Bella Pizza in Rotherham

Ordered 2 chicken wraps like normal crispy or grilled chicken wraps and for £18 got sent 2 greasy disgusting chicken kebab wraps dripping with grease. Absolutely revolting not what I ordered and charged a fortune for it, false advertisement ignored phone when we rang back to sort it STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE don't waste your hard earned money

prices gone up & quality gone down was a regular but wont be returning chips was soggy n they guy was arguing it was because of the seasoning i said no its because theyre in different packaging to usual n he agreed so why argue in first place

by far the best takeaway in rotherham fresh quality ingredients always piping hot. 9 years a customer unfortunately will be the last time ordering as moving away soon but if I'm ever back to visit this will be the place to go for food top customer service the cook is the best. Wasn’t nice at all the Pizza was undercooked, nothing worse than raw Pizza doughwas like putty the SFC was over cooked burnt not much meat on them mostly skin and burnt chips was stone cold with to much paprika on them chilli sauce wasn’t sauce was like raw chilli blended up the can of coca-Cola was warm and flat if there was a 0 star that would be my rating delivery driver No mask on and no gloves on we have a virus going round. Won’t be ordering again

Absolutely fantastic 16 inch veg pizza, cheesy chips and chocolate cake. Ended up eating most of it myself as the wife couldn't finish it. Definitely ordering from here again.

All the food was stone cold I normally love ordering from here not sure what happened! The pizza was floppy and undercooked the cheesy chips was stone cold to the point not a single shred of cheese melted! Onion rings were cold and horrible I didn’t even eat the food £35 for food that went in the bin and just eat only give you £12 account credit! Don’t think I’ll order again for a while!

Often I’ve had good experiences. However a lately things have gone down hill. Tonight was crazy as they literally just put salad in the kebab wrap that was ordered. And a free drink was missing that was on offer. There’s loads a miss in the past too

Ordered chicken tikka pizza and what came was a bland tasteless chicken pizza with zero hint of tikka about it. I was served frozen chicken goujons this afternoon but this was still my worst meal of the day. Shambles.

Just ordered on uber chicken fillet burgers and garlic bread cheese. These were on promotion BOGOF was expecting small portions. They've arrived there hot they're cooked quality chicken breast absolutely amazing. Salad was a bit crap. Garlic bread was very deep but flavouring of garlic was on point. We will be ordering from here again. New fav takeaway found 😋. One point to make although not a complaint is portion of chips with burger is extremely large I think you could lower this and people will still be happy it just saves food waste that's all

Ordered a `Breaded Chicken Burger` with added Bacon and to say i was disappointed would be an understatement. The burger was 2 thin pieces of tasteless, rubbery fried chicken, with two strips of a terrible attempt at bacon. Didn't even resemble a piece of bacon. I was incredibly disappointed in what i had received, so gave the restaurant a call to ask for either a refund or something else sending out. The male who answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful in everyway possible. It is a shame as i have ordered Pizza from here previously and the Pizzas have always been nice. Will not be ordering from here again, Very rude staff, terrible quality of the food i received and a total waste of money as the burger went in the bin after 2 bites.

We are always pleased with Bellas. their chicken is succulent and so tasty. Their pizzas are delicious - we are never disappointed.

Been going here for years and it’s gone down hill in the last year wait times are getting worse and doubled the prices of most of there items six pound for a small cheese and chips plain 10 inch garlic bread no cheese should come up to 7/8 pound you might as well go Pizza Hut it’s cheaper and all around better

the menu item i usually order has changed which was the chicken strip wrap and i ordered the closest alternative a crispy chicken wrap but it was not as tasty and i was disappointed. i will have to order a different thing next time.

i ordered a kebab to be delivered on sunday 26th may for 19-30, it was never delivered, so i tracked my order only to see that it had been collected by someone else. i would like a full refund of £9-49. thanks

Either Bella needs to update the ingredients list for their Bella Special pizza or they sent me the wrong thing. Ingredients say "Pepperoni, beef, green peppers, red onion and jalapenos" however what I received was donna meat, sweetcorn, green peppers and onion. It was still okay but I'd had rather been sent what I thought I was getting. sweetcorn on a pizza ain't great

food was nice however we prefer the old style garlic bread with the thicker base!

Being ordering from here for the last 8 years and recently this place has been going very down hill. Wait times have massively increased, my last order I was waiting 2 hours. Food quality is also down hill. My most recent order, the pizza was very burnt and charging £4 for stuffed crust when they might have well as not put cheese in it with the amount they used. Definitely not worth £4. It’s upsetting that they cooked my pizza, looked at it and decided that this is the quality they want to serve. I’ve also had plenty of cold food lately. It’s a shame because when they get it right the food is amazing, but they just aren’t getting it right enough lately. I’ll be looking for a new regular takeaway.

Ordered for delivery, was told 40 minutes, wasnt here after 1 hour 15, rung shop they said just eat machine was down, I didnt order through just eat, they said they had 5 drivers, so if they did have 5 drivers then why didnt I receive my order within the 40 minutes if just eat wasnt working

Delivery due between 21.15 and 21.30. 22.20 and food arrives luke warm absolutely greasy with no taste. Used to use bellas all the time but think it's time to go back to abbys

We came yesterday and food was nice, well pizza was delicious but chips were so salty. I mean really salty so please next time either let us pour the salt or ask how much we want on chips. Nice staff otherwise and very welcoming.

I got the chicken raw and it was white and purple,today was the last order I placed

Placed a order for collection got told it was only going be 50 mins an hour and 10 mins passed and rang them they said it was on its way it then took a further 30mins to arrive which (should have only been a 10 min journey) When the food came it was cold the donner meat looked asif it had been over cooked and didn’t have salad with it the chips were soggy so overall the food was disappointing and the delivery time was a joke

Part of our order was missing on delivery, called them and said would send but never received, went in the shop to speak with them and they said had loads of orders and one similar complaint so thought it was just someone trying it on, told them asked just eat for refund, was told won't get one as they have to authorise it. Won't be using again. Long time customers.

I use to be everyday customer due to chips and service. After my last call for collection I will never order again. Asked owner for small pizza for collection. Instead of asking 'which size or toppings' owner decided to speak condescendtly on phone raising his voice. When came in instead of appolising for being rude on phone owner decided to have argument trying to justify his behaviour with being very busy. Pizzas have too much cheese on them they are very soggy, chips underfried.

Chicken was off.. Very risky for food poisoning. Guys at the front extremely rude... There are better take out up the street eg Shabbir 😁

It’s not just about giving ppl food you need to make sure it’s right way the way they’ve asked not rush it I wanted my chips melted and extra garlic mayo didn’t do either of them so I’m not happy with my order and I refuse to eat it seem as it’s not the way I wanted them to be

They sometimes miss sauce of the order or don't read the comments, but overall the food is Honstly amazing. Good portion of chips to, would love to know the seasoning. The pizzas are beautiful to.
