KFC Bramley - Bawtry Road in Rotherham

Been there a few times and to be honest the chicken was always cooked the best, not dripping in fat like many others I've been, staff have been fine even when I ordered a side wrong they gave me what I wanted and said keep the other so yeah I can not fault them just wondering why it's now closed down

Says temporary closed on Google maps but it says on the door "permanently closed". Good riddance, I love KFC but no one wanted one in Wickersley.

Great food a little slow on service but ill definitely go back.

Service here is awful, multiple times we've been since it's opened and it doesn't seem to improve. We've given up on having delivery as we always end up having to cancel due to the time it takes to assign a driver. Food is ok but nothing special.

An above average KFC with reasonble staff although at busy times expect a longer wait as they tend to focus on delivery fulfilments rather than customers in person waiting to order. 😣 Would have probably given it four stars overall but the location is a complete meme both on the KFC website and Google Maps as it thinks it is in Bramley but the restaurant is located in Wickersley (Google maps edit already submitted).

Had zinger burger and fries both were cold and the fries looked grey and far from fresh. Both tasted like they were cooked in old oil. and by reading other peoples reviews on here the place needs a serious overhaul of management or shutting down

It's not in Bramley, it's in Wickersley and on the cusp of Listerdale....the village now smells of greasy fried chicken and people turn up in their cars dressed in pajamas. The delivery truck is always blocking access for mobility scooters. No one round here is impressed

Can never get an order right, food always cold. Service is so so slow. I mean, come on, I only went in for a burger meal and they forget to put a burger in. Don't do a mobile order or you might end up like me, sat there 15 minutes waiting for it to be prepared. Only to learn when another customer comes in that their system is down and orders are not coming through. What did they think I had come in for?? a warm and to smell chicken frying. I was only person in there and they never bothered to ask or tell me something was wrong.

Quite a small shop but you don't have to qué long. Also you can order via the wall.

The staff are great, they try their best with it only being a small store there is only so much they can do. Thank you Wickersley KFC🙏

Not great, not terrible. Staff not overly helpful but not rude. Had discontinued a product but was still on the board. Ran out of some of the side dishes.

Ordered a large popcorn received a small... and one bag of a two chicken KFC were two chicken wings. No meat on them and the other two chicken piece dinner was the smallest possible chicken. I wouldn't recommend it's a rip off. I would never order from here again.

Not sure what's happened to KFC of late. I ordered the family bucket and two chicken fillet burgers. Most of the chicken was dry and not much taste to it. The fillet burger was not how they used to be. Probably best thing was the wings and coleslaw. Would not recommend.

Went into the shop itself ordered and got our food come to find out half of my order is missing and then we try to call the shop and their phone number wasn't even valid so I paid for food that they didn't even give me

Came very late,they were just about to close staff and manager, so polite more then welcoming food was nice chips were fresh hot thank you for lovely supper

Ordered Zinger stacker burger without salad and gave me original fillet stacker with salad and was soggy Ordered twister wrap that was nice and tastey

I will never be returning to this restaurant again!! Their staff need to brush up on their manners and change their faces when serving customers!! One of the ladies at the front who serves regularly is very rude to point she laughs at you just for asking a question. I was made to feel embarrassed and will never return again. Also when actually eating the food it tasted gone off to point I wouldn’t even feed it my dog. Very disappointing needs shutting down.

A step up from the usual fodder that KFC turn out. Seems a clean, well run and friendly franchise

Tables inside are always dirty. And not once yet has my order been right there always something missing .

I was very surprised to find probably the cleanest KFC I had ever visited. No food was sat under the lamps drying out! I ordered 10 pieces of chicken as a meal for our family. The staff were polite and courteous. This has to be the best KFC experience so far in my life.. well done.

Placed order online to collect, great service and lovely food

If there was minus points I would have given them that….. bought 20 chicken wings bucket through uber eats. All the wings tasted like burnt and old oil taste. Tried to contact them but no phone calls accepted and so took it to them . The worst part is they gave excuse saying that for this we need to contact uber. What kind of employees they are ???? Arrived cold wrong meals arrived to what was ordered via uber who rejected a refund even when photos were sent absolutely disgraceful don't waste your money

Of all the items on the menu, I'd recommend the chicken if you go here. It's delicious

For a small KFC, they did very well. No complaints. Not the best, but certainly nowhere near the worst.

