especially on a Friday afternoon. But anyway, I couldn’t help but notice the young man who stood out. Very quick and attentive despite how busy it is. The person infront of me made a big deal about the flies being in the sweet shelf and the way he dealt with it was very respectful and professional. I didn’t get his name but I told him I would give him a review. Kudos to you young man.

The environment before the flight is pleasant, the staff are helpful, and Ellen is especially wonderful.

Great coffee but the girl cleaning the floors just throws the chairs around constantly all you can hear is chairs grinding across the floor all the time.

Gillian needs to sort out her attitude I don’t think a customer facing role is for her and the more mature woman needs to focus on doing a bit of work instead of chatting about what the boys got her from Vietnam and stocking up the fridge when there’s a queue of people. Ridiculously slow service from them both. The fact that it’s probably the most overpriced Starbucks I’ve ever been to and the place is stinking with dirty tables everywhere.

Absolutely shocking for Starbucks service........ staff stood behind counter looking at customers but not actually doing anything. No effort was made to take the next customer's order. It was only when they seen me scan the QR code, that they decided to serve at the counter. Not sure if the staff are expected to clean the sitting area but it was poor and untidy and tables full of rubbish. No attempt was made to upsell! No food ordered, so can't really rate but my usual coffee wasn't great.
