Order time was delayed from 9:35-9:55 to 9:55-10:15 and still did not arrive until 10:22. Rang as it was set as delivered before I received it. My order note said no bbq sauce and I rang the restaurant to check but it came covered so couldn’t eat 90% of the meal as it was covered in it (due to allergies.) ! Paid extra for bacon on my burger and came without any. Also due to late arrival all the food apart from the burger was stone cold (felt like it had been in a fridge). Very very poor.

Food was 1hour late came freezing cold didn’t enjoy it at all very ashamed chicken was hard and the mozzarella dippers was more cooked then the whole food to the point the cheese didn’t exist!

Burgers were nice, chips were crispy, the cheese chilli bites were my favourite, really delicious, the onion rings look/tasted home made. He app told me the order had been delivered so I called the restaurant, the person I spoke with was polite and helpful.

Uber Eats order: Food took an hour and half to arrive despite only living 5 minutes drive away. When food did arrive it was stone cold to the point the cheese had hardened on top of the loaded fries. One of the burgers had incorrect sauce and was slightly burnt. It's a shame as the portion size was good and I can imagine it being very nice when it's actually still warm. I would warn against ordering for delivery however after this experience.

Nice burgers but always late. Very late! Order 2 hours before you want it. Usually cold as well by the time it finally arrives.

use to be alrite but after ordering the special box.it turned up late and everything was cold I then asked for a refund with just eat and all they would give me was £3.55 thought this was an insult as the order came to just over £15 ...guys don't go here there are better places. so very disappointing with the situation

first time ordering. I'm aware that the food would not be piping hot due to distance but it was tepid when arrived. no bag used as per other companies when delivering. mozzarella sticks cooked too much as the cheese had burst through and gone solid - threw aaway. thought I'd ordered a burger, it was more a smash burger that arrived. would be ok if this is what was advertised. it maybe a 1 off but will not be ordering again - was looking forward to it but really disappointed

Food was poor quality, soggy burger buns, overcooked burgers. original delivery time was 6.05-6.25 arrived at 6.55 after having chased. Very disappointed 😞

was cold and disgusting and they wouldn't even replace the meals I spent over 26 pounds the burger wasn't ever prepared properly and was missing a burger I payed for then they said I was been aggressive and I wasn't doing anything to get me off phone abserlute disgusting and I will never be ordering from them ever again they had cheek to tell me that my attitude wasn't helping make the burger they haven't got a clue what the doing

Food took ages to arrive easily over 80 minutes after ordering. We ordered two of their burger boxes with chips and chicken tenders for £10 each which we thought looked good and a bargain. We were then given food which was tasteless and cold. We will not order from this place again. We could of just been the unlucky ones to get a bad batch or caught them on a bad day. But this was one of the worst meals I’ve had from a takeaway in a while.

Food arrived cold & stale. Cheap food and Portion sizes much smaller than advertised. One item the loaded fries the box was smaller than my hand and I'm a small female!

I don’t know how it could arrive early and be so cold and ironically burnt at the same time. Almost inedible I threw most of it out. Wrong sauce on both burgers wrong salad option missing cheese missing bacon. Tenders were dry on the inside wet on the outside mhhhh lovely. Avoid like the plague considering this meal was 20 quid I’ve asked for a refund which I have only had to do once before. Terrible

We ordered on Uber eats, the order took over 2 hours to eventually turn up even thought we phoned up twice and got told both times it was out for delivery. When the food finally turned up it was cold and extremely dry and to top it off we was also missing a milkshake

took nearly an hour and a half to come, spoke to restaurant who were polite and said it was on its way which it was. food was not fresh hot but we live a little bit away so that’s understandable however food was not good at all. ordered chicken burger and they sent beef, decided to just eat it anyway as i was hungry after the long wait, the patty was small and overcooked/dry with no flavour and there was hardly any sauce. “crispy onions” not crispy and might as well not have been there. fries were decent, not the best not the worst, a bit too salty. the chicken tenders were awful. overcooked, dry, hard, and extremely salty, borderline inedible. best bit was the can of pop 😂 overall not worth it and won’t be going back

delivery came late, restaurant just said they were busier than expected which seems a bit of a cop out to me. When the food finally came it was cold, the burger was pink and the chicken slimy. Wasn't exactly a lot of food for the money too so definitely won't be going back when there's much better and much more reliable places nearby.

Ordered at 20:45 and was given a time of 21:20-21:55. Got to 21:20 and was told the order was delayed and was given a revised time of 21:45-21:55. Got to 21:57 and decided to call the restaurant as they supposedly shut at 22:00-to be told it would be 5 minutes. At 22:15 I put into the just eat app that I still hadn’t received my order and requested ANOTHER time. Was texted back saying it would be delivered at 22:20. Called them AGAIN at 22:22, told 5 more mins. Currently 22:38 and still no food.

