Today we spent some time having a drink before our flight, we watched your employee Ellen doing a fabulous job of cleaning up the tables and spilled food etc that thoughtless people just walk away and leave behind. Well done Ellen. Amazing job… well done. You need a pay rise !

£4.60!!!!! for a latte. Uses my own cup and no discount. No vegan whip and nothing gluten free that I could eat.

Food very overpriced compared to non airport locations but staff great, in particular Ellen who is very cheery!

Food was undercooked and bland (& v expensive for a toasty!) but Ellen was a delight. Very cheery and really made the effort to make sure the dining area was clean and tidy.

Great hot coffee enjoyed before flying home for Christmas... Ellen was full of festive cheer as she kept the service area tidy to accommodate all the customers. Thank you

Service was good, hot chocolate not as thick n creamy as other Starbucks but the lovely Ellen was very happy to serve.

Arrived at counter to order my drink which order was taken promptly and proficiently. Served with 3 minutes and went looking for a table. I met a lady who was managing the tables as I went to sit down. Ellen immediately cleared away previous containers and cleaned the table top so I had a hygienic surface to eat off. Having done my table Ellen immediately went in search of others to clean and prepare for other customers. I watched Ellen patrolling the dining area non stop to ensure customers had a clean hygienic space. A member if your staff who deserves special recognition for her customer service.

I fly out of BFS every week and Ellen is always making sure that the tables are cleared so customers have places to sit and enjoy there drinks, Ellen is always friendly and interacting with the customers, top tier service!!
