Excellent service from Ellen . She was so kind and helpful .

I’ve been a few times in the past and it’s been a little messy during busy periods. Some of the furniture looks a bit tired as well. But today the service was great, the coffee good and a very hardworking lady was keeping the seating areas clean and tidy.

Following Storm Eowyn January 2025, my trip was cancelled. I managed to re book a trip home to Glasgow, via BFS. I just wanted a cup of tea and a toasty. Ellen was working and could not have been more helpful, and courteous. She went out of her way to grab me some cutlery, which was not out on display. It's the little things, that I hope Ellen knows she has done a great job today. Thanks, Ellen. Keep up the great work. I'm going to sit and enjoy watching the planes now departing and landing .

Just like all other Starbucks, maybe cleaner and tidier. Hate plane coffee so always stop at Starbucks.

Had a lovely decaf Americano with satisfying choc chip muffin while waiting on my flight. Served by Ellen who was welcoming, polite and attentive.

13.50 Saturday January 12th 2025. I've been sitting beside a pool of water on the floor for the last 40 minute. No member of staff has even noticed it. Lots of tables remain uncleared and there are many pieces of litter and food on the floor. For an international airport facility it looks dirty and unwelcoming. Does it have a manager or other staff apart from those at the counter. Even there,the counter is sticky with lots of drip marks everywhere.

Great place for a coffee before your flight. Service very good and friendly, with a clean and tidy cafe area. Ellen was excellent checking that customers were enjoying their coffee and food

Food was undercooked and bland (& v expensive for a toasty!) but Ellen was a delight. Very cheery and really made the effort to make sure the dining area was clean and tidy.

Arrived at counter to order my drink which order was taken promptly and proficiently. Served with 3 minutes and went looking for a table. I met a lady who was managing the tables as I went to sit down. Ellen immediately cleared away previous containers and cleaned the table top so I had a hygienic surface to eat off. Having done my table Ellen immediately went in search of others to clean and prepare for other customers. I watched Ellen patrolling the dining area non stop to ensure customers had a clean hygienic space. A member if your staff who deserves special recognition for her customer service.

Service was good, hot chocolate not as thick n creamy as other Starbucks but the lovely Ellen was very happy to serve.
