Subway in Rotherham

Very very dirty place. I’ve been quite a few times and never saw anyone cleaning. Baby chair is disgusting. Broken and very dirty. Would benefit from a new baby chair. I always order on the app because it’s more convenient for me and I have to remind the staff that I have ordered on the app because even though the ticket is already there - it seems they don’t see it or don’t want to see it.

Food was shocking, no meat just salad and slop cold

cold rubbish and only refunded £4 order was £14

My food was incomplete , no drink Lipton ice tea 500 ml , no Doritos tangy cheese , no chocolate cookie so I paid for all the food not for some parts

Late and food was freezing cold

asked for my sandwich to be toasted it wasn't was 90%salad 7%sauce and 3%meat was no cheese or grilled onions and the chicken salad was all lettuce and 2 small bits of chicken won't order from here again

They forgot the sauce on one of the sandwiches.

We turned up just as closing and everything had been put away but the 2 lovely ladies got things back out and served us with a smile 10/10 for quality and service xx

Ordered cheese to be on the sandwich, paid for the cheese, no cheese on the sandwich. Unfortunately it’s not the first time that the customer service at this branch has been woeful.

I’m a fully blind person, and the delivery driver, obviously noticing this, waited patiently for me to recite the delivery code, then kindly guided my hand so I could take the bag without dropping it. Wonderful service, I was very thankful for his thoughtfulness and patience

Took an hour to come and food was freezing

couple of us pre-ordered for our work lunch time. pre-ordered for 11.55, came at 12.25 when our lunch nearly over. both sandwiches wrong. paid for 2 extra lots of cheese on one sandwich which were missing but had lettuce on that I didn't want. other sandwich had no cheese on it and had pickles on that weren't ordered. usually come direct into store and never had no issues that way but won't order via app again

So, order placed on priority at 11.40 am by my wife so when I got home for my lunch break we could have lunch together. It is currently 13.25 as I write this and it is still sat in subway awaiting the 4th or 5th rider. The 1st one sat for at least 20 minutes waiting for the food to be handed over and I've lost count at how long other drivers have waited. Food is no closer to being delivered 1hr 40 minutes later and I since have had to go back to work. We've never had a problem before, I understand delays can happen but this is taking the mess a bit. Tried to call subway but phone rang out for 5 minutes before I gave up.

order arrived incomplete, when we spoke to the store she knew straight away what was missing, told us to apply for a refund and to reorder when we mentioned that that would mean we was paying for delivery twice and that wasn't something we were happy with she said i suggest you dont order from us again. Terrible customer service and the food that did arrive wasn't as good as it had been before overall we more than disappointed

Slowest Subway I've ever seen. Why does it take 10min to make a sandwich?

Very delicious food perfectly prepared by Sam. Kind and friendly staff even in the middle of a lunch time rush.

Wasn't made when I got there, but luckily wasn't a long wait. Portions sizes were less than other Subways. Missing sauce for churro.

Food was awful. Blue something on the sandwich, multiple pieces of hard something else on the sandwich, just awful and ended up in the bin

the food is stone cold, cookies were missing from order and because the driver was so late I drove to the shop and they said he set off at 8pm and they repeated the order to me which means the driver stole the cookies then we got it at 8:39pm, how did I manage to drive there and back before he did? I definitely won't be ordering from here again

mo cheese on the meatballs and the sandwich was cold and couldn't tases the sauce on it

Got order wrong tryed phoneing them no answer

the sandwiches were very soggy, bread was wet and soggy . fell apart . was not edible, having to throw away , I would like to request a refund on this please

Missing few articles from the order and when I tried to call nobody picked up. The only option is to ask for a refund and could not order the missing items.

Wrong order, not even remotely right, was rold to just get a refund!

The terriakya sandwich was not as ordered! I left how I wanted it in the notes as you can’t pick the toppings. I e done this multiple times before and always got what I asked for. I don’t eat dried onions or whatever it is on it.

never arrived even tho it had claimed to be delivered...so I had to order again... slow on any customer service, had to ring the store directly to be told there was nothing they could do... as my order had left the site.....

Sub came not cut, and everything absolutely falling out from the sub. No problem with ordering and eating at the location but every single time it is being delivered, the food is awful.

