Airport food is normally very quick. This wasn’t. The online ordering service wasn’t working properly, it didn’t have the up to date menu on it. The staff didn’t seem to know what was on the menu. Would not recommend.

This place makes me lose any hope on human being. Bacon loaded fries were just gross, and I had the worst Guinness ever. 30 quid in total. I wish I was British so I could fake a food poising claim like you do in my country.

OK as expected you pay inflated prices at an airport for passable food. I had already eaten here when I visited the toilet and a member of Sip and Stone staff , wearing the company T-shirt, used the toilet beside me. I washed my hands but he didn't and went straight back to the restaurant . Kind of puts me off from eating there again , wish I hadn't of seen that.

Excellent grub. Chicken Caesar salad was yummy. We had a couple of Guinness as well. Really nice and cold. Staff friendly… and the robots amazing. Thank you

I had a hair and fly in my salad. The veggie cedar salad was over £12 and is not worth the money, it has a small amount of lettuce with a few croutons and a drizzle of sauce. The ladies at the till were apologetic, however I wouldn’t trust the food now given the storage and presentation was very poor.

Bar staff exceptionally friendly

Solo traveller so sat down at table (after standing in security queue for one hour) and scanned QR code to order to be told ‘ordering not available, please see server’, no servers around so went up to till (having to leave luggage at table), waited in queue hoping to order eggs benedict which is on menu to be told they dont have it.

The staff could have done better, but they are working with a seriously flawed system. The waiting time for food displayed (14 minutes) was at least 10 minutes over optimistic. The food wasn't that great (Ulster fry) and not that hot. We were sat near the hot food hatch and could see food being plated, put up for taking to customers and sitting there for ages. The novelty electronic delivery trolleys are no substitute for well trained staff, a simple system and effective supervision/management. At over £30 for two breakfasts it wasn't great value.... but do the management care when they aren't really relying on frequent repeat custom. We'll be trying Northern QTR when we are back at Easter 😐

Shockingly terrible microwaved meals at an eye-watering price served by... A robot?! No thanks. To be fair, the robot gave more of a smile than the staff on duty. Food was cold, tasteless and badly made. Lots of marketing gumpf on the wall about the food sourcing and inspiration from the Giant's Causeway which surely can't be true. Almost £50 for terrible food and soulless service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. How they charged £10.78 for a roll, 2 veggie sausages and the most measly portion of beans is beyond me. Didn’t make it clear on the menu that you wouldn’t be getting an egg and hash browns as well. & you can’t order an egg or hash browns separately, so if you want to add that on you’re paying for another £12 roll - £22! For a veg sausage egg and hash brown roll?! Utterly ridiculous! Wouldn’t have ordered had I known. Save your money get a meal deal from WHSmith or a Burger King instead

Best restaurant within the airport. The prices are not abusive. The service is carried out by machines, the idea is not bad. However, be wary of the waiting time displayed, this does not correspond to reality (much longer). The food is good, well presented and in good quantity.

I had the pleasure of working there before having a baby, I developed a lot during that period, the food is very tasty and well priced, the staff is friendly and helpful, but I was most surprised by a person who remained imprinted in my mind, her name is Alina, she is a special person, very attentive to the needs of her employee, she helps and guides you every time with love, she jokes and always makes you feel good when you see her, a warm nature and a person you can rely on! Exceptional service throughout!

Brilliant service. Restaurant flat out and staff really busy but served us with a smile.

Enjoyed the soda bread and fried eggs (I just went up to the bar and ordered this without ordering a fry). Alina was great in taking my order and serving me.

Issues with my phone couldnt get the app to work great customer service. Always come here for cheesey garlic bread every time I leave from this airport.

Alina was very kind and helpful and quick to serve when we had issues with ordering on the app.

Dirty loaded burger completely fell apart and used a bun top as base. Bun was untoasted and completely dry. Chips were cold. Not worth the price at all, better off going to Burger King or even whs smith for a meal. Bellabots also kept getting stuck and were unattended, making a constant high pitch noise and getting in the way. Overall, not a good start to a holiday.

7.20£ (8.67€) a pint of Heineken. Madness. Replaced humans with cat robots to deliver to food makes this place a dull hell. You'd think the money saved on staff would reduce the prices. Gougery at it's finest

Mark is a lovely guy, was a great waiter and very friendly. Chocolate fondant portion was too small.

Went for the kids combo deal but didn't want dessert because who has dessert at 6am. So they charged me separate items and it ended up costing more than the combo deal but I didn't realise this until I'd paid. Server said it was too bad and they couldn't change it. Absolute rip off

Great food, greater service. Our server Alina went above and beyond for us. I am celiac and always worry when eating out at any restaurant. Thankfully the staff here were excellent in ensuring my food was completely gluten free, going as far to check and double check all the allergen booklets by hand. Even bringing the chefs out to go over all the ingredients. 10/10 We will definitely be stopping in again before our next flight 😊

I was shocked to discover that if you are a Gluten Free diner, your choice is a bap or a bap. Their GF baps are poor eat. No pastry, muffins, tray bake or even gluten free toast. So disappointing.

I've been back and forth to N.Ireland several times this year and I always stop in here for a meal before my return flight. They have a few vegan options which makes a nice change and the plant- based burger is really good. The wee robot cat servers always make me smile.

Very disappointed, we specifically ate here as the kids saw the robot moving about and wanted their food delivered this way. We ordered our food and drinks at table specifically to get the robot as stated. However our drinks were brought over by a waitress who clearly didn't want to be there and who said nothing at all too us. The food then followed shortly after by the waitress, when I said that the kids in our party were looking forward to seeing the robot bring the food we were told, they are not working that's why they are flashing. It would have been nice to have been informed at point of order and we could have decided whether to continue with our order or not. The food was OK but very expensive for the portion sizes provided. All in all very disappointing, would not recommend using this restaurant at Belfast International

Service wasn't great. It was a slow day at the airport and only a couple at the counter. Stood for a while and no one came near us. Then a guy with a yellow hi viz jacket eventually asked us what we wanted. Ordered 2 teas. All of a sudden he just left. Went out of the restaurant altogether leaving us baffled. The a young lady who was in the middle of serving someone else asked if we were being served. We said no and she said she'd be with us in a minute. Eventually got served. Wouldn't like to see it if it was busy. Plus side, the tea was hot.

We ordered a chicken burger and a chicken Caesar salad. Both were very nice and hot, and food arrived very fast, within 5 mins.

Food delivered quickly, tasty and hot. Customer service was great from girl at the bar who took my order to the gent who checked in whilst I was eating and when I was finished, little robots were novel too!

Process is quick, automated with a little robot bringing your stuff. Low score because of the shameless audacity for the request for a charity donation and a tip. Feel free to make charitable donations, and pay your staff properly, that’s expected of your business. Don’t ask me for a discretionary payment to do them.

Atmosphere about as good as it gets for a pub in an airport but what I didn’t like was the robot delivering my drinks and then having the cheek to ask for a tip. Absolutely woke.