Mini cooper driver must have a black box, 3-5 working days to deliver and that burger was unbelievable give that chef a pay rise cos wow he’s got talent

the food was stone cold by the time it arrived extremely late then they got the order wrong but after that long i had been waiting nearly 2 hours for it to be delivered it just went in the bin as it was inedible

Order was 20 minutes late in relation to the revised delivery time. However this had already been pushed back 20 minutes compared to the original estimate. From ordering to delivery took an hour and a half for a single burger and fries.

Good was delicious and worth the money was a little cold wen it arrived but otherwise was very nice food

Ordered the food at 20:30 and it didn’t arrive till 2200 the food was horrible we got two of their box meals and it was horrible it was cold couldn’t bite into chicken burger the buns was burnt and the chips tasted like sweaty feet the worst food I have ever had in my life the best thing that came was the coca-cola and Fanta I’m really discussed!! The driver was rude he had his hood up and demanded the money first before passing me the food!! P.S it went in the bin!!!

Had food many times from here. Collection and deliver and it’s been faultless. Burgers are fresh, the chicken is delicious. Friendly but busy staff. Ordered Friday at 5.45, delivered by 6.20.

Chips are soggy but was understandable with the drive. Chicken tenders are just from kfc and warmed up… 😂

1st time ordering never again! Such a let down, take 2hrs to come, chips were flat we all no cold chips are nasty. uber eats is sorting a partial refund out, delivery address on email receipt wasnt even my address wrong street wrong postcode, burger was ok thank god, had some warmth due to the tin foil but didnt have what we asked on it and the chicken tenders, well.... id be ashamed to sell those as a business. Ordered my food at around 8 estimated delivery 8.30-8.40 my food arrived at 10.05!! I rang a few times and was told it’s on the way (lies) food came the box was soggy and cold just like the food! My milkshake was pure watered milk and half full! Food was cold the burger was absolutely disgusting the chicken was hard and chewy and burnt! Was a first time order and I’ll never order again and be sure to tell everyone to stay well clear. Should be ashamed of yourselves! Poor business.

We saw an advertisement on Facebook so travelled and ordered in person, the menu online is not the same as displayed in the shop, so asked for the special box from Facebook, advised of 50 min wait wait on food, we sat outside for the full 45 mins headed inside to be given cold chicken tenders that were hard and not edible, burger did have warmth but overall wasn't worth the hype. The boxes in their own adverts seem to have increased portion sizes in the boxes, Positive note the loaded BBQ cheese and bacon fries are delicious but not sure we'll visit again.

For a burger joint, every burger we received was either as dry as gandis flipflop (thank you Gordon) or burnt to a crisp, it was tough to swallow one patty let alone a burger with 4 in. The chicken tenders were beyond dry, was like sticking ash in my mouth, or going down on a 110 year old woman. the saving grace: the sides. Amazing loaded fries. The Mac and cheese bites were a delicious mix of cheese and hash brown. But would we order again? Probably not. especially for 12 quid a burger.

We ordered the food at 3 pm and it said it will arrive by 3:45. By this time if was 4:15 so I decided to call them and they said it was only just getting cooked. So we waited and waited. The food arrived at 5:15. The food was nice don’t get me wrong but it was cold and no fruit shot for the youngen and the sauces was in the wrong boxes and no fudge cake wouldn’t come here again please save you money.

Good food however never confirmed our order and when calling it was quite faffy. I had to request a text for time for delivery as it was different to the one on the app. Then one of our meals had a double patty ordered and paid for yet only a single one arrived. Unfortunately, Just eat makes you request a full refund rather than just for what was missing.

It pains me to say but save your money, McDonalds is better by a mile and there shockingly bad! Credit where credit is due, the chicken was nice, but the burger was tasteless bar the burnt taste, the meat was so bland and I wouldn’t be able to tell you if there was cheese on it or not. And the fries I’d like to have tried but they can’t read instructions and left on something that was asked to be removed so I can see why the food was terrible if they can’t understand simple instructions

Had chicken bites and chips, not nice. Dry food. Staff was quite rude i asked for salt and pepper and she mixed them both together? i explained that i wanted salt and pepper separately as i have salt and my partner has pepper she sighed and acted confused, garlic mayo tasted funny just overall not a nice food place. Total waste of money and way too expensive.

2nd time visit, still as good but 1 small issue. The chicken tenders what I got the first time were massive this time small like chicken nugget small so that was the only dissatisfaction from myself but like I said good food and full of flavour. Will definitely be back 👍🏻

Ordered for fathers day meal £61.70 order in total. Noted straight away onion rings not delivered rang they said they would send a driver with the money for them, brilliant. Further noted add ons were missing such as bacon and cheese which we had paid for, rang back, extremely rude man on the phone telling me as good will they were giving me the money and the onion rings (on arrival were clap cold and appeared to have been double fried) therefore would not be giving me the money for the missed bacon and cheese as I should have realised sooner. How on earth can a business survive with such poor customer service. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered Chicken was nice burgers were poor Unable to leave this review on Facebook due to reviews being turned off, wonder why!?
