Dude, I ordered a beer, but they gave me a toast instead. When I told them I didn't order a toast, they insisted that I did and offered me a refund. I was like, "What the heck is going on?" Finally, after giving me a weird look, they brought me a beer. I hope it wasn't because of my race or anything, but maybe the guy was just stressed out from working early in the morning.

Great place to grab a beer and a bit to eat. Friendly staff mark was a good laugh couldn't do enough for the customers who were there.

Last Saturday me and my girlfriend had a lovely meal at Sip and Stone before our 3pm flight. The restaurant was very clean and very tidy.

I was at Sip and Stones last weekend. The food was delicious as I had the burger and chips, as I was waiting on my flight in the afternoon. The Cleaness of the table was very efficient and determined and the floor staff was very helpful. Special mention to Julia for helping my family out when we needed help.

The food was fantastic however, sits on the expensive side. The robots are a great novelty and the atmosphere is great with people buzzing in the departures section. Our server, Mark was particularly courteous and friendly. Definitely the best place to eat inside Aldergrove airport!

Was travelling last weekend to work. Nice place to eat but expensive. The restaurant was nice and clean. The young lady called Julia was looked after the dinning very well. Very lovely and chatty young lady. Will be back for some beer.

Just got 2 breakfasts a bun and 3 teas for £38, the milk was going off and we couldn't drink the tea, I asked what milk is used and Staff said fresh milk, I then noticed that she filled the same milk earns with milk without cleaning them out. I left the teas because the kids where put off, £3.59 each cup of tea. Woman didn't even apologise and denied the milfk was off. The ulster fry was very basic with one of each and cold tomatoes that where supposed to be cooked. Worst restaurant in Ireland. Don't waste your time. Also now to add to it, I addressed this with the lady today who served the Teas at the bakery part and she laughed at me. Thanks for an awful experience, my 2 children told me she was laughing at me.

Decent place to eat. The food options were tried were all good (except the waffles with berry compote - v v expensive for what you get). Drinks are pricey, but not utterly ridiculous, considering it's an airport. Food and drinks are served by robots, which is fun and effective.

My chicken Caesar salad was beaut.👌

Tiny crap burger for 16 quid.. reminded me of school dinners. Go to burger king.

I’m not expecting much from an airport Wetherspoons, but even by Spoons standard this was absolutely terrible. Vegetarian breakfast came without toast and the sausage was quite simply inedible, despite being human hoover even I couldn’t get it down. The bread with my fry up was stale, the beans were cold, the rasher of bacon was the size of a walkers crisp, the egg was over cooked and the sausage was dry. To their credit the tap water was ok, well worth the £26.

Defo an airport ripoff. No vegetarian options on the online menu, went up to the bar to ask and they informed me that they would substitute some things on a veggie breakfast. Came out with two rock hard/inedible veggie sausages (literally had to break one apart with my hands), some avocado, a tomato in two halves, some wilted spinach and about 11 baked beans. £14 well spent 👍

tell people on your website that they are going to be served by a robot before they order table service. i was here by myself and when the robot showed up, all eyes were on me and a lot of people were recording me without my consent. it was embarrassing and i felt a bit violated. plus the robot moves so fast i wasn’t even able to grab my food.

Everything was fine meal experience wise but I was charged twice in error and I have been finding it hard to get through to someone who can help set up a refund for the extra payment. I was directed to fill out a form which I did last week but I have had no response. I would be happy to remove this review when this is resolved. Thank you for your reply but I still have not heard anything else regarding getting a refund for the duplicate payment.

Nice restaurant with reasonable waiting times and good prices for the food. My highlight would be that a robot served us our food!

Stayed for two drinks but there was always just one person serving and the line was halfway down the room. Manager was more concerned about the robots being given floor space. Will still be back.

Ordered Belgium Waffles £11.49 Only One waffle arrived . When I pointed out waffles’ was plural I was told only one was the portion . I was then delighted when I received another waffle from the sympathetic staff 🥳

Didn’t enjoy this place at all. Awful music playing too loud, you have to scan the code and place the order yourself from the preset menu, there is no option to put together your own choice . Then you are asked if you wish to leave a tip! What for? My orange juice was warm, my toast soggy and my husband’s coffee was cold. It’s all a bit school canteen.

Lovely meal before trip to Paris. Mark was very professional and friendly. My kiddies loved the cat robots!!!!

