The best restaurants serving Default food in Hoober Rotherham Yorkshire and The Humber

Despite the low reviews I decided to give them a chance. And I'm glad I did! First thing to note, most of the reviews are for delayed deliveries which is out of the hands of the restaurant. That being said the food I got was Southern Fried parm tenders, parm fries and a cheeseburger. The burger was nothing special but definitely not as bad as everyone makes it out to be in the reviews. The skin on fries were nice and def. the star of the meal, while the southern fried tenders were anything but southern fried, just regular chip shop battered, so improvement (or a different supplier with proper breading) would be very welcome. For the price it's okay but not as a regular until they go from "that was nice" to "wow ✨️ "

We visited today to be welcome by the lovely liz so smiley and welcoming and also very helpful! Lovely service and the food was amazing! We don’t always visit but when we do it’s always so nice and welcoming by the staff. Thank you

A bit tired downstairs but staff were excellent. Enjoyed my coffee! 😊

Ordered through just eat. Terrible taste, and the wrap was hard and chewy. See pictures what I ordered and what I got. NOT WORTH £7 !!!

my pizzas were burnt I ordered deep pan and got thin and crispy worst pizza I have ever tasted I must admit they did offer me 10% discount of my new order but I will not be ordering from there gain that's has putilaunched me of I couldn't eat it all at ended up eating nothing

Called in today after walking up from Greasbrough. Had a cup of tea, with a plastic thimble of milk and a machine poured latte. Coffee was cold and too frothy, tea was just 1 teabag, no pot!! Coffee was £3.55, and tea £2.45 you don’t pay that in top notch coffee shops! Sorry but if you are going to charge london prices then do better.

Ordered a burger box meal on Just Eat. Advised food would be 40 mins. Food arrived over and hour after I’d ordered and was stone cold. I phoned the restaurant to discuss this and was told ‘there’s no way it can be cold’. I politely explained that my food was definitely cold, only to be met with further denial and a terrible attitude. Customer service over the phone is perhaps the worst I’ve ever experienced! Rude, dismissive and unable to appreciate why someone would be frustrated if their food turned up cold after an hour of waiting.

Genuinely not even worthy of one star, if being honest ordered and it was cold, lazy service and absolutely awful food quality, best advice don’t order from here
