Starbucks in Antrim

Food looks good and I’ve had it before but onthis occasion, I just had a sit in coffee which, like the food, feels expensive but then we are a captive audience in an airport.

I had a fantastic experience at Starbucks! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for catching up on work or simply relaxing with a coffee. The drinks were perfectly prepared—my latte was smooth and rich, just the way I like it. What really made the visit memorable, though, was the outstanding service. Ellen, our server, was friendly, efficient, and genuinely kind. She made us feel right at home and went out of her way to ensure everything was just right. It’s rare to find such attentive and personable service these days. Thank you, Ellen, for making our visit so enjoyable!

Coffee wasn’t horrendous, but this is the 3rd visit where we can’t have a sit in mug, and must use disposable cups. Tables are full of (disposable) cups/left over porridge/general rubbish It’s outrageously expensive, which is almost forgivable due to it being an airport, but I’ve sat here for an hour and no one’s cleaned the tables

I had matcha latte, I would recommend you to get ceremonial grade matcha for better taste ant top quality :) tables and floor was dirty with a lot of food bits everywhere. Karolina was very pleasant and polite, 5+ stars to staff :)

Everything is great! The coffee is delicious, the service is pleasant and fast. The price is the same as everywhere else at the airport.

Good choice of drinks/snacks but my hot chocolate was anything but hot luke warm at best. I had already had stood in the queue and waited for my order so wasn't going to join a long queue again to get it heated. Service poor on that point.

Nice place to sit in the airport and since it is likely you want to see the planes coming and going its the only place with a decent view of the apron and runway. Decent coffee and food options that would be known to anyone who has visited a Starbucks. Spacious and bright it is good to enjoy your coffee and people watch for a while or the airport operations.

Fast and friendly service, especially Ellen. Always have coffee here before travelling.

Lovely cafe, offering a peaceful atmosphere with great coffee and food. Great to be able to charge my phone as well. Big shout out to Ellen for bringing a smile to my wait

I waited here for my gate notice and had a lovely vanilla latte and some granola yoghurt. I was refreshing to relax in a nice clean shop with lots of friendly faces and great big smiles, this is what a tired and wearily traveller wants to see at an airport. Keep it up girls!! 🥰

Filthy floor and filthy tables. Eventually lifted used cups off our table but walked away from the spilt liquids and food crumbs.

The usual experience buying drinks - guy at the counter cheerful…just a terrible approach still on hanging around waiting. Tables not cleared and needing a wipe down. Table next to me has been empty 30 mins with empty cups, bottles, food bags. Not doing much for the environment with only disposal coffee cups available. Fortunately not often passing through this airport in the near future or using Starbucks as always a much better option when not restricted on choice.

The cafe was exceptionally clean which was a pleasant surprise. (Not usually). Think this was down to Ellen who was cleaning and changing bins frequently. 👏👏

Even though Starbucks was really busy and the queue was never ending all the staff were friendly and served customers with a smile! Especially Tamlyn, who made us feel really welcome! Started our journey off with a smile!

I always stop off at Starbucks and grab a cuppa and a Carrot cske when I travel. It's a very comfortable lounge area where I can sit and people watch for hours if I have to. I always see 'Ellen', your wonderful lady who picks up our litter and keeps the area tidy. I've chatted to Ellen frequently, she is a credit to your company. Look after her. 😊

Starbucks at Belfast Int’l Airport. Not cheap, but what is at airports. Good seating arrangement enables views to the runway. Tea was hot, cake was tasty. Staff member Ellen was deftly and cheerfully clearing tables - for me this is an essential service in any cafe or bar.

Horrific pricing structure. They have changed the sizes and only offer grande or venti. Charges are scandalous. Minimum £5 for a latte. Prices are set but the Franchisee. Greedy!!! You staff have heard it time and time again. Dirty tables and floor. I will not be back.

A good size starbucks for an airport, it's comfortable, calm and has many plug sockets dotted around. Coffee was spot on perfect temperature and served with a smile. Ellen was especially pleasant, chatted to us whilst ensuring the cleanliness of the shop :)

Nice cafe, typical airport prices, and basic starbucks same everywhere plastic food. Overall, it's the same as all other starbucks places. The one exception is Ellen, she's been lovely.