Bought dinner for the family and had a couple of pints. 2nd pint was distinctly short (large head) and rather than wait a few minutes for it to settle and fall short I sipped half of the head off it and asked the barman for a top up. Was a genuine request made in good faith - if you’re paying over £7 for a pint you want a full one. Bar man refused as did his colleague, looked at me like I’m an idiot trying it on (I wasn’t). Came across as really poor service and two stoney faced fellas that really hate their jobs. Sad but true. Customers pay your wages…Barman in question in the photo.

Ordered the dirty burger chicken korma nachos and fish and chips cost us 80 quid but it was so worth it for the food that is one of my favourite restaurants when I go to the airport everyone cleared their plate

This is a great restaurant and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I dealt with Karolina who couldn’t have done enough for me. As I am a disabled person and unable to muscle into queues etc, she was very attentive to me and supplied my every need. Totally positive experience and I will be back.

Staff member who served us was rude. Pretty much threw plates down with hard crossiant and pan au chocolate. I asked if one could be heated for a child as it was cold and rock hard. I got a stern no can't be heated. Robot with heated food was nicer than actual human.

I ordered two ultimate Ulster fry, the tomato was raw, we didn't receive any eggs, very greasy and tasteless

Very lovely staff, but the robots really gave it a sterile, misanthropic atmosphere. Robots did all the flashy jobs like taking orders and delivering the food. The humans are apparently only required to wipe dirty tables and deliver alcoholic drinks, which I'm sure will be mechanised presently. Very depressing 😔

Good atmosphere for an airport setting. Carolina our server was very helpful with regard to my allergen query and ensuring i was able to get hot food that was tasty. Appreciate cross contamination will be an issue in a busy kitchen but so nice to have gluten free ingredients available makes such a difference

Somehow, the forks and knives they give you are worse than the food, which is pretty dismal. How can you screw up cutlery is beyond me. It isn't hard to go to the nearest Tescos and buy a standard set. I'd say this place can afford it given the outrageous prices. For add ons alone, I spent 3 quid for two tiny slices of soda farls for myself. How can you have robot waiters, and then the majority of vacant tables be dirty. Like it ain't hard to just pick up the dirty plates and give the tables a quick wipe. You'd be better off selling the robots and investing in better service. One thing, the picture attached is a kids' breakfast. Even a starving child would be insulted by this.

Friendly staff - mark and Karolina in particular. Lots of tables had no chairs so could do with some extra seats. Food really good quality and came out quickly.

Only had a drink, whilst waiting for our flights.

Dirty tables, restricted menu. Some.of the food we ordered came without the options we picked and we were gruffly told 'none left'. Absolute kip.

I ordered the fish and chips which was 18.99 , When i got it there was approx 15 chips on the plate and the fish was swimming on grease . i took one bite and ask for ot to be changed to something else. They staff member came back and said her supervisor said i had to pay for the other food becaure i eat half of it. i asked to speak to the supervisor , i informed her that i only eat one small bite of the fish and eat 3 Chips. i invited her to look at my plate , she brushed past me and said no , she said i would have to wait until all the other orders were served before they would serve me a replacement. I advised that i would mot be waiting as i had a flight to get and i now warred a refund. she was very rude and dismissive . The bar staff were very nice and apologised on her behalf . Her name was Marline . i have never guve a bad review before in my life , but this girls was beyond rude.

Sea of tables that needed cleaned. In fact not one table ready for customers to eat. Over ten tables free all needed cleaned. Complete rip off. £9.99 for a very sad breakfast bap with easy single cheese rather than actual cheese. Clearly understaffed. Won't ever be eating here again.

I got the vegetarian fry which was really tasty and fresh. The homemade smashed avocado was gorgeous. Reasonably priced too considering it was in an airport and the food quality. Also quite cool that your food is brought by robots! Would recommend and would go back again.

Was beautifully clean, the staff were all working really hard to make sure the environment was kept immaculate at all times. I only ordered sweet potato fries and a couple of drinks, but they were well cooked, flavourful and there was a good portion size and the drinks were well served in nice, clean glasses. The staff were very friendly and pleasant on any interaction I had with them all during my wait at the airport. Fantastic experience, 100% would go there again and was definitely a pleasant time to wait for my flight Edited to add the cat robots were an unexpected fun bonus 😊