Worst costumer service, Utter rubbish will never go again, No turkey as they ran out, ok that happens they didn’t order enough, so we asked for chicken as a replacement, was immediately told that’s an extra £3, when I questioned why as they had ran out of turkey, chicken isn’t part of the meal, no budge no negotiation, £3, previously to this I asked if they do veterans discount, with a smirk on her face “No we don’t” and to end it all I think £20 for 3 subways is a bit much, no worries we will never go again.

worse thing i’ve ever eaten,it was freezing cold due to putting the sandwich’s in the same bag as cold drinks,they didn’t toast the sandwiches either even after requesting it won’t come again

As often it was nice but also quite often the salads had things missing like the cheese missing on both of them and olives missing.

Missing item, when we called got the rude response of, well we made it so there is nothing we can do about it. Disgraceful service

The hash browns were clap cold, hard and tasteless. The waffle fries were also clap cold. Sub was cold and the only thing that was a little warm was the footling cookie. Took my order over 20 mins to come when said out for delivery and I’m 2 mins away. Won’t be ordering again.

Ridiculous service, fetched an order from a completely different restaurant then asked me to take that order. Said it was his first time then took food before I could even get a photo to prove wrong order

The bread needed to be toasted more, and it needed more cheese, but still decent. Delivery on time.

delivery to the door doesn't literally mean quietly dump the food on a doorstep you should try knocking next time

Ordered online 20 mins before arrival. People in the queue were served before my order was made, considering it was busy this meant I waited longer for having ordered online rather than just turn up and queue, the queue was served much faster.

The wraps could do with more filling.

Driver was nice, got here quick, no missing items and drinks still cold.

This store rips you off and I won’t be ordering from here again, a few times I have ordered from here and they didn’t send items. You phone up to ask for them to send the missing items they say no and say the delivery driver ate it. They didn’t send the wedges from the meal deal and on another occasion they didn’t send 2 cookies and 2 drinks. If I walked into the store and took them items I would be arrested so why are they getting away with taking my money?

I liked the sandwich in general. He did not pay attention to the request to add a little sauce. Well, basically, I like Subway more than all these fast foods.

The sandwich was OK but had cooled down alot and I could see the driver had been in the restaurant for approx 15/20mins before they were able set off. For the price, it costs it should've been prioritised.

I ordered a toasted Philly steak with cheese, salad and crispy onions on Italian herb and cheese. What I got delivered was a cold ham salad sandwich on a normal baguette, no cheese. I can not eat pork so have had to throw it away. I am deeply disappointed

the food took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive. its only a sandwich. not really acceptable!!! when the food did arrive the items that I ordered which were supposed to be hot were cold to add insult to injury. I phoned the restaurant and the woman on the phone didn't seem to really care just said we are doing your oder now. didn't apologise that it was late

Freezing food, absolutely solid meat ball. I very nearly put it in my golf bag. A bit of sanding it would be perfect to get me a hole in one. Screw subway I'm going back to Gregg's. 😷

Hi order 3 sandwich and the order never turned up phone the shop to speak with them and was very unhelpfull al they said was its not our fault did not look to see if they could help or anything really bad customer service they don't care as long as they takecyou money will not be ordering again

Delivery man stole my food when I couldn't answer the door. I asked him to leave it there as i had to come down stairs. He said he would and food is nowhere to be seen. Calling him back leads to an answering machine telling me to contact the shop. The shop says I've to go through Just Eat cos they have no idea who delivered my food. Now I'm without food, without money and I have to wait several days for Just Eat to email me back. Unacceptable!

The Subway order was completely wrong! The tuna sub was not toasted. The other one had no Mayo on it. And the bmt was thrown together and fallen apart in the box. £18 for 3 6 inch subs and they are completely wrong. Very disappointing and will not be ordering again.

Spent half hour on phone to driver explaining where it is as went to wrong place and couldn’t find address even though postcode takes you there then had to walk 5 minutes to meet the driver. After getting the order there were items missing, did have a note for bottle of pop but didn’t put in a replacement and also order was wrong

Ordered here today for lunch and after reading a few reviews, was a bit worried but everything was delivered right and was on time.

never turned up second time this has happened fed up with the delivery service from this place