Took 10 hotwings meals today. All the wings were really burnt . Cant eat it . Have to throw that away. This is not the first time i had this experience. Will never buy from this kfc bramley again.

Tried to purchase a offer off the app but the manager wouldn’t let me as she said it was delivery only even tho it had a collect option the manger was quite abrupt and unhelpful I ended up going to the one on fitzwilliam road

gravy was mushy and horrible chicken was dry and had no flavour burger buns was stale gave me wrong sauce overall shocking

If I could give this KFC A 0% FOR EVERYTHING I would cold food, missing items every time & I mean everything, & it's that bad you can't even contact the shop because there so bad at delivering what you've ordered.

Awful service. Refused to swap my gravy for beans it got rudely declined. Took them 10 minutes to come back to me to pay even more money for the beans I asked to swap. Then after all that I was the one who had to tell the staff what my order was and what came with my order. All the staff looking though from the kitchen area was looking at me very rudely will not be returning for sure very disappointing.

Second visit and the frying oil was old, chicken was over fried... I will change the stars once it has been improved...

The people running this really need to shape up. Chaos as the self serve machines had run out of receipt paper. Then 25 mins wait for a take away order. Food crammed into the smallest bag, the bag then split on the way to the car spilling the food. Well the food the retards serving had managed to get correct, several items were missing.

To say its a small place they still do well with orders and time.

Closed for excessive time… I go and look everyday and closed w/ no explanation to why? Door sticker tells me to go to one on fitzwilliam road… how can I do this when I’m wheelchair bound?

Food can be a bit hit or miss, however staff are nice and it is rarely busy.

Absolutely horrible, My poor son received food poisoning from a boneless banquet. I am currently nursing him back to good health , as the chicken was undercooked and simply horrific. I wouldnt recommend this food was cooked too fast that it cause and unbearable illness in my 5 year old son's stomach. The doctor says he has 3 months to live . Will certainly not ever touch chicken again as I am fearing for my own life as I also consumed this food. DO NOT EAT HERE!! Good day . Roger x

Bins overflowing. Their delivery van parks illegally out the front. No adequate parking so people are parked dangerously on surrounding streets. Their patrons are leaving the surrounding streets strewn with litter.

Absolute rubbish! Very speedy delivery but order was cold, chicken was dry and 2 of the so called pieces of chicken were only wings! Wont be bothering again

Missing regular fries from order which was discovered to be the case when returning home. I trusted everything would be present but I won't make the mistake next time.

People must be high because it's the worse KFC in South Yorkshire without a doubt.

Food was all cold I only live 2 mins away an was freezing by the time I got home so disappointed popcorn was like rubber side cold I had to put everything in the air fryer to be able to eat it waited all day to have this as well 🤬

1st visit here and not a good experience at all. The food was of very poor quality just 1 piece of chicken out of the fillet box meal was hot. Chips cold&limp too. Poor portion size. Also design/customer service skills could be improved only two tables if need to eat in.. Yet one lady that worked there continued to occupy one of the tables throughout doing some work! Even though people were waiting to sit down to eat. Wouldn't recommend :/

Not a good experience. One out of the 2 order machines not working. One that works doesnt give receipt to collect order and worst of all one of drinks that was supposed to be pepsi max looked more like the contents of sludgy abandoned mop bucket. Parking rubbish so had to use fish shop parking next door. Very poor

Lovely and tasty however portion sizes are very disappointing, never got such a small amount of chips from a KFC before!

Just been to the Wickersley kfc and we ordered a 10 piece family feast with a gravy and beans got home and the gravy wasn't in the tub it was in the bag and the beans were as dry as anything and the box that the chicken was in had a hole in the bottom I won't be going again

My other half went on Saturday with my daughter and ordered a zinger burger meal, I had popcorn chicken and my daughter had boneless banquet meal. Sunday morning my other half woke up being sick a fever and stomach cramps. He has been so poorly all day yesterday and has only just woke up from 10.30 last night and is still very unwell. Me and my daughter on the other hand absolutely fine. I have spoke to a few people and they have experienced the same with being Ill and food being undercooked.

Nice fast service! super delicious hot food! Definitely 5 stars from me!
