Met friends for lunch today. Thus place hasn't changed in years - in a good way. Cosy, great service and quality comfort food. I had the best Chicken Maryland I've ever had, with great quality chicken, gammon and a nice touch with a wedge of beautifully charred fresh Pineapple. Other dishes included chickennwithbpepper sauce and a roast beef dinner. Home made cheesecake and jam sponge with custard followed for two of us. Fabulous meal and looking forward to returning soon.

We arrived with 3 dogs and were greeted by such friendly staff who showed us to the bar area where we had a fabulous roast dinner, the staff were great giving the dogs drinks and attention. Will definitely be back!

Step back in time and enjoy the surroundings of an old irsh Inn. The service was great and so was dinner and desert. Great value for money. Only thing that would have made it better would have been if the fire had of been lit,but then again after the big meal I might have wanted to curl up by the 🔥 and had a nice nap.

We have been to the Ramble Inn many times. This time was Sunday lunch. Great setting, ambience and friendly. The food was good. However I'm writing this review to point out a few minor issues that have detracted from our experience. We ordered a bottle of wine this was served in glasses of differing sizes! The food was tasty but could have been warmer! Our dessert was served on a plate with a large chip! ( not the type you eat!🤣). No doubt we will return in the future and I'll let you know if these small issues persist.

There was no atmosphere at all, but it was lunchtime. Had a toasted sandwich that had flavour and was well filled. However, the toast was barely warm and not toasted in and lacked any colour. No lunch menu, just sandwiches and wraps or the full menu, which is a bit heavy and pricey for lunchtime. Our waitress was friendly enough.

Booked for a small family group of 9 after a wedding. Added another person at the last minute - nothing was any trouble. Service from the waitress, right through to food service was great. More importantly our group selected from across the menu - the food could not be faulted

Nice place, food good. Serving staff rather abrupt and incomunative. Can't answer all questions as it was pouring with rain the day we ate there. My son had gammon, egg and chips , which is not on list below.9

Felt for what we ordered wasn't great onion rings were not cooked batter was like rubber luke warm to much salt on every Pavlova was not good at all.... need to try better 🤔 alot of pre-cooking going on in the kitchen!!

Just visited the Ramble Inn tonight as a wee birthday treat for my husband. Lovely atmosphere, really attentive staff and lovely food. My husband had the steak and I had salmon - both beautifully cooked. The very kind waitress even brought my cardigan out to my car when I accidentally left it behind me - Can recommend and will be returning 👍

Just away from the place... the food was terrible. The chips were uncooked and the Korean chicken wasn't warm as if it had been precooked and left to the side. The kids mac and cheese was disgusting and inedible. I think even the waiting staff could tell how the food standard was so low. In fairness we should have refused to eat it as it was that bad. Thr chips were sent back though. Il definitely not be back.

Our little family stopped by here for the very first time this evening and I have to say, from your staff, to your food, absolutely brilliant. We really enjoyed our meal, it was top quality. Brill portion sizes. Nice little cosy atmosphere, and friendly waitresses. I believe it was the owner himself? Walking about smiling and checking everyone was okay. Thank you. I love when we find a nice place to eat out. We will definitely be back.

Best pavlova I ever tasted. Friendly service at a reasonable price. We just stopped to use the toilet on our way back to Dublin. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We noticed this spot on Google maps and saw it had good reviews and the menu looked good, so we decided to stop in. The service was exceptional - some of the best we experienced during our 2 weeks in Ireland/Northern Ireland, and we had great service in many places! We found the food to be terrific as well. We had the vegetable soup - it was so fresh, and the broth was perfect. We also had the pasta carbonara (this was toward the end of our trip and we were ready for a change from traditional Irish fare) and it was also quite tasty. The garlic bread that came with it was superb as well. Overall we had such a lovely experience, once of our favorite meal stops of the trip!

Stopped by today on the way home from Belfast,met and greeted by Pauline who got us a lovely table by the window,drinks swiftly ordered while we browsed the menu 2 of the party had the 8oz steak and myself the steak sandwich, I can honestly say this was the best meal we all have ate out in a long time (I eat out once a week)freshly prepared and lovely golden chips that where cooked to perfection, desserts where apple crumble 👌 wow amazing!!!!Well done to the chefs 👨‍🍳 will definitely be back and to Pauline and team today a big thank you!!!! 💯 will recommend to all my friends will be back soon!!

We have visited the Ramble Inn many times over the last 5 years. Normally at Christmas time. We came back from a visit to the Bushmills Distillery. We stopped off at the reserve time. Our Aussie quest had superb cod and chips . One had cod goujons which was excellent. I tried a Korean dish. The flavour was very good . It was over cooked and the chicken was rigid. Well it was my fault straying for the normal. The manager owner asked is everything OK. We had a quest. They tried their best and succeeded

We came here as a quick stop before catching a flight from Belfast International. It was an early dinner booking, so we were the first ones in there. Lots of restaurant space, new menu. I recommend the pepper chicken! The portion sizes were good, hot and freshly made. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I have passed by the Ramble Inn many many times down the years and had never stopped in for food until late yesterday afternoon. We were a party of four and all ordered different meals from the menu. All of us enjoyed our choices immensely, the portions were massive and the food absolutely delicious. Service was just about spot on, attentive without being an interruption. The price was very reasonable, but when you consider the quantity and quality of the food it was very good value indeed. I'm glad we called in yesterday. All those years of just passing by are my loss.

Had a great day at the Ramble inn where there was an antique fair on Easter Tuesday. Bargain Hunt was being filmed at the fair and I met the presenter and the experts.

My wife and myself were here for a late lunch on a recommendation from a family member. I had the burger and my wife had the chicken goujons . A very friendly atmospheric place and the staff were very friendly and courteous. Both meals were absolutely beautiful and out of the kitchen very quickly. 2 meals and 2 soft drinks just over £40. Brilliant value and we'll definitely be back again . *****

Called in on Easter Sunday, met with smiles and warm greetings from all the Staff. They were very attentive to our needs and courteous at all times. The Food was excellent, well presented and there was plenty of it! We don't get to call very often but when we can we really look forward to Dining here. Thanks to all concerned!

My Wife and I called in for a meal on the way back from a trip to Belfast. The place itself was very tidy and had very nice décor. The staff were nice and friendly. It has a good menu for all tastes - not certain about Vegan but I believe I saw some options. I had the Home made Pie (Chicken and Gammon) which was very very nice, if anything the portion size was a little big, however that is better than walking away hungry! Prices etc. were around average for the places we have eaten in recently. All in all we really enjoyed our visit and would happily call in again.

On way home from Ballymena stopped here for dinner. Food delicious and good portions. Staff friendly and attentative.

Proper food, great venue, always a good time

Visited mid week for some lunch and had our dog with us. Called ahead to see if allowed dogs in bar and was given a yes straight away. Staff very attentive and claire (I think) was amazing with Stella she lapped up all the attention. I do apologise to the other member of staff who was very weary of her which I completely understand and I can only tell you that she is a gentle giant. Food was prompt and the garlic bread and mushrooms was amazing! Thank you again!

Called at the Mclarnons Ramble Inn last week in Antrim with one of my work friends before I got off this week. Loved this place, the staff were lovely, everything clean, food gorgeous and gluten free options available. Will definitely be calling again to sit at the warmth of the stove

Went to see Clubsound in their last performance..brilliant as always. Xmas meal was very good but afraid the service was questionable after being forgotten.
